I don't really care what he does, I want to see more people getting involved with the development, if someone has better ideas, a view, the network will recognize him, that's how Bitcoin will thrive, not by simply pushing people out

Nah, they won't ban it, it's just another area they can tax and add to gdp when they need to
I'm pretty scared to be honest and 4H-12H looks spooky as hell. A dump here would definitely not surprise me, I'm waiting on the sidelines

Yeah I think that if we reach 50$ btc will not be anymore the dominant coin, we will see a massive outflow of money and the few people remaining will look for appealing altcoins and we could see a redistribution of wealth in the cryptocurrencies world. I don't even know if there are altcoins out there that offer as much as Bitcoin, but the thought of this happening is making me consider taking a look. I'm pretty sure that reaching that level could be the beginning of the end though.

Beware of cloud hashing companies and make sure you're not buying a useless bond that will get your money stuck until they're insolvent. It could be worth the risk if you think a bullish market is near.

It's not much about Gavin resigning but more about finding and bringing in more people able to code and with understanding of the technology that can contribute to a higher degree and do what is best for Bitcoin not for experimenting. Open source is that, giving opportunity to everyone to contribute and make things better than before.

In Italy they are implementing a sort of CFD with a major bank, name is FINECO, they said they will probably look into having a side account for bitcoins too in the future if this experiment works well

Everyone is waiting for others to buy and make them rich, the ultimate ponzi mentality, point is that won't happen how people expect it to. If we have to go up it will be very slowly and choppy, dangerous and painful to watch.

It looks pretty shitty on medium high timeframes yeah, looks like this is it. I loved Bitcoin so much

Can't believe people are still wondering if they'll get their money back. Grow some experience in forex and you'll make your asicminer losses in like a couple months, whatever the amount. rofl

It will happen what everyone doesn't expect, the Euro will pump to the moon and Bitcoin will crash to the ground.
Probably more than will ever exist. Advancements in technology will be so quick and unpredictable by that time that thinking Bitcoin will be around for sure is a foolish thought. It could, but betting your retirement on it is surely not advisable.

That chart about underestimating the future is an underestimate However, not everything can be applied to it.
I'm sad for you man, you shouldn't invest that much in such a risky environment.
The question is, will they really add value to Bitcoin? I doubt it

Narcisistic devs are killing everything these days

Gold doesn't look bad to me, it all depends how the Greece thing will resolve and what FED will decide for interest rates I guess... it will be a pretty volatile summer anyway

Trading forex with btc I can make a lot per month, or at least a lot for me, which is roughly a low medium salary. It's not much but in my country life is pretty cheap so I'm ok with it and I'm sure that with more experience I'll do better and better
