641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 03, 2019, 12:30:12 AM
Are you kidding or it was a serious post? I am really confused. Creating a tipping bot how can boost the coin price? I have no idea, man. Do you know the Parjar tip bot? With your logic, Parjar coin should have hit 1$ per coin! Mate, this is not a big or unique technology, it's just a tool for the community. This development will not help in BCH price, but yet BCH has the potential to hit at least 1K USD in 2020, 4K is a daydream from my side.
Maybe they will be tipping others with thousand dollars for each tip and that will increase the demand to buy a lot of BCH. Too many non sense article that already posted just to shill the coin.

It looks like that nothing happens with the bitcoin cash OP. that article just an article to shilling for BCH that created by a writer with non sense logic.
So many projects have already implemented the tipping bot and some platforms make you able to send money just use the nickname. This is an old idea.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to create a valuable altcoin without conducting ICO? on: December 02, 2019, 04:20:04 PM
That must be to create a product. Remember about what you need to have a fully working product. Right now, some people are thinking if that will almost impossible to create a coin that will be really valuable without conducting ico but you forget about you have some examples of altcoin that already exist that was really valuable. i can call energi as an example. As long as you have a fully working product first and your token will be valuable after that. But this depends on your skill to create a product. Without ico the value of the token will come from the product as more people interested to buy it.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum staking concept 2020 (Proof of stake) on: November 28, 2019, 02:38:49 PM
Does anyone knows about upcoming ethereum staking concept?

"Due to these events, it was decided that Ethereum will switch to a PoS blockchain in January 2020. Let’s see how this will work and why ETH might become one of the best staking coins in the market."

What do you think this will affect the Ethereum price on 2020. I am curious about the staking pool mention in this article

Its a good good news about ethereum holders.
ETA for ethereum POS is not yet determined and by the way, the price of ethereum will increase a lot as per more ethereum will be locked in the network. As far as i know, if you are wanna participating in the staking and there will be a locked period for those are staking their coin will unable to take their coins for more than 120 days. That means more coins will be locked and there will be a huge chance for ethereum to drive its price to the moon in the future. Ethereum staking concept already scheduled to be launched next year but there is no ETA when it will be happening for sure.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: November 24, 2019, 10:23:30 PM
I will advise people to be more moderate and conservative with the year 2020, there are several reasons fo that, the space is getting matured and with that most of these pump and dump are getting eliminated, also the issue of recession coming in 2020, if the projection is true then we are likely to see the impact on the space
The recession is what make me worry, if it could affect the economy of an entire country across the globe then it can affect cryptocurrencies aswell. People always saying that cryptocurrency could be a haven to save our money but little they know that it could gets dumped because of the recession aswell and the regulation that will be upcoming I always have this one feeling that the countries will start to regulate crypto to minimize their economy risk of collapsing.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest Way to Make Money with Crypto? on: November 21, 2019, 05:48:59 PM
maybe for now the airdrop keybase can be used to get profit but you have to wait for further payment. and for signatures you can join the yobit campaign, because so far the project that provides good enough pay is yobit
I think not all countries accept airdrop keybase some countries have been banned and this is because cheater who wants to get more airdrop XLM. And there are many signature campaigns that use btc as payment per week not just yobit
The cheating that happens on XLM airdrop is massive you can see there are so amny accounts get banned because they wanted to get some pennies out of it. It's really fair to ban some of the countries considering that those account if could get pass will deduct a great amount of allocation that the people who honestly participate should get. It's a consequence for their doing and if it's needed they could ban the ip aswell but that might reduce the keybase users.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a Developer To Take Over a Dead Project on: November 20, 2019, 06:14:17 AM
Reviving dead project is like working third time harder than starting a new project (only if your track record is clean from any criminality). You can't gain the hype, you can hardly gain the momentum, people already have a pessimistic opinion regarding the project and to change that you need to put a lot of effort into giving a huge change to it. Trust me, you should just refine the concept of the project and start anew rather than reviving a dead project which requires resource and doesnt guarantee success.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you any new ideas to replace the KYC? on: November 19, 2019, 10:24:25 PM
The crypto market is decentralized, we live here as anonymous and free and we love it! But this KYC process is killing the anonymity of crypto! To invest in a good IEO you need to verify KYC, to do a good bounty project, you will have to go through KYC! But why? You guys are doing nothing with our KYC, then why you keep asking our identity? A selfie by holding my ID card, wtf! Did we ever ask you to verify your KYC when you launch a project/bounty?  Why you are not coming with another option where a freedom crypto member doesn't need to show his face?

Ok, guys, now my question to you, Have you any idea what can be good to replace the KYC method?

So project/developer must have really pissed you off because you sound really angry. I still think that KYC is important to control money laundering and other money related crimes around the world and I also think KYC should not just be for bounty and surrounding hunters only but for project developers/owners as well. Including exchange operators to bring more balance
The problem about KYC is how it could fall to the hand of irresponsible people and being misused. your KYC will be saved by them forever and people could change their mind as the time goes. Maybe they are now legit people and will not share your KYC but they could turn into a wicked person and sell your KYC for few cents in the deep web just for a little money and that's what I'm afraid the most because we don't know about people's mind. The reason behind KYC to prevent money laundering is good but the requirement to force use submit our ID is ridiculous.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Criminals got balls because no COP or law to tackle them on: November 18, 2019, 11:10:29 PM
There will be no fraud if people are wiser than what they will take logically. Most people are tempted over the lure of the huge when the reply in logic is not possible. And they took it and it came to pass the deception, which yes they themselves why no more wisely transact in this digital world. They made a post and were outraged at the forum because it has been on the scam by an obscure person.
You can't just outright blame people for being scammed because they have flawed logic I mean that's such an obvious answer everyone know that's the main reason but we should aswell help them to not being scammed even though that's hard and some people might be dumb enough to just go all in to a dumb project existed. That's the exact reason why there are law and regulation and the same thing actually could work if can be implemented into the ICO and IEO world however that'd take a lot of effort considering some scammers also hiding behind shadow luring stupid people to do stupid things.
649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin cannot be banned on: November 17, 2019, 11:02:05 PM
There'll always some people who confront something and they will become denial like that for another decades until bitcoin prove itself. Most of the people also said that bitcoin couldnt work because it;s backed by nothing but I don't think that's true. Everything in this world has value because people says so, like diamond which is only a transparent stone and it's expensive because people says so even though it's not a rare mineral.
even if bitcoin banned no one could actually stop people from using it, basically it's true that it's actually cannot be banned.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt-coins with practical use on: November 14, 2019, 04:45:49 PM
Storj is one of coin that attract my interest due to its function to pay for the decentralized cloud storage which is quite beneficial for my daily activities but I'm yet to try it out however it seems that the coin you mentioned is actually just for remmitance aren't them? in my opinion that can't be called practical use because almost all of cryptos despite having various functionality can still be used for remmitance as long as it has value and smart contract platform coins are basically a clone to each other which  is definitely pointless. Although practical use may differ in each person but I can't find all those coin you mentioned to be practical except golem. For example, Brave coin is used to replace the conventional ads into revolutionizing the whole website industries.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency usage will boost economy or make it worst ? on: November 14, 2019, 03:49:39 PM
"Money" - whether fiat or crypto does not matter - has very little to do with the performance of the economy.
You can use gold, or whale teeth, or bits, but the point is that money is always a "representation" of value.
It is like asking "how much heat a thermometer?"
That's true but cryptocurrency doesn't represent as a country's own currency because it is decentralized meanwhile for a country to stabilize their economy they need to have control over the economy itself and the currency. The volatility might also contribute to make the economy unstable because the point of government having a currency is to give the citizens a tool to trade that's stable. Imagine a country that uses crypto for example alts that could drop its value overnight then it will mean a huge crisis for the country. currency definitely matter a lot and have something to do with the performance of the economy.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: November 10, 2019, 09:57:27 PM
I agree with you. In fact, most new wallets are not trusted. Downloading a new wallet can mean you're carrying malicious code and it can hack all your information. So why should we use a new wallet while the old one is still good?
Just a disclaimer, I don't like all of the new wallets but it doesn't mean that all of them are carrying malicious code. But I would choose not to download any of them even though they look promising and very well made by the developers. Thinking that the developers are also trustworthy and reliable in the industry. Just to be sure of your safety, I had promised myself not to download the new ones unless the experts in the security of wallets in the community has recommended it.
usually people will review the code of a wallet first and inform the public only if the wallet have their code published in github. Most of the time wallet created by a private company will not publish their code so that is a problem because we cant know whether it has a malicious code or not.
It is just better to keep using The old wallet ones. The essence of using wallet is basically the same anyway. To save monry or use it for transaction.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Releasing an ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself’ Token on: November 09, 2019, 11:11:37 PM
This will be a Utility Token or Security Token or just a joke. It should be appreciated that these parents provide strong support for the crypto currency. But the purpose and benefits of this token we do not know what it will be for later
It is definitely a joke. The saying “Epstein didnt kill himself” has beocme a hot meme lately in every corner of internet so it is just for fun just like donald trump or mao coin but still have a chance to have trading volume because it is crypto market even the stupidest coin could have someone buying it. The purpose or benefits I could say is literally zero considering it is just a meme which mean very volatile coin based on trending and the demand is not because its funcitonality but instead merely from people trying to have fun.
654  Economy / Economics / Re: If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin on: November 07, 2019, 11:02:14 PM

bitcoin will sky rocket up to mars. a lot of the non bitcoin believers will cry a river.  bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies may be the first the forex traders will buy, the stablecoins will also take a nosedive when the crash happen so there is no other escape for them but bitcoin.

IMO, the Bitcoin exchange rates may go down if there is a crash in the stock market. People will be left with less money and therefore Bitcoin purchases will go down. The existing users will be forced to sell their coins, in order to cover their expenses. Ordinary people are more likely to shift to less risky assets, such as treasury bonds and gold.
aren't we there yet few months ago? when the trade war between china and US happened?

the stocks market fall down so do with bitcoin market nearly reaches its lowest since last year. that is a small picture , if we have to compare it and make a simulation i think the falling of cryptocurrency market is sure inevitable.
gold still become the safe haven as we are still watching the old rich guy living , the next generation will highly considering crypto as their safe haven , just the matter of time.

that is my worst scenario and the crash itself won't recovered in a short time .

that is not the worst, the zimbabwe situation is the worst and it could happen to any country which debts so high. right now most countries already have debts to china.

If such thing really happen people will be in dire need of money therefore they will be selling bitcoin instead. When the stock market crash it means they are losing money and they are not gonna invest to another thing while people who luckily hold bitcoin will be cashing out to cover up their losses. It is always correlate to each other and the outcome of stock market crashing could be unexpected toward bitcoin and im sure that expecting bitcoin to go up at that time is simply too much.
People are sane enough to take break after losing and not just throw money to other investment option just because it is different.
655  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: November 07, 2019, 10:24:01 PM
How could blockchain replace banks? Blockchain is technology that is applicable in many industries, including banking and financial but it can't replace bank as an institution and services it offers. So, banks could only implement blockchain into their business. I think we have problem here with basic understanding of some facts.
People are expecting the blockchain system to somehow make the bank collapse due to people using crypto currency and leave the bank because the decentralization but as expected the bank is now using the block chain technology which more likely to eliminate that scenario.
It is undeniable that blockchain is beneficial but people are too optimistic thinking it could replace bank anytime soon wherr on reality it just become tool for bank to achieve greater efficiency.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC and coingecko on: November 06, 2019, 10:17:51 PM
It is always the most popular ones which has to be the harder to get into. It is not that coingecko is more popular than CMC it is just to be listed in CMC  you need to meet some criteria.
It is unlike in the past where being listed in CMC is an ordinary thing right now everytime I see new projects being listed on CMC they are celebrating it like how they celebrate if their project can get listed by popular exchange. However CMC and coingecko is just equally good in my opinion.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 06, 2019, 03:07:07 PM
Usually top exchanges with huge money flows have no problem dealing with that much crypto if you are KYC verified users although that doesn't guarantee that the exchange might put a suspicion to your account and probably lock that down for investigation.
The anti money laundering things is quite the thing these days and we are forced to do some additional steps to prevent such a thing from happening while that might make everything complicated I do support the anti money laundering just to prevent crime. Maybe you should contact the exchange support first just to be sure. Handling big money is not as easy as people would think usually.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China can easily launch a coin while Facebook is having a hard time on: October 31, 2019, 10:35:32 PM
Libra is different, it will be used worldwide specially facebook can be used everywhere. That is how it will work. The same with Facebook.
Their real problem though is they need to abide by the rules of their origin country which is United States and their president oppose in crypto currencies.
So that will always be a no go.

The government are afraid that Libra could potentially become their own enemy if it goes popular, when so many people uses Libra facebook will have control over economy and Facebook is a corporation therefore letting them having control over the economy is a big disaster in the eyes of Government.

Even if the US government allow the release of Libra people will still doubtful anyway because the fact that facebook is an unstrustable company.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest only in active projects on: October 30, 2019, 03:36:47 PM
Invest in the most active altcoins, do not but inactive altcoins because for sure it could be a shitcoin. There is a demand in an altcoins if it is active. Always consider the 24hr volume before you buy.
It is not good to buy inactive coin because it has no market participants meaning its value is continuing to depreciate because there is no willing buyers. Just buy altcoins that belongs in the top 15  in terms of volume.
what I consider to be inactive project are those with no progress at all and having low volume it's threatened of being delisted by the exchange, buying coin with low volume is always a bad idea let alone inactive coin and whoever put there money into such coin is insane or not educated about how investment works when it comes to altcoins

top 15 is guaranteed to be around for a long time so it will be a wiser investment for people who seek safety rather than taking a huge risk for literally nothing
660  Economy / Economics / Re: What makes a Fiat worthless? on: October 28, 2019, 05:37:03 PM
We have come across so many national currency becoming worthless and recently we have heard the news of barter system in Zimbabwe due to the fall in the value of national currency but what really makes the Fiat worthless? Is it corruption or war or national economical crisis? Or the National GDP which makes it fall?

The only way that money can be deemed worthless if its value reaches hyperinflation- wherein it losses its value on the market but its FACE VALUE is tremendously high.
Like what you have mentioned, Zimbabwe has a fiat note called 100-trillion-dollars and it is only worth $40 USD. Excessive printing of money can cause hyperinflation where the supply is high but the demand for goods is significantly low.

Excessive printing is a serious problem in a third world countries. Even more dumber is I've ever heard someone saying that if the government need money just print it I mean they must be lacking the basic knowledge of how fiat works. Also, if a country is politically unstable their money will seem to be affected aswell because investors are withdrawing their invested fund and also losing their trust against the country's money therefore making it worthless in the eyes of international market.

It's always crazy to think that some country could failed that hard making their money as good as dust lying around in the ground.
