For active traders who are monitoring the charts daily for long hours, I am curious to know what you do when you see a coin rising swiftly. Do you jump on the wagon immediately, wait for a pullback or just watch it go and crash and be happy you didn't get lured into it?
Actually rising Market of any coin gives us clear indication that , there are chances that another coin's market can go down . Here I myself never go with any coin with increase in market because I know very well that when market is increasing then there are 99% chances that coin can get dumped to very low ( big dump ) . That why I remained always attentive in this matter , and in another guinuine coins ( I mean those who have better market since long term ) I can have small trust to make investment at high price . |

For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  About 6 months back I was addicted to coinmarketcap website to check movement of different different coins but when I get in a contact with a guy who remains online at almost every topic in this field and have a channel of WhatsApp messenger , and he broadcast at every 1% movement and also at every evening . So for me I don't need to go anywhere , I can get every information at WhatsApp . |

Hi guys, Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that. Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc??? Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins. cheers There are lots of ways to make earnings other than trading , so it will be more better to go with another ways of earnings like signature campaign and another social media campaign , gambling ( but in controlled amount instead of blindly betting to get more and more ) . And the main thing in your mind is should be , you should have lots of positivity to have your investment in this field because it doesn't remain easy for us to make earnings in small time , we need to wait for long term for better profit . |

In my own observation on these past few months,if the bitcoin price in the market goes down,all other coins are also down. Other coins will remain,if bitcoin's totally died?

If it will happen then I don't think people will have trust with the Cryptocurrency market because the whole market ( at least 90% ) is dependent over the market of the Bitcoin . If Bitcoin's market will crash then u don't think that at any condition the market of the altcoins will remain stable , people will see toward the another option to go with stability like usdt instead to go with the any type of loss . |

Bitcoin Gold seems to have a solid development team, as it has managed to quickly implement an ASIC-resistant algorithm after the release of Bitmain's miners for Equihash. If it remains a GPU-only mineable coin, then it would be much more decentralized in the mining process than both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. However, its success will only depend on the level of adoption it would experience in the mainstream world. Considering that it has all the same features as Bitcoin, with the differences being an ASIC-resistant algorithm and better privacy, it could be well worth the investment after all. Nonetheless, do you think Bitcoin Gold (BTG) will have a future or not?  Ofcourse it has future , but a problem is in the way because of the reason of adoption , here lots of people are already have investment in the Bitcoin , and they know very well that Bitcoin gold is generated coin by the Bitcoin fork , so here Bitcoin is father of Bitcoin gold, so surely it will remain much ebtter for them to have Bitcoin instead of Bitcoin gold . But surely if in the future we will have lots of limitations with the Bitcoin like mining difficulty and fee problem then surely people will move toward Bitcoin gold . |

Warning! Ranting ahead!
I am getting really pissed at the state of the markets. Despite positive news, the market is still pissing blood. Why?
Tons of videos on YouTube over and over again and again, hyping the crap out of this or that coin, anticipating something. But what for. The prices are not moving up when they should be.
What is the point of being excited when market is being manipulated by the most despicable creatures on the planet who see themselves above everyone else.
From my point of view it looks like TPTB saw people getting rich and becoming independent and they couldn't allow so many wealthy individuals in society so they came up with a plan to end this.
If you look at prices you can see how prices hardly change anymore. Heck most of the time Bitcoin prices remain at 0.00! in the hour! Why because they probably set up their bots to pump and dump their coins based on market movement to keep the price the same to prevent people from making money. This isn't so impossible to be true you know.
Just set up some bots and millions worth of money and when ever market provides a hint of an improvement dump it, and when even it going bad pump it. Keeping the prices relatively stable.
I mean why on Earth would anybody in their right mind sell, or setup their bots to sell when positive news is everywhere. It just doesn't make sense. It just an evil behavior that is all.
I don't think that you should be sick and tired because this is natural thing in the Cryptocurrency market , already this condition came in past two times with big dump % . You need to be positive right now , I mean you should be positive to have thinking that soon in the future market Will get up and also with that if you will have investment right now then surely with uptrend in market you will be able to make money in bulk Amount . |

So how do you think will the ICOs trend started in 2016 continue in 2019?
I think yes , Trend will get down much because here present time even not profitable for the ICO launcher team , We can see everything month 3,4 ICO project are launching but we can see that crowdfunding/investment are not going so high as it was about one year back , and also this results into down stable market of the etherium coin . So most probable chances are that ICOs project will no more be profitable in incoming time and people will understand very well that they should not launch ICO project blindly and in that way only limited numbers of ICOs will launch by them . |

Yes , this is a big truth and I think here I am very lucky to hold my patience with crypto assets . Here I was holding 1+ year a coin , named Putin but after that long term I found that coin's market get up ( in actual pump by the exchange ) and that results into profit for me about 5 times of the initial investment , so here I can understand very well that how much patience is better to have in this field . |

In my opinion people will be much aware about the use of the Cryptocurrency because in next three year we will find cryptocurrency has been legalised and regulated fully . Lets assume bitcoin makes it through all the barriers and survives the rules and regulations of the governments and yet is decentralized.
It is widely adopted and many people have started to use it. Bitcoin has grown to thousands/millions of dollars in price causing huge volatility.
If there are so many people using it on a daily basis, won't the volatility cause huge fluctuations in it's price ?
If bitcoin has such huge volatility how will it be able to sustain it's price ? The fluctuations in price will cause problems to merchants.
So according to what I think, if there is not a solution to volatility then BTC cannot be used on a regular basis for payments in various places of the world.
Eg: One day I go and check a guitar's price about $100 and then a week later I go to purchase it just to notice that I would have to pay more BTC this time just because of the drop in bitcoin's price.
Everything have two sided factor , at one side you will find that particular thing have at one side benefits but the same thing at another side leads into some side effect . Here if will consider that you are going through that thing which have not a better option in the future then how we can consider that you are in favour of cryptocurrency , here you are only showing your thinking to have cryptocurrency in general life and that is not a perfect option to use in general ( in your view ) . But why you are not thinking at another side , that , one day you bought a guitar and after some days you found that you need to pay more amount of btc that what you paid earlier for the same guitar ( because at one side if price of Bitcoin can fall then at another side pump will also take place that will give lots of opportunities to the holders ) . So it is a matter of time , here we just need to take attention over the positive and good benefits that we can have with cryptocurrency/Bitcoin . Otherwise if we will be negative then what about the haters . |

Recently I joined a signature campaign and there OP says our campaign starts on 18:00 Eastern Time (New York), Sunday Now here I am in confusion that , at which particular time and day campaign will start w.r.t forum time which is October 06, 2018, 05:07:02 AM which is default time of this forum during the time of post this thread . |

I agree with your suggestions , but I don't think that most of the newbies who are having low amount of Bitcoin are making transaction more , they usually use Thier btc at trading exchange to make trade with altcoins .
But still here surely it is much beneficial for us to use segwit wallet because with it at about less then 0.1$ fee we can get better speed of confirmation in the transaction of Bitcoin easily .
Edit 1:Here another things that we are seeing that people are not having idea in Thier mind that they can.move toward the another option with the same.coin ( i.e Bitcoin ) to get better and faster confirmation very low fees because of the main reason of non-proper guidance ( as you said ) .
Here we need to remain with the updated with new new things , and here you are doing the same .
So thank you for this share of old but beneficial thing which is a big need for newbies in the present time .

So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
This is not a big deals , everyone is in this trap of the dump , if you are doing trading then surely you know that why you are driving this thing right now , as usual my dump in the portfolio is only due to the reason of dump in the market since long time but here we need to remain positive Because if we will remain positive then in that case we have lots of chances to make profit in future soon . Otherwise loss will remain in our part . |

Few examples of the major points raised were; Casinos are often associated with criminal activity. Drug dealers and prostitutes operate near casinos – they know that there are a large number of potential clients in the area. Casinos can therefore be devastating to neighborhoods.
The existence of criminals does not make nearby businesses (including casinos) immoral. It is perverse to punish people who just want to gamble (and not take drugs or use prostitutes) by taking away their chance to do so.
For me personally, I believe immoral activities are certainly based on each individual and it does not have anything to do with gambling. Nevertheless, from some of the further research that I made, I got to understand that, these things mentioned are very much applicable in most casinos; drug dealings, prostitution and even some casinos where the owners are into some shady stuffs. Well, just want to get to know what you guys think about this. Do you think Casino is like a hiding place for perpetrators of crime or casino on its own, ushers in a huge level of immoral activities by default? this is truth that Bitcoin yours is going on in some bad well but it is not a truth that it is fully going and for stupid use because main reason behind this cryptocurrency use is there making money Not for illegal works. Here I can say that with the investment in the cryptocurrency we can make profit/loss and here we think about ourself that we are right at our place that we are making money by the investment in perfect way , where in actual no any type of scam involve . But here we need to keep in our mind that not everyone is simple and honest to make earnings , few people get into illegal activities to make earnings like high profile money laundering , at porn websites ( in actual not a illegal work but still it is better for us to hide our details ) . Here most of the things looking simple in our views but the government authorities have lots of responsibility to make everything clear and transparent so that nothing goes illegal/bad that can give impact in the economy of the particular country or the world . Where is it better to invest our money? In famous coins or in ICOs projects?
of course I will go with altcoins investment because the main reason behind this factor is that in ICo we can face scan but in case of investment in Bitcoin there is no chance of scam or we can say that very very small chance of scam . Here I don't mean that every ICO is scam but we can't ignore this factor that most of the ICOs are scam and they came only to make profit by taking the investment from innocent investors . But here it always remain better to buy a coin which exists in real and has its official wallet , I mena sometimes we buy a token coin and that get listed in a exchange and after that when market of the coin get down then in that case we will face the problem of the delist because in that case chances to delist the coin increases , so here we can say that we should make ourself safe by making investment in those coins which are in actual coin , so that we can transfer them in a wallet in any case of the emergency . And also we can see that there are lots of ICOs that results into guinuine but after the launch of the coin at exchange the price get dumped badly, and I think that comes a better chance for us to make investment in that coin Because we can buy those coins at low price then what was the ICO price , and this thing happened many times , so we can take changed to make profit even after the ICO end with more safety . |

When I began working with bounty I hold everything.
Then, I hold 33%, 33% change to more interesting coins and 33% sold.
Now all market is dip and I don't want to sell anything..

my strategy very similar to you but I am holding few tokens which have better future according to the ICo project concept to use the cryptocurrency that they will make . I am solding my all tokens which are having very low marketing as well as very low popularity in this field because I know very well that they can't you better profit for me . My main basic stretegy is to hold 50% and sell 50% , first of all before the sell of the project I made analysis wether the coin token have any future or this is just a illusion in the market due to hype of the advertisement of the project and after that when I became sure that project is better then sell about 50% of the tokens and if I found that the token have no future then in that case I sold all the token so that no loss I need face . And after selling of the tokens , I usually put my tokens in the another better Altcoins like xrp , posw , doge , dgb , eth , Bitcoin directly so that after that I can have better future with my holdings instead to remain with the tokens I should remain with the bitcoin like better coins that have future and no chance of loss for long term hodl . |

Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
This is a truth that wallets sometimes remain ( due to lack of understanding of developer of wallet ) vulnerable , but I don't think that any wallet will have any type of mistake that can result into hack . If you will use third party platfroms for store of your cryptocurrency then surely there are chances that you will loss . Third party wallets have option to access the account with the use of the email ids and another otp system that are easy to bypass by the hackers , so it always remain better for the people to make himself sure that they are using official wallets and are not going with the third party platforms . Here if we talk about the vulnerability then we can say that there exists some chances but usually developers are not fool , they make every type of experiment over the creation and they checked very well that whether the project is going on very well or not or if there is any type of fault exist that can give big problem in future , overall they checked the wallet from every side to make sure that people get better trust with the wallet . |

Ofcourse yes , because here etherium is facing dump with constant price since long time , so here we can expect soon to up in the market ,so if we can have investment in this coin to make perfect profit . Right now we can see that what the trend is going on with the etherium no doubt that bitcoin is at position 2 or sometimes get to 3 also which is not simple thing for any coin . As etherium is proving the best that why this coin is listed at the number second in the cryptocurrency list . And also we can see that the use of the etherium is going increasing day by day in ICOs project as well as in the trading as a main coin , like in the traditional time we were using Bitcoin as the main coin to make trade with Fiat and altcoins , now it is a common in the trend that we are using etherium like Bitcoin to make trade . So it will be much beneficial to make investment in ethereum coin for long term , since already this coin is facing low price from long time so we can expect that soon in the end of this year the price of the etherium coin will pump blindly . What does crypto mean to you - a means to a fast buck or a step into the future.
For me it is a option to have instead of running behind any job , because I remembered well that there was a time in year of 2013 when I was wondering for the online as well as offline job with which I can make money and I can make earnings atleast 50-100$ per month so that I can handle my pocket money but in actual I found only stupid things and worst platform to loss my hardwork but when I get into crypto then I found that here no limitations to work and no limitations of ideas to use cryptocurrency to make money and best thing is that it doesn't require any type of activity . Here after the entry in cryptocurrency field I found myself a strong earner , while my earnings are very less in comparison of another big earners in this field but still I am happy that I am not facing the problem of the unemployment . Here crypto is a medium for me to work with money in that way in which I want and that money has no limitations to go in any part of the world , so I can my money power anywhere in the world . Hope it will be same for another people and may be big better valuable thing in Thier life instead of small earnings . |
