When an account gets banned from bitcointalk, does the IP address associated with that account get blocked?

If it does, why?

If it doesn't, should it?

My opinion is that scammers will just connect through a proxy service or tor. So there is no point in banning IPs.

It's always encouraging to see loans like this end favorably. The scams/scam attempts far outnumber the legitimate loans.

Indeed. OP, you should post in the currency exchange section to see if anyone will trade you MP for BTC. You might have to shave a few percentage points off of what you want to get but you will most likely find someone willing to trade.

You could try selling them for bitcoin on reddit.com/r/bitmarket  if you really want to try and get bitcoin for them.

I see I could make 0.0013 BTC per post if I sign up in Stunna's thread.

At current exchange rate, thats about $0.84.

At a rate of 40 solid posts per hour, I'd be making over $33 an hour!
