1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 26, 2024, 08:47:07 PM
Liverpool seems very sympathetic to me. They are a team I always enjoy watching in the Premier League. Actually, I didn't think they would have this much trouble against Chelsea, but I was wrong. While Chelsea was fighting for the cup with all their might, Liverpool did their best and scored a goal as the extra time of the match ended. If they hadn't scored, maybe they would have lost on penalties.
That's how Chelsea, when faced with big teams, can always balance themselves, just like when they played against Man City, their game became very attractive. The result was a loss, but in my opinion Chelsea were able to provide resistance from the first half to the second half. Mistakes made only at the last minute may have made Chelsea players shaken. Overall, Liverpool were definitely superior, but scoring 1 goal meant Klopp had difficulty breaking down Chelsea's defence.
What can be expected from Chelsea, the majority of which are young players at fantastic prices. I see why they always play well and are attractive when they meet big teams because they have a feeling of wanting to stand out and prove themselves.
But when they play against mediocre teams, it looks like they are only playing half-heartedly, even though currently they are also mediocre teams. This should be a special concern for the coaching team. Because if not, it is certain that their position will be stagnant.
To be honest, I really hope that Chelsea can return to being a terrible team in the EPL like the days of Lampard and Drogba. But maybe for now the Chelsea owner is more concerned with the business side.

Even though Bayern Munich trailed Lazio 1-0 in the first leg, Champions League fans expectations of them are still very high, that Thucel is predicted to be able to manage his team to turn things around at the Allianz Arena. But maybe this is a moment that can trap bettors, who fail to see Lazio as a team that can create a surprise like what happened in the first leg. Maurizio Sarri is an experienced figure, he has more strategic options to maintain his team advantage. To minimize risks, it is possible that Sarri will choose a pragmatic strategy. Harry Kane cannot bump if Sarri chooses to park the bus in the penalty box.
These two coaches have both coached Chelsea, but Tuchel had a better portfolio when coaching Chelsea.  Cheesy
Psychologically, perhaps Munich is the favorite to be able to turn things around when they host Lazio at the Allianz and ensure they qualify for the next round.

In my opinion, Lazio's performance in the domestic league is mediocre, not superior. This opens up the opportunity for Lazio to have ups and downs in performance.
The pressure from the Munich supporters at Allianz could have caused the Lazio players to drop mentally so that Munich could take advantage of it to steal more than 2 goals.
Moreover, in the Lazio lineup there are not many players who have experience competing in the UCL.

After making sure Mbappe leaves, PSG is obliged to find a replacement. The coach must start making the players independent of Mbappe from now on. In addition, they also have to buy several new players to patch Mbappe's departure. The latest options I read PSG want Osimhen, Joshua Kimmich, and Leny Yoro. They want to make a big change with those players. But it is not easy, because many other clubs are also eyeing the services of the three players.

Sumber: https://www.marca.com/en/football/psg/2024/02/16/65cf61c8268e3eb9318b4598.html
Reportedly Kimmich and Leny Yoro are also interested in Real Madrid. Maybe they really need the projection of a young team to make it the Galacticos of the new era.
Osimhen was previously looked at by Madrid when Benzema was rumored to be leaving, but unfortunately Madrid prioritized Mbappe, whose fate was unclear when he would move.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Wins: Your Money Was Returned to You. on: February 26, 2024, 08:06:11 PM
what we win is the money we lose, I don't think so, I think when I win gambling it is someone else's money who loses and vice versa, and this cycle will continue to turn, and that is the reason why casinos very rarely go bankrupt because they pay out their winnings. which is greater than their income
Unconsciously, our lost money is also there, the cycle goes round. So actually we gamble to win how much we have lost. It is natural for gamblers to look for ways to avenge their losses at the gambling table.
The percentage of people winning at casinos is definitely just under 30%, which is why they have never lost and can still pay out every player's winnings to this day.
The more gamblers lose, the higher the gambling company's income rate. Moreover, every day there will be new members joining there because of the massive branding on social media.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: Carabao Cup On Final Sunday 25th February 2024: Chelsea vs Liverpool on: February 26, 2024, 07:36:44 PM
But what makes this victory feel even more exciting for Liverpool is that they achieved it in less than ideal conditions.
Liverpool came in having lost many players due to injury, namely Alisson Becker, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Curtis Jones, Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota.
With minimal options, Liverpool must rely on young players. Harvey Elliott and Conor Bradley, both just 20, started.
With this victory we can see where Chelsea's level is, with young players who have fantastic prices.
It turns out that this is not a guarantee of being able to beat Liverpool and become champions of the Carabao Cup. Liverpool really deserves to get this trophy.

Once again congratulations to Liverpool! Hopefully this trend will continue in the EPL until the end of the season.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why in some religion gambling is forbidden? on: February 26, 2024, 07:21:48 PM
Religion usually prohibits things that have a bigger bad side or loss. For example, gambling can have a bad impact if you are addicted to it, which can harm many people. Then prostitution has detrimental sides such as the potential for contracting dangerous diseases.
However, from a political perspective, of course these two things can be profitable for the country because they can be taxed, which is why not a few countries legalize gambling and prostitution simply to be able to take these profits as state tax income.
For people who are not religious, I don't think there is a problem, they can do whatever they want as long as it doesn't conflict with the rules that apply where they live.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it ethical to break your gambling rules on: February 26, 2024, 06:49:35 PM
You make the rules yourself, so whatever decision you make is your right. It's kind of like a principle, you can break it or obey it. In gambling there are always things that sometimes don't go according to plan, things change suddenly so you might fail to comply with your own rules. But in my opinion that's not a bad thing, you could be deliberately breaking your personal rules for something bigger for you to achieve. However, be careful when your gambling intensity increases, this could be an early sign of addiction that you should be aware of from the start. It may be that now you can still control the amount of your losses below 30%, but when the intensity of playing increases and your thoughts are not controlled, it is possible that you could experience bigger losses, even up to the point where all your capital is used up.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: February 25, 2024, 06:01:32 PM
What happened in the Bundesliga put the Bayern team in serious trouble and this will have an impact on the team's performance so Lazio can take advantage of this in the first leg to steal important points at home to Bayern.
The possibility of a second leg in the future is still wide open for Bayern, but I am quite pessimistic after seeing Bayern's performance at the moment, they are really not at their best and also the second leg will be played at home to Lazio so this will be very difficult. for Bayern.

Yesterday, Bayern only needed a victory (as in the case with Lazio, where Bayern needed at least a minimal victory in order not to be eliminated immediately but to send the game to extra time) and they were able to achieve it barely in stoppage time. It seems to me that Lazio and Leipzig are quite comparable in strength and the fact that Bayern is playing without any margin of safety is alarming. I don’t want to believe that they will be eliminated in the 1/8 finals, but in any case, they are now in no condition to compete with Real or City.
That is a bitter fact but it is true, with a series of disappointing results, Bayern can no longer be compared to Madrid and Man City as the favorite team to win. I think even though Bayern can turn things around in the second leg, their strength will still be in doubt in the quarter finals, regardless of who their potential opponents will be there.

It also doesn't rule out the possibility that Bayern could also be eliminated by Lazio, when you look at the strength of Leipzig and Lazio are not much different, we also haven't forgotten that Bochum is able to beat those who in fact have much lower strength than Lazio. On paper, the 1-0 deficit is still very possible to overcome, but it all depends on Tuchel strategy.

Bayern hopes of winning the Champions League this season are on the uphill road, even though they went smoothly without defeat in the previous group stage, everything went wrong in a short time. As a coach who has experience winning UCL trophies, Tuchel definitely has a way to get the best results, but in my opinion they will only get to the semi finals.
Apart from a series of disappointing results, Munich is also experiencing internal problems which are causing tension between the coach and several key players. This could be a factor in players playing half-heartedly in the next matches. It is true that the conditions in Munich are currently difficult, Tuchel must try to take a more humane approach to his players so that they can calm the atmosphere in the dressing room. Moreover, this season they are threatened with not getting any trophies, including the domestic league. Their only priority now is to win every match, they cannot accept a draw or at worst a loss. Statistically, it is possible that currently Harry Kane is receiving a heavy burden because he has to carry Munich in order to remain competitive in all matches, including playing in the second leg against Lazio. Of course, they have to be able to win to raise their hopes of winning the UCL. Yes, even though currently their position is not the favorite and is on a par with Madrid, I am sure that Munich can improve their current condition because they are a winning DNA team.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 25, 2024, 05:45:43 PM
Bournemouth hosted City at home. It was a tough match for both teams. City took the lead in the first half and managed to win 1-0. Bournemouth tried to get back into the game in the second half but failed to score. In the 88th minute, our national player Enes Unal entered the game and 2 minutes later he failed to capitalize on a position.
In the last match of the day, Arsenal hosted Newcastle United at home. They managed to get a comfortable win against their opponent. Arsenal established the pressure from the first minute of the match and took a 2-0 lead in the first half and continued in the same way in the second half. If a team wants to win the championship, they should not quit the match because they are ahead. They should constantly look for goals and intimidate their opponents in this way.
It seems like Man City has lost its rhythm in scoring lots of goals, this is due to the main goal scorer Haaland who has just recovered from injury.
I think he needs a few matches to adapt again to KDB to be able to dominate and win every match.
On the other hand, Arsenal went berserk again with a big score, where previously they had lost in the UCL with Porto.
This proves that they can quickly recover from adversity to try to catch up with Liverpool, who are currently at the top of the standings.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: February 25, 2024, 05:16:20 PM
Some small teams are quite likely to make surprises in the Europa League. It has always been like this but it happens until a point. I can't say Qarabag have much chance to move on from now on. I must appreciate their fighter character against Braga. That amazing effort resulted in achieving a big victory at the end.

But is there anyone who really thinks Qarabag can do the same against Leverkusen? The best I can expect from Qarabag is to show some resistance home in the first leg.

But Leverkusen are just one of the biggest title contenders here. No way they are saying goodbye in this round.  Smiley
Qarabag is not at Leverkusen's current level, but looking at the statistics, this team has high fighting power in every match. Yes, even though we know that maybe the winner is Leverkusen, we need to watch this match to see how well Qarabag can withstand Leverkusen's attack. Moreover, currently Leverkusen is unbeaten in the domestic league or UEFA League. I don't think Xabi will underestimate all teams from any continent because if they make a blunder they will be slapped by teams at Qarabag's level.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: February 25, 2024, 04:55:08 PM
Real Madrid vs Sevilla is one of the highlights of today's match schedule. Real Madrid lost very important points away to Rayo Vallecano last week. They still lead the league by 5 points, but the points they lost against Rayo Vallecano shocked everyone. On the other hand, Sevilla have had good stability in recent weeks. They have 2 wins and 2 draws in their last 4 league games. They were close to the relegation zone but with good results, they have moved away from the relegation zone. Real Madrid are favorites in this match but I will not bet on this match.
In the last few matches, Sevilla could only win by a narrow score. This shows that Sevilla is having quite a difficult time scoring goals, and this time their opponents are Real Madrid, who have only lost once this season. Of course, Madrid is favored in all aspects, but it cannot be denied that the result could be a draw because last week Rayo Valecano held Madrid to a draw too. In the last half of the season the score was also a 1-1 draw at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium. So let's wait and see whether Madrid can get out of the shadow of this draw with the absence of Bellingham and Camavinga.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The shocking rate of women interested in gambling. on: February 25, 2024, 03:41:46 PM
In fact, many women are starting to become interested in gambling because of the massive online gambling influencers. So far there are more female fans, who in the end are easily attracted to what their idols are promoting. However, regarding skills, I can't comment because most of them were initially attracted because of FOMO. It is possible that if you hone your skills you can surpass male gambling players. Apart from that, the convenience of gambling nowadays is very practical, all via an application.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Having a regular/steady income is important as a gambler. on: February 25, 2024, 04:50:30 AM
Gambling is not like a job or business so there is no chance of regular income from it. Gambling is a matter of luck, if your luck is good you will win in gambling and if your luck is bad then no matter how professional you are you will not win in gambling. so thinking of making a regular income from gambling is nothing but a foolish thought. Gambling may not be used for any purpose other than entertainment  Then neither money nor fun will come from there. so everyone should keep this in mind.
When I first started gambling I won gambling for several days then I thought I would earn a small amount of money from gambling every day. After several days I made some money like this and suddenly one day I lost all the money due to excessive greed.  I understand that gambling should not be overloaded and that gambling should not be taken as a profession. Gambling is fine for those who can take gambling as entertainment and those who gamble for money should stay away from gambling.
Almost everyone who is new to gambling will feel that way. Almost every day you can win the game even though the results are small. Then think that gambling can provide them with a steady daily income. Until finally they are dragged down by addiction which means they don't have time to do other, more productive activities. The result is that many people are unemployed because they only depend on their gambling. In the end they have to sell their assets in order to gamble to get the results back.
This is ironic because there is not much concrete information about how to respond to gambling. Even though I think gambling can be entertainment if we can play wisely. However, all this still cannot defeat the greed of human nature which already exists naturally.
14  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: February 25, 2024, 04:26:15 AM
It's not a matter of pride or not, in the environment where I live it's exactly like you said, if they know there are gamblers they will think we are very bad, and in my country gambling is strictly prohibited in all ages so it's normal they can think like that , but if fellow gamblers it doesn't matter if they know that we are gamblers, so I better hide it, for convenience
In Southeast Asian countries, there are many people who believe that gambling is a bad thing. But don't we realize that there are now many online gambling game platforms with virtual cash, which has become a subtle campaign so that people start to want to know about real gambling. Even in certain countries they don't ban these applications because they don't use real money but virtual money. Like it or not, almost everyone is now forced to gamble, whether for reasons of mere curiosity or even to the point of actually getting involved in real gambling. So I think hiding that we are actually gamblers is impossible nowadays, in fact there are many young people who show off on social media about their gambling activities.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outcomes of insighting gambling for a source of income. on: February 25, 2024, 04:15:52 AM
The mistake is to think that gambling is a sure thing to pursue as a money maker. I don't know how much more money he has to sacrifice just to raise capital and then start a business in another field.
The most sensible solution is to find a number of investors to finance your friend's business, but there must be a portfolio of businesses that he has successfully run so that investors will be happy to help him.
Hopefully that way your friend can develop better, and the most important thing is to stop gambling using money and important assets.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: February 24, 2024, 07:12:06 PM
With an aggregate of 0-1, of course Bayern Munich fate is very much at stake in Leg 2. Playing at home is indeed an advantage, but considering that Tuchel problems are getting more and more complicated by the day. To be honest, Tuchel is not always wrong, sometimes his players make mistakes and are unable to play solidly. With the pressure of having to win totally, I think Lazio will try everything they can to win. With the situation being unstable for both coaches, players and Bayern Munich officials, perhaps we will lose them in the UCL this season to advance to the top 8.

It is not impossible that initially Bayern Munich was made a strong candidate to win the UCL trophy but with the problem of consecutive poor performance it was doubtful that they would qualify.
I think Tuchel is more resigned to this match, because of the issue that next season he will leave Munich. Munich is a team of mega stars, of course not all coaches have the ability to handle each of these stars.
Even though the second leg has the advantage of playing at home, there is always a factor where team cohesion can be a big problem. At the very least, Tuchel has to let Munich qualify to save Munich's face.
On the other hand, Lazio will definitely take advantage of this momentum to qualify for the next round, because this target is definitely a dream that they may not be able to achieve so far.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel excited while gambling on: February 24, 2024, 07:00:25 PM
I think you should try to limit the amount of money you use for gambling. Moreover, you said that you experience defeat more often.
Actually, this feeling of displeasure arises when your money is continuously eroded by losing at your own game.
If you can reduce the amount of money to the point where you feel fine, I think you will also feel happy when playing even though your potential winnings are small.
Many people enjoy gambling and find it fun because they are not at all bothered by the losses they incur, they just want to play honestly.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If a addict lives within, which method would you choose to help them on: February 24, 2024, 06:03:03 PM
Option number 2 for me is the best way. Forcing them to stop will make them think logically and in the end they will make their choice.
If it uses a gentle approach, it will not be able to enter into its logic and assume we are just delaying it to stop gambling. No matter how rude it is, we definitely still care about the addiction he is experiencing.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 24, 2024, 05:17:53 PM
Finally, Fulham gets a goal for all their hard work, they have been unarguably the better side in the game. I think they should press even more for another goal. Anything can happen in football but I don’t see Manchester United coming back into this game. I can’t wait to see who Manchester United fans are going to blame for this loss. Is it going to be the usual suspects, Erik Ten Hag or Andre Onana?
A quite dramatic victory for Fulham because they scored a goal in the extra minute. Overall, Man United's statistics are not bad, they were just unlucky with opportunities that failed to convert into goals. At first I thought the result was a 1-1 draw.
The blame will definitely go to the coach, although to be honest I didn't see Onana and Bruno's contribution. These two players should be rotated to carry out evaluations. Especially Bayindir must try to replace Onana in the upcoming match.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Phase Or Are You Slowing Down Your Gambling Activity When.... on: February 24, 2024, 03:58:12 AM
What I understand here is that you assume gambling is an obligation like work.
For me, gambling is not a job, so I don't need to worry about deciding when to gamble because there are religious days.
Moreover, in certain religions gambling is prohibited because it is considered a sin, so I think it is difficult to align with religious morals. Maybe if to honor a religious day you take a short break to gamble, that's your decision.
