Otherwise you could try this, it helped me with a previous version when it wouldn't load properly (but use the latest version of Agama): I was also having trouble with the latest wallet even though previous versions had worked fine and I found the only way to get it to work was to uninstall all old versions (iguana, agama and komodo) from windows, making sure you delete all associated files and folders from your "ProgramFiles" folder. Then delete the "Agama", "iguana" & "Komodo" folders in "C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\". Then install the latest version of Agama (v0.2.0.22a-beta) using the windows installer. After that I started Agama with KMD, REVS & JUMBLR in native mode and imported my passphrase from the ico and the blockchain downloaded and the wallet synced and I can see both my KMD and JUMBLR balances correctly now.  P.S. if you want to save some time downloading the blockchain again you can backup the "blocks" & "chainstate" folders and the "komodostate" file inside "C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Komodo" and copy them back after the re-install, before you open Agama for the first time... that worked for me. |

danke für den tipp. der rescan wurde zwar ausgeführt aber die wallet funktioniert trotzdem nicht. oben links habe ich ein rotes ausrufezeichen  Es scheint das du noch nicht der volle blockchain runtergeladen hast, es kann Stunden dauern. Wenn das fertig ist wird da '100%' ershein staat 'Loading data please wait...' |

wenn ich im native modus starte syncronisiert die wallet nicht. komisch das jede neu erstellte wallet problemlos funktioniert  werde es nächste woche mal im slack versuchen. irgendwie muss die wallet geblockt sein Du köntest versuchen dein key nochmal in Agama zu importieren um ein 'wallet rescan' auszulösen. Click auf 'Import key' und gebe deine seed ein und click auf 'Trigger rescan' und dan auf 'Import'... das könnte vielleicht helfen. Viel gluck! |

hello komodo team! i am a investor since january 2017. Since october i can't send coins anymore. with the new agama version i get the error when i claime "no history aviable". if I want to send a decode error. in native mode the wallt is not syncronized. i have agama 0.2.0.26d -0.2.0.27c testet and not working, same error. agama for android same error. is my wallet blocked? Is it possible to make it with trezor seed with segwit address i see bip39 and in trezor is bi44?
Do i have to register on every exchanges or you can do it with your accounts and send me btc instead of forked coins?
Yes, I have used a trezor seed and it worked just fine so far. You need to enable or disable segwit for each coin depending on when/if you moved funds to a trezor address before or after each fork date. You will need to register on exchanges yourself in order to get receiving addresses as they don't offer an exchange service at this stage. Great service so far guys! Thanks! |

Hopefully that can help in some way... EDIT: I see there is a new version, I will try that one EDIT2: I have fixed my issue; by clicking on the 'Inventory' for KMD and changing the values in the 'Balance' boxes and changing them back again and then clicking 'Make Inventory' and that created the necessary UTXOs for trading. In order to submit a successful trade I had to place an order with a total that matched one of my UTXO amounts. |

i have been trying to start agama (the latest version) but i get this javascript error. i tried reinstalling it but still not working.
so my question is how do i fix this or how do i do a clean install i.e. which files needs to be removed form the roaming dir?

glad to hear this!
we finally have an improved sync for windows that while it isnt blazing fast, at least it doesnt waste a lot of bandwidth. the sync time wont be as good as other OS, but should be much improved.
recently we sped up the startup time by 4x, which hopefully will make it less likely for people to get impatient and killing the process, which if done improperly corrupts the DB at worst and at best requires a rescan.

Can someone help me out here? It seems like I'm the only person having problems with the AGAMA wallet loading up, I haven't seen my balance for 2 months now. Yes, I have the new version. Everytime I open AGAMA it says "synchronizing is in progress" but its been progress for over 4 days now. This cannot be normal, I wish I could just transfer my Komodo into bittrex and leave all this AGAMA wallet failing crap behind me. I guess this is what I get for trying to stake.

Just be clear so all you need is your Wallet Seed to recover your balance? I had been running the Agama wallet in Basilisk mode and would like to try this technique.

So just start installed Agama from new/fresh....it took me 5-7 hours to download all the blockchain from start to finished on the Native mode.
Where can download a separate blockchain to not download all of them? How many blockchain weigh now? The blockchain download size is just 1,97 GB. You can follow my instructions if you want to download the Native mode...because currently the Basilisk mode is not working if you want to send coins. Very, very, very slow network working. Missing nodes on the network? Not sure what problems with your computer...but mine is ok. If you using the old Agama wallet...you should download the new wallet update here>>> https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/I've tried the latest versions of wallets (agama and komodo). But the problem of synchronization is not where it's going. The wallets of the other coins are working fine. same here... synchronization is repeating... repeating... repeating... |
