How come you get insider information, but the rest of us don't?
Lab_Rat wanted someone to be able to disseminate information and answer questions if he is too busy to do so. Based on the relationship built over on the BFL forums last year, he asked me if I wanted to be that contact. He is trusting me to answer the questions I can based on the public information that is available and to not release any information that I might get that is not yet public. I probably should have kept my mouth shut last Thursday, but a release sounded imminent, and I wanted to wake things up a bit. Other than being able to identify which users own which bond addresses, based on the trading I have overseen, I don't think I've had access to any information that hasn't become public in fairly short order, though. grnbrg.

I hope that(I also want 2 weeks) or really epic news... Teasing and then wait 4 days is just so evil.....

Did anyone get payouts on namecoins?
The last Namecoin transfer I got was before the DDoS attack on Friday.. While they aren't worth much. I use my namecoin payouts to fund my CEX.IO addiction :-P.
Namecoin payouts depend on parts of the pool system that are still catching up. Once everything is back online, NMC payouts from Friday forward will be correctly made. grnbrg.

Does LR have a estimated time line when the asics will be produced. Like ive said before, I believe thats the only way for us to keep up with the difficulty, At first, i was on the fence about it, but I dont think we have a choice, no way in hell we will be able to keep up with only adding a few percent of our mining to keep up. Plus, I think its going to make our bonds much more valuable.
so, if LR could keep us updated on how that process is going, would be great..

LabRat, (I probably don't have to tell you) double check that you scrub EXIF data from any photos you may post. I'd hate to hear that someone broke into one of the mining center and stole/broke stuff.
The few photos he's given me to post have not had location data in them, but I've removed the EXIF data completely anyway. Lab_Rat has had that thought, as have I. grnbrg.

Maybe we could consider bitparking. - 1.5% BTC fee
- Transaction fees paid to block finder
Given our hashrate, these two would cancel out. Maybe even end up ahead of a zero fee pool.... grnbrg.
