Mine hashs at 62.4kh\s for ltc. It hashs 135mh\s for btc. It seems that it uses system memory...I think if I added 4 more gigs of ram it would double that speed. I will have more ram to try this out in a couple days. I have a 2nd fpu build on order.
Since your going with the AMD fpu already...you might think about upgrading to the a10-5800k. For about 50 bucks more you can get that and have it hashing at 7760 speeds. Also I have had real good luck with the biostar x85 board. Check out the differences between the gigabyte and biostar PCIe layout. Gigabyte makes good products...but.
I have never had good luck overclocking with them. Rock solid stock but any tweaking seems to go south in a hurry with that brand. YMMV. gl

Have you tried to move the card? Switch slots with the other card and see if your hashs change or stay the same for each card. If they stay the same then its likely a gpu issue. If the hashs change(new card in old slot gets low hashs now) then its probably a issue with a driver or the mining software. Cgminer is really nice.
Post that .config...the culprit is probably your thread concurrency. Powertune set to 20?
Check your .conf for your thread concurrency. Also important is the gpu-threads. With a high thread concurrency..try 21712...set gpu-threads to 1. For a low concurrency...try 8192...set gpu-threads to 2. For low TC I run Intensity 13, for high TC I try and run -I 20 { "pools" : [ { "url" : "your pool info here", "user" : "your worker info here", "pass" : "your password here" } ] , "intensity" : "20,20", "vectors" : "1,1", "worksize" : "256,256", "kernel" : "scrypt,scrypt", "lookup-gap" : "0,0", "thread-concurrency" : "21712,21712", "shaders" : "1792,1792", "gpu-engine" : "1100-1100,1100-1100", "gpu-fan" : "0-100,0-100", "gpu-memclock" : "1000,1500", "gpu-memdiff" : "0,0", "gpu-powertune" : "20,20", "gpu-vddc" : "1.250,1.250", "temp-cutoff" : "95,95", "temp-overheat" : "85,85", "temp-target" : "75,75", "api-port" : "4028", "expiry" : "120", "gpu-dyninterval" : "7", "gpu-platform" : "0", "gpu-threads" : "1", "hotplug" : "5", "log" : "5", "no-pool-disable" : true, "queue" : "1", "scan-time" : "60", "temp-hysteresis" : "3", "shares" : "0", "kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin" }

Wow...busy week. I have a small update. I have completed most of the open air frame and am now working on wiring it up. Should have the rest ready tommorrow afternoon. Please check out my website www.hostedmining.com..working on that as well. More content to follow. This is the 1st prototype. I have already found some better materials to make the uprights and the crossbars. This is pretty sturdy yet still light weight..I will improve upon it. zif p.s. Still waiting on the x16 by x16 PCIe risers..the x1 by x16 w/molex I used in these picks are for mock up only. :/

Dude...10 ltc received Thanks very much Moose. Glad I could help. zif
Try setting your gpu engine to 1200mhz. For what ever reason my system runs better with concurrency set to 8192 and intesity 13...I loose alot of hashrate trying to raise these. I am still getting over 600khs per card tho. You are just going to have to play around with these settings till you find a sweet spot. Every card seems to have diff setting for optimal. good luck

start over. go into cgminer and delete all the .bin files. just the .bins Then go and delete everything in your config file. restart your comp.. reenter cgminer with just --scrypt and your server settings. let it run for abit if it starts. once its up and running set powertune to 20....save the config and exit. open up cgminer file...look for the newly genetated .bin file. Note the number of your thread concurrency. exit and reboot.
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 cgminer --scrypt -o (your server) -u (your username) -p (your password) --thread-concurrency (your number from the .bin) -I 13(start here,raise once everything is stable till crash,lower) -g 2 -w 256
I have noticed that cgminer will have different hash rates with all the same settings. sometimes I have to stop and restart it a couple of times for the settings to "stick"
good luck

Subbed. Watching with interest.

Appreciate all the reply's! Thanks.
The memory requirements are for when you run Reaper. If you are using cgminer or something else it is not an issue. As I kinda hinted at before...I could chop quite abit off the price..but at the cost of reliability and IMO performance. The build profile calls for maximum kh/s..as I am hosting this myself in my shop the kw/h's is not a factor. There are really no other considerations.
This is not what the customer asked for and frankly something I would probably not choose to build. I have over a decade of building hi performance computers...with several WORLD RECORDS. Any web search will show my name at several reputable overclocking forums. Until one of you can show me a similar resume...how to put this nicely....I thank you but no thanks.
As I stated before...once the build is up and running I will post the results.

Thanks Slush...appreciate the the long hours you have been putting in to get things fixed. I have a question..would it be hard to implement a lock on our wallets? I am having issues with the password reset email. I receive the email..but when I go to open it in Outlook I get this error message "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report." It appears to be some kind of security feature or something because the email is asking for a reset? I get the same message now with the payout notifications...and unable to open the mail. Is there a way to reset my email? or can we lock out wallet addresses? Either option would be fine with me. Apparently just changing computers will not fix this issue. There is a thread here about it. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-email/outlook-wasnt-able-to-complete-this-request-how-to/21143fd8-4ad2-4849-90e5-2561b77555c9?msgId=65451b46-5282-455a-b52c-667ebecb70eb Dunno..after an hour trying to research this online I am no closer. Will sleep on it myself. Would be happy with a lock wallet address. zif
