1  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCMaze.com - The Bitcoin Maze - MINI BOARD & 50% GAME ADDED! on: January 19, 2014, 08:11:42 AM
I gave the game a try and my box never opened.

It's stuck for days now
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nxt :: descendant of Bitcoin - Updated Information on: January 11, 2014, 06:15:23 PM

After listening to your criticism I decided to reduce the BTC withdrawal fee to 0.0001 BTC (just enough to cover the cost of the transfer)

Please reconsider using NewAltEx.com

Thank you

The business of currency exchange is not easy, and even more so as you are a late entrant. You would probably need a market maker initially. And you would have to spend money upfront on attracting users if you want a piece of market share over the long-term.

The only serious competitor right now is DGEX and they charge a huge fee for withdrawals, especially instant withdrawals - I don't

I'm offering a similar trading platform with competitive fees, help stabilize the currency / make market manipulation harder.

I can list 10 more reasons for people to start using NewAltEx.com, I just hope they will give the exchange a try.

Did you change anything?

No.

And it works:
Code:
{"transactionIds":["16327828505285932473","7776315672991437607","7478358102654400317","9038949217488707578","5107797978721572291","3056041568658981150","13938595992812911398","5860553720038071526","14088864536744330557","98233104059687517","3708542302478143606","11723261810965383682","8480031398450915391","4637952893059799971","4278983739975323329","11578788549066895383","17355434458110030026","15327384437462965022","11518685970067256485","6225568623338018976","5358668617356551382","7334304928632209196","11321968978650279956","14554751727556954823","96427141454859614"]}

Rename *.bak files to *.nxt, maybe ur copy of blockchain is inconsistent.

You were right, the blockchain was corrupt.

Version 0.4.7e is really stable, good job
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Nxt] API of Nxt on: December 27, 2013, 04:22:28 PM
I keep getting {"errorCode":4,"errorDescription":"Incorrect \"timestamp\""}

When trying to use requestType=getAccountTransactionIds

on version 0.4.7e, i tried different timestamps 0, -1, real timestamp

nothing works

What exactly ur request is?

For example:

http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=getAccountTransactionIds&account=6483973064837388393&timestamp=0

This works for me in an earlier version, but not in 0.4.7e

Did you change anything?

Thanks

Hey guys how can I surpass the "The Matrix has you" message for remote client access in 4.7? Which parameter in which file to change. Needing quick solution right here, hundreds of payments pending thanks.

/nxt/webapps/root/WEB-INF/web.xml

look for localhost or 127.0.0.1 inside the file, you will find the correct lines

Hey guys,

Check out http://www.nxtcoinflip.com/

It's a new NXT gambling site, similar to other cryptocurrency games.

It's cheat-proof, the password used to generate the results is posted after a certain amount of 'turns'
11  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cheap bitcoin hosting? on: December 16, 2013, 10:00:12 PM

You don't have a lot of reliable hosts accepting Bitcoins, but the ones that do charge more then 5 mBTC/m

I'm sure you can find a less reliable host but it's really risky, if you want better security (As secure as shared hosting can get:|)

I will definitely recommend doubling your budget and going for Namecheap or another reliable company:
https://www.namecheap.com/support/payment-options/bitcoin.aspx

If you don't, then simply follow the previous advice and search for "bitcoin hosting" on Google
12  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cheap bitcoin hosting? on: December 16, 2013, 09:29:52 PM
I don't get it, what do you mean by Bitcoin hosting?

Do you want to run Bitcoind on the server? obviously not cause you are using free shared hosting

Or are you talking about a website that accepts bitcoins or a website that uses some sort of an API?

Or do you just mean that you want to buy hosting using bitcoins?

Lol, who knew .02 would be that big of a deal?  Lips sealed

I can get 10 GH/s more for 0.25btc and you ask for .02 extra

so it's a big deal, we want to maximize profits.

I have a pending BTC withdrawal of 1.05939900.  Would you be able to assist with that?
It's paid and confirmed.

What should  I do then? Any suggestions?
Delete all your NXT files and follow these directions:

GGInc. is a credible guy, I can see the money in my wallet after following his guide

Your cashout has been paid and is marked in our client as transaction id 8325169176620995506.

Your client may be out of date. But so may be ours if a fork has happened. The last block we display is 6119. The NXT network is not yet stable and all kinds of strangeness can and will happen.

I have this client version:
Nxt 0.2.19 - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/67242472/Nxt.zip - SHA256 hash f6976604eb5b8345ae38d80e50723114619f48f78a58c8b236af5d50bcebe806

My CashOut is marked as "COMPLETED" now but I still can't see the money in my wallet

What is going on? Does it take time for the transaction to show?
What's your account number pls

My account number is 299

When are you going to process CashOuts? I'm waiting for 2 days already, my NXT cashout is still pending
