We don't say with one reason bitcoin is useless but bitcoin is not an cent percentage trustable so we are the decision makers to make a decision to get profits or losses in bitcoin investment so i think this topic depends on the investors. It depends upon each and everyones usage. If you trust bitcoin it is very useful , otherwise it is useless. Ofcourse holding bitcoin is risk if price not increase its very loss only. all the reason taking up about illegalizing bitcoin can be true. in every country has different reason why they dont allow or legalize bitcoin in thier government. cryptocurrency is a good profit and good financial assistance.but, the country who dont allow crypto are maybe they thing about the security of money may loss if they allow bitcoin in thier government
The reason for illegalizing bitcoin is already we know, when bitcoin is legalized by government it affects local fiat. And the government have to face a lot of tax problem that's the reason behind this. Once bitcoin enters people forget to use local currency. And the value of local currecy will be no value. But some countries accept bitcoin and some not its depends upon the government of the countrie. |

I am familiar with Electrum wallet as i am using it. I am yet to use Mycelium wallet. I started using Electum wallet for Segwit. The transaction fees are very low. Though current transaction fees are very low, it used to be more during December and January. The features are very friendly. We can adjust number of blocks to reduce and increase the transaction fees. Both wallets are working under same principle that is using private keys. I would prefer Electrum wallet, because this wallet has Segwit enabled. This wallet is very safe and secure, while transaction fees is very low. It supports desktop and mob android as well. In this security options include 2-factor authentication. This is user friendly and transaction speed is very fast. |

Currently the price of bitcoin falls, and now patience is a wise choice. Be as patient and be as calm as possible, bitcoin will not die but surely can rise again.
Present situation is not good to sell it's the time to buy as many coins as you can as all are in red. Hold back the coins you have now with patience. The price would resume back to normal probably this month. It should zoom back to minimum $9K by end of April. So don't worry on things. Just move with other works holding back the coins. Well i think because there are no employees or other terms related to it. Income also would mean it comes from the government and you have certain id to track your employment. Our bank stated that they support btc as a means of transaction but i not as payment so i guess those are different. I tried stating btc as my source of income but the embassy did not accept so i have to show them my wallet and many sites to open just to give them some clarifications.
It purely depends upon your government and bank. If you convert the bitcoin to local fiat and that amount would be transfer to your bank, if the amount is less there is no issues, at the same time the amount is high you have to answer. The bank should watch all of your transactions if it exceeds beyond the limit. |

I can see that soon almost exchanges and even ICO programs will be requiring us to do the KYC procedures where we are required to pass copies of our legal documents before we are granted entrance or the use of the services or programs we are interested with. This can be as common as having a password or 2FA.
Now, personally I have no big problem with it though just like anybody else am also concerned that my personal information can be divulged to anybody or a group that might use it for any illegal purpose. This is one risk we are facing once we are actively living in the online world. Evil people who can be thousands of miles away can now be just one click away.

Though the ICOs confirm the reason behind why they require our personal documents, its bit shaky to hand over the documents. The main reason they say to ask for documents is, few countries have denied bitcoin, so ICOs do not accept citizens from the respective countries to invest in any crypto coin. Thank you for the implementation of the new merit system. The previous one did need an upgrade since it was just too plain. This new system on the other hand is quite intricate and I am not sure if I understood all aspects of it. Is Fmerit the merits we have to be shared with others? Will virtue,politeness etc be equivalent to merits or do we still need to achieve the previous number of merits to advance? How can y tell how many coins each of us have if some of us did not provide an address? Can you believe I still have few questions but I will keep reading the thread in hope to understand this system a little better. Time will help make the whole process more clear!

If you look at the total developments - and not at the wild volatility from day to day:
December on average was around 15.000$ for BTC
Peak was in December where BTC was at 20000$
January was on average around 12.500$
February was around 10.000$
March was around 7.500$
It is not difficult at all to see where this is going......
Unpredictable. Its possible though. Last 5 days growth has been worst with all crypto coins. Every coin is in red. Best time to buy more coins now. Lets take this moment in a positive spirit than worrying on loosing the price. The happiness when we are selling bitcoin at the time of high value, should continue even when the price is very low. Buying at a very low price should make us more happier. |
