6  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Sportchek Giftcard on: March 22, 2017, 03:52:03 PM
Last bump and will close in roughly 7 hours.
Starting to think I will just put it towards a jacket anyways if no one is interested.
7  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Sportchek Giftcard on: March 21, 2017, 05:42:51 PM
One day only I will take .022 and the price will not go any lower than that.
If I get no interest this thread will be closed by March 22nd. No sense selling this cheap when I can use it myself, was just trying to square a debt quickly and will not need to unload come Friday. So take me up or miss the boat!

Bump Cheesy

-----------------------------------------------------
Now the obvious:

The trust is in relation to me neglecting a loan on another account and then getting my knickers in a twist and having a piss poor attitude on making things right. I want to make things right with this giftcard but I also do not want to complicate the deal by having two transactions unless the buyer is fine with that. Will contact Gunthar now and may come back to edit if he is not open to this. Will p.m him now and edit with a update once contact has been made.
You can read up in my trust ratings as well but lets attempt to keep this civil as I think it would serve both parties.

-----------------------------------------

This deal will stay up for 72 hours and I will be off and on. Open to escrow as well, everything is open.

9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I have a list of users to DT tag if anyone have time... on: February 13, 2017, 10:47:25 PM
Having been involved in this tactic to receive payment I will make a suggestion or two.

Contact the party before requesting them to be flagged, sure this will increase the percentages of successful payments.
The other is not suggest that you are able to get the red trust removed from random members you request to flag said accounts.

This strong arm or ploy cost the signature for this account which would have been able to pay the loan off.
So two red flagged accounts, one in your hands that could cover loan and the other of no use to me now.

I suggest a different tact as this superior stance you are taking over other lenders is really a bad look and divides what should be united group of lenders.
You can not pretend to be better when you are involved in one of the most predatory businesses with a long history of exploitation through out history.

If you could prove that you can remove red flagged trust I would be tempted to pay you but as the situation stands I do not believe you are capable of such a move.
End of the day its how you want to operate, just some feedback and how the other side sees this.

Logged on Today and saw negative trust and clicked on the link and here I am. Have contacted Gunthar to make arrangements and let him know what happened,in the mean time I dropped by signature and contacted the mod in charge to let them also know what the issue was.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and again Gunthar sorry for not dealing with this in a prompt time frame.

Do not think any hacker would suddenly change his details,if anything they leave it as is hoping that he does not notice the withdraw. Seems like some one may have looked at the users in the promo and took a quick crack at their passwords in a attempt at some free cash.
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: December 09, 2016, 03:28:52 AM
Can you access a account if you forgot the account screen name but have the deposit addy and password to the account?
Or did I just send bitcoin to the abyss?

Edit: Looks like I will have to wait,to many attempts and now I can not send a support message either.

Usually most people that cant access his/her accounts is because their unable to remember his password but you have a different problem. You cant remember your username but still have the password. This is very rare but frankly anything can happen. I suggest you to send a support ticket from other account and provide those information(deposit address and password) in your ticket.  I bet they can help you to solve your problem!

I know it was a stupid situation, wrote down all info but the account name and logged out. Was able to get a hold of support and they where able to sort me out in a pretty quick fashion. All the names I had typed in where wrong! Cheesy

Warning*******

With the combo of the one confirmation rule and the slow transactions on the block I thought I would warn you guys of a issue I ran into.
If you have bitcoin in the Nitro account and have a incoming deposit, you may be locked out of dice till the confirmation clears.
It does not happen on the poker platform or sports wagering. Just in case some of you like to play dice, this may catch you off guard.
Contacted Nitro about it,so hopefully it gets addressed in short time.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Quantum Computing-Dominated World is Coming... (truncated) on: December 05, 2016, 09:50:07 PM
Just finished this magazine and was more interested in the top 50 fintech companies, think those are more in line with bitcoin and its current failings in the lending sphere. Recommend the read if you have time.

Its really exciting to think that we are pushing this into overdrive and the concepts are going to start flying out of the wood work in such a short time.
Medical advancements will go through the roof and we can enter the body modification for more functional living.
The crypto world may need to re-draft all together but I think we can cross that bridge when it comes, say 5 years at the earliest?
I like this field of creating totally new materials, its a real great time to be alive.

The question you put out is more in how fast you think they can achieve this and I think we are still dealing with a decent amount of time to adjust to it. Bitcoin is well positioned for say the next step into virtual reality and I think that aspect will blow the roof off once we combine it with Quantum computing.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Italy Wants to Treat Bitcoin as Currency And Tax It on: December 05, 2016, 06:59:43 PM
Any aspect coming from a government arm always has me a little edgy and with the current landscape of Italy,it would make me lean more towards damaging than good. This being a pass on taxes,I am kind of shocked.
Seems to be a financial and government problem presenting themselves as of late.
Italy really should not be even looking at bitcoin with the mess they have, but I can never really get a good gauge of European Countries and how they go about business.
Banking regulations seem to be more pressing of a issue for them.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Alibaba’s Jack Ma: “Everyone Should Have a Bank Account.” on: December 05, 2016, 05:43:22 PM
i am agree for the sentence "everyone should have a bank account" because its a way for us to save our money and make it grow with the bank. but its hard for people which don't have a stable income to save their money, because they need to fill they needs daily and will spend their money to buy something that related with their life like food and the other product.

A lot of people don't have bank accounts and lot people survive with only 1$ a day on this planet. The vast majority of those people, they main focus is to provide food on the table for they family. To have a bitcoin wallet, they can start to learn and manage money and save it for they kids for example.

This is the point you is driving at by saying bank accounts are crucial,we should look to banking as a first step and then splinter off into bitcoin if possible. Its far easier to explain traditional banking as opposed to how to use bitcoin when we are thinking about the unbanked people in the world.
Most of them are not going to have a reliable internet connection near them and the best hopes would be a cell phone with sms capability to get involved in bitcoin.

Think he has thought this through and it just happens to be a aspect China welcomes.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BitWalking a Bitcoin Rip-Off? on: December 04, 2016, 11:31:43 PM
Think there was more than one company or developer with this concept but this company was active at first here replying back to people.
Looked like a interesting plan for a business circling around most likely gps information to datamine, but have not seen anything for quite some time.
Think what is most likely happening is they walked away from the project or have stalled for the time being.
But having if active on the app store must mean it is semi active enough, the guidelines for apps is a unknown for me though.

Bet you could search back and contact them directly here, just to lazy at the moment to look it up.
19  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk account hacked? on: December 04, 2016, 10:52:48 PM
Its kind of a bad look when you venture into Meta and see more hacked account issues than any other topic.
Maybe we should have so form of containment so that the requests are in a neat fashion to access and to keep the optics down on appearing like every other account is being hacked.
Realize the issue is a serious issue for the members that have had it done to them and I am not looking to downplay the issue in any sense, just looking for a better way of dealing with the issue for both sides.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoinSource = joke on: December 04, 2016, 10:47:23 PM
People often get jacked at the transaction point in these atms and yet they still draw interest.
Some vendors hide the actual fee in the conversion, for example here they exchange through currency and bitcoin.
So if I buy at say 6% fee it is that and whatever they decide to give me in the exchange from CAD to USD.
Being that it is roughly 25 cents on the dollar they can give the buyer 70 cents instead and take 5 more percent.
The few times I use a atm I always end up wondering wtf happened here!

Was a well back that I was reading about Philippines atms having fees that where way out to lunch. Like I think it was over 20%.

Its the same with the giftcards scene here, people offer 1/5th the price and just sit back waiting for the sucker.
