Over the years cryptocurrency has evolved into a global currency but governments are trying to sweep it's relevancy under the carpet. We all know that the eyes of the community are now opened to the importance and blockchain technology.
What baffles me is why are the government making lives difficult by banning or limiting it's use? Is it because it threatens the political power or are they scared it will improve the global economy or force the traditional banks to reduce their ridiculous interests rate which we have been robbed of for decades now.
What is your take on this and what do you think will make governmental bodies to finally accept crypto?

What I interpret from your message is that you aren't talking about internet costs but the time we spend on internet which we could have used to generate income elsewhere. Well we call it the opportunity cost of our time. But this concept is pretty subjective. Your income is based absolutely on your skills and expertise. While everyone has a separate skill set each skill set is valued in market with a different income. Now for this calculation purpose I would divide people into two classes: 1.One are those who don't have any other source of income basically they rely wholly on Internet as their source of income and don't possess any other skill. 2.While second are those who have a full time job but along with that like to earn income from internet. 1. People who don't rely wholly on internet Income: These people have no opportunity cost without internet so obviously these people have no opportunity cost therefore have no "Internet Cost" in your language. 2. People who have other source of Income: This set of people have internet costs as you say but it's not necessary. for example if a person has only 8 hours of job and uses internet in free time then obviously he doesn't has any internet costs while other may have internet costs but the beauty about opportunity cost is that it can't be avoided because you always choose the more beneficial option. So basically everyone can calculate this using their hourly rate multiplied by how many hours they spend. Compare this to what you earn on internet using buying and selling and you could practically see if this is profitable or not. in this era, everyone needs the internet, you can see for yourself the many applications that always use the internet, online games have sprung up. Online shopping is becoming a trend in this era of the century, almost all of the current systems use an internet connection. If the "person who has a part-time job too" smartphone is always on hand, is it only for communication or for searching and uploading etc. and without us realizing something as trivial as this is detrimental to our income, maybe for people who are still in school, there is no problem, however, if for married people this fee is worth our calculation. |

It's unlikely that a broke could not pay their bills though but if your salary is above the average then you can make a living already. Not unless if your salary is below the minimum then you are broke af and you can't even continue to do your crypto job with that.

When talking about internet's costs and income, let's talk about it's benefits too and whether they outweigh income or not. With internet you can have conversations with people, watch movies, download games, book hotel, check discounts and a lot of fun. In overall internet saves our time, gives us possibility to do a lot of job with little cost and from home without even going anywhere. When you want to buy fragrance for example, prices offered online are far beneficial than those ones in local stores, we save rental prices here and other costs. So the one answer to your question from business perspective can be that internet gives some business possibility to save tons of money and have store available for 24/7 (online). Internet cost isn't huge at all, it's pretty cheap but still depends on the country where you live but I agree with that mobile data is expensive but people use flat internet most of the times because of no data restrictions and affordable price. indeed the internet cuts our time and costs more, if we do online shopping, and indeed using a flat internet will definitely save our expenses, but not everyone has it, and in every country, has a benchmark price for 1GB per possible country where you live has cheap internet costs, just imagine if in 1GB of data connection for 1$ runs out in 3 days, or even less than 3 days if we are one of the few people who are active on social media or forums or always remain in exchange. upload video photos and play online games and even watch live streaming, we take the example if in 3 days we spend $ 1 on cellular data costs in 1 month we spend $10-20 only for the internet costs that we use. this calculation is just a simple example if we want to save our expenses. |

Agreed, i m not seen seeing the main point to create a big supply of token. I just see that a trick that has already made by the developers. We can take a look at pundi and how it was always creating more and more new tokens and then burned it. It looks like the reason for the creation of more supply totally non sense. Some developers said that it's to fit the development of the platform or even to get more adoption. The total token supply is indeed static but it doesn't mean we need to create more and more supply like some crap projects that even create multi-billion supply which didn't make sense. They are for rewarding the token holders by increasing the price. For an example, look at BNB, the exchange binance allocates a portion of it's profit to buy back BNB from market and burn them to decrease the supply quarterly. It's a direct way to make the investors profit in proportion to the profit of the project. if they see that BNB is indeed a high ranking platform, and when the project is launched, they incur significant costs, and the price target is quite high, the marketing targets are very accurate, so that the holder / investor of BNB, gets a promising profit, and you we can see BNB has its own exchange sites, so BNB has a strong foundation to compete in the market with other cryptocurrency. And in my opinion this is a good marketing strategy. |
