RBI of india annouced that stop the accounts of the people who deals with bitcoin transaction. But it is not fully banned. People in india using bitcoins and invest in it due its growth and profit. Indian government plans to create their own coin in india. So bitcoin will not be banned. But it is accept by government in future with some restrictions. Till that we can use bitcoin in india without any conditions.

I really apricate the positive approach towards crypto’s growth. Yes it would happen and can see bitcoin reaching minimum $20k by end of October 2018. This has been so late for the hike. Everyone expects bitcoin starts growing back on track as soon as its possible. June should have been the month bitcoin value should have started growing up. Again I would assume that July would be the month for bitcoin to be back on track and August should take off, September should be the month for bitcoin fly towards the moon and yes October should be the month everyone sees the value of last December. The remaining two months should stay on top with values around $40k.

I do not give a false report on Dogecoin being another bitcoin. This can be a good altcoin as like we do have more altcoins but even ETH and BCH are more behind towards bitcoin. But yes you can invest in it now as the coins would be much cheaper now. I am yet to go through the Dogecoin trend, but still if you pick and invest in any altcoin, it would yield a good profit down the line in long term.

I would assume that the price of bitcoin can even touch $5500 or even below to it. This price would travel until the end of July. August would be the fortunate time for bitcoin and other altcoins values come back on track picking up to $7000. I'd like to start this off by saying I am really young and have never had to deal with taxes, I'm also new to Bitcoin.
So lets say I get paid under the table (off the books) in Bitcoin, could I simply claim that the Bitcoin was mined by me, pay capital gain tax (or equivalent of that in my country) for selling the Bitcoin, and be safe? There's no way to prove I mined the Bitcoin myself (especially if I claim I do not have access to the wallet anymore), surely I can't get in trouble for that?
Depending on the situation of the law and the aggressiveness of the tax officials in your country, that is what will guide you in what you do. Over here, you before you claim to have a mining farm, it must have been incorporated under a certain name and every year government tax agents carry out tax audit on all companies in which the law allows them to still go backwards as far back as 6 years to carry such investigation and the moment they found something or nothing, the onus of proof is on you to disproof whatever conclusion they arrive and that is where the problem lies if this is applicable in your country. Any misrepresentation would be interpreted as tax evasion which is frown against by most country so I would suggest that you stick to the confines of the law and do what is right. You might go away with it now and be caught in the future. Ignorance at that time would not be a tenable excuse. But is it applicable to citizens who live in countries who have not yet accepted bitcoin? I am sure when its legalized, all dues based on it are carried out from a to z. Until then none cares on it. Right? And mainly when crypto is exchanged into fiats, the transactions do not reflect that the transactions occurred on crypto based. So it would be an another search on who has done crypto transactions. So unless and until its legalized, paying tax can be looked up on. |

The price has really touched the 5k earlier this week. Current growth is really bad and this is the right time to buy more coins. So invest as much as one can and gather more coins.
