their technician whose a 19 year old kid and living out of his moms basement cannot see too well to do the work because of all the BLM and antifa signs covering the windows, but dont worry guys, maybe by the time november gets here u will be able to access the bitcoin stored there again and finish the hand u were in the middle of.

ridiculous it takes more than a few hours to fix but look at the money we are saving.

well i tried, and i was at 113 percent briefly a couple days ago. i tried but it didnt work. and someone else passed me. i was actually sound asleep at 9pm tonight just woke up. once i slipped back to 105 percent i gave up before everyone went to pass me. its hard to have a high percentage when i bet so much more in total bitcoin than all the others. they need to raise the min to 0.2 bitcoin instead of 0.05 then it would be much easier to win these. ive never not placed high.

also the contest was way too top heavy. way too much for 1st. imagine if a poker tourney paid out this way, and first got more than double what second got.

i wouldve loved to ask for advice online but i didnt want others finding out about the contest. so few in it, its easy to place but if i asked all the AP players i know the correct math to bet just the right amount to do better and always make first, the wrong people would join every contest.

just to let saxoshi know if he is reading this, theres no way in hell hes beating me in this contest. ill refresh it every 5 minutes on the final day and bet up to 5k or more in bitcoin in the final few minutes to make damn sure he isnt still over 116 percent while im a little under.

ive clicked the button that says "always stay logged in" many times on this forum and yet every single time i log in (usually with a week or more since doing it last and in a new place but on the same computer) i always have to relog in. why?

also i would appreciate it if CR Anders could fix my settings so i will never be asked again if i want insurance when playing blackjack. having to say no 5 different times when playing 5 hands at once is a real pain in the ass. can i permanently ban being offered insurance since its a sucker bet to speed up the game? or at least be able to decline once for all 5 hands instead of having to say no to each 5 one by one? so time consuming.

have your engineers fix this.

and please dont say "why dont u just accept the insurance and take it like the rest of the players do?" you know its a sucker bet or you wouldnt want to offer it.

all live blackjack casinos in brick and mortar casinos would get a lot of extra players coming if they knew insurance wasnt offered and side bets werent offered, because the game would be vastly speeded up and they wouldnt get annoyed by sitting there wasting time while all the dealers had to pay off all the side bets before they could finish their hand. probably at least an extra $1 million a month in revenue.

curious as to why u removed the post from another customer service rep about all the members getting paid their money from the contest?

He cant remove the post from other users because it is not a self-moderated thread. The one who deleted the post must be the one who posted it or deleted by mod. The one who posted about the members getting paid from the contest previously, is he customer service? How do you know that?

i also would suggest requiring more than just 50 hands on all future contests. all the people who scored way above me did the bare minimum number of hands because that somehow gives people a better chance for a much higher score. but it doesnt help the companies bottom line when customers are encouraged to play SMALLER AND LESS just to do better in the contest.

The latest contest had the easiest requirement compared to the past contests. The past contests were used to be with a minimum of few hundred bets and higher minimum wager requirement. The latest one is reduced, I believe it is due to the fact that there were less participants because of the high requirement. Now with the reduced requirement, there are much more participants.
By the way I would like to confirm that I received the prize from the contest, withdraw it and it was processed instantly as usual. Thank you Coinroyale, hope to see another contest in the near future.

i scored a little more than u in the contest, but notice all the top few winners had only about 50 hands or so. i did good to get 6th place with well over 700 hands. and u had over 800 hands. thats why u scored less and why i scored less than the top 5. it for some unknown reason i dont know, its way easier to score really high with very few hands. i know the last contest about 6-9 months ago i scored much closer to first. i think i played less hands in it. with more people possibly playing the contest that could also be why i was down to 6th when i did better than that in the previous contest.

by the way i still havent heard back from u and the tech department as to how to change that emergency withdrawal address.

i am wondering how many of the players on the leaderboard really understand the rules of the contest? i see more than one name on there with nowhere near the minimum number of bets or rounds higher up than me (my name isnt boat287 there) and they will drop off and move everyone else up 1 spot when the contest ends since they dont qualify.

which means if u are currently in like 9th for example, u might actually be in 6th

what i mean is i see someone with a high win then no more play and that doesnt count. now myself i think i played way too much. had i stopped all play when i was at 114 percent (and yes i had over 0.005 bet and over 50 rounds then) id still be much higher up than i am now. i cost myself a lot by not just not stopping all playing til the contest ended before i resumed playing my normal game.

ive avoided any issues like this by never ever accepting a bonus. i dont believe ANYONE should ever accept a bonus on ANY casinos website, u will sometimes be surprised by unknown terms and rules u arent expecting. just deposit bitcoin without a bonus and play, and u will be surprised how easily and quickly u can withdraw 100 percent of the winnings. ive played here for a long time and usually get them under 10 minutes. i would never take a bonus since i only play BJ and certainly couldnt win if i had to bet 700 times my deposit. especially if my bets were limited to 0.00015. would easily go broke long before i could bet that much. just dont take a bonus, and then u will love the site. once u start earnings rebates on your losses they wont have those terms and conditions.

its extremely easy to win money on the christmas promotion. they do this 2-3 times a year and i seem to always be in the money also theres no conditions to withdrawing the christmas promo winnings those can be cashed right out no playthrough requirements.

the main reason i love the site so much is the low minimum bets for BJ (about 5 cents USD the value of 0.000001 btc) and u can play 5 hands at once.

if EVERY player on coinroyale is auto in the tourney, and it pays 20 spots, why are there not even 20 names on the leaderboard? no wonder its so easy to get in the money, i was in the money before. i find it hard to believe the company stays in business if it doesnt have even 20 regular customers who play daily.

i dont know who dylanP is and no offense to him but i cant imagine losing 5 entire bitcoin to try to win a prize worth under $1000. says hes bet 91 bitcoin as of this 5 second update, and only got back 86 bitcoins

also curious what satoshi is playing to have such a high winrate.

and when i woke up now for good, about 5 hours later instead of like earlier when i woke up after 4 hours to fall back asleep for 4 hours more, i finally got the bitcoin. what a relief. i still dont think it would be a good idea to use their atm again though

Hi Tony,

Rest assured, we're actively working to resolve the delay with your transaction. I'll reach out with an update once we have more information.

Thank you again for your patience,

found this email when i woke up, but no real explanation as to why they are delaying sending it to the blockchain

well in their website (national bitcoin atm) they claim the customer receives it "instantly". and most of the do when using a bitcoin atm u do. just not this time and i think this is the first time i ever used one from this company but not sure.

I figure that your so far 4 day waiting time includes the weekend, and although they should have some kind of active support throughout, the backend people may not retake their tasks until Monday (today).

The best course of action for now is to insist through their contact channels, referencing your support ticket number, and archiving the answers you get from them. Them being slow and/or inefficient in resolving incidents is not good for business, but taking into consideration that the past few days were a week-end, I’d simply insist for now as stated.

I’m not sure if you see a proper Bitcoin blockchain TX Id on your receipt. Their help shows a sample receipt, but they only seem to show an internal TX Id there (see: https://nationalbitcoinatm.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000129190-how-do-i-buy-bitcoin-at-a-national-bitcoin-atm-). If they have, on the other hand, provided a proper Bitcoin blockchain TX Id, you’d need to see if it really exists and states that the TX is pending, or whether the TX wasn’t even generated to begin with, and thus only their support can move the issue along to resolution.

i looked on blockchain, the transaction was never even put in the blockchain. according to the other forum, it seems for most of those people they had the same experience as me, but some finally posted they eventually got it, sometimes after 2 weeks. says mostly the company couldnt find a processor to process transactions quick enough. still, its poor customer service and if the owner of that gas station knew how poor it was and how his customers are getting pissed, he might stop carrying the atm and if enough gas stations owners took them out that would sure help the company get the message they better improve. what makes me angry is a lack of email communicating why the delay. i paid such heavy juice they could afford the highest priced miner there is to send it instantly. yep the transaction never was ever begun.
38  Other / Beginners & Help / I need help bad. National bitcoin atm at my gas station ripped me off on: May 17, 2021, 06:23:36 AM
i spent $200 to purchase bitcoin, because i wanted to buy it for deposit on a website, and i cant go thru coinbase or cash app because my phone wont scan an ID. i paid a friend before $20 to get my ID to scan, and he finally gave up. it would only scan the front and not the back. so i always buy from people i trust, and since he wasnt online, decided to use the atm and pay heavy juice just to get it quicker.

its been 4 days now and i still have not got it. the first day they answered my email, and said theyd have to have the developer speed it up in the queue whatever that means. they advertise all over the place for people to put a kiosk in their store, name of the company is national bitcoin atm. and they claim u are supposed to get the bitcoin instantly. when i bought bitcoin at an atm a few times in my life in other cities from other companies, i would get it instantly.

so yeah i knew i was paying $200 for only about $160 worth of bitcoin, but i thought id do it for immediate service just so i could play online poker that night. man did i get ripped off. after the first email, they ignored any other emails. today i found a phone number and called and the lady i talked to told me she would have them email me and submit another support ticket. i dont think they plan to send it and i think the last few hundred people who used any of their atms probably didnt get it either, i doubt its only happening to me.

can i complain to the local police or bug the owner of the gas station so much he will demand the machines be taken out and a company rep show up to remove them? id like to cause the company as much hell as possible for keeping $200 and giving me nothing. im sure the owner of the gas station doesnt want to deal with many angry customers, but im probably the only guy in a month that ever used the atm.

how many more days is reasonable to wait. this is day 4, and blockchain shows the transaction was never submitted. i knew the company was greedy when it charged me 65k a bitcoin when it was only 52k a bitcoin, but i didnt think theyd rip me off completely.

also i seen numerous bad reviews on a different forum for this company, but i couldnt post in those threads because they were over 2 years old. i just wanted to know if those people eventually got their money.

some of us such as me, for over 30 years, 100% of my entire income has been from gambling. when u are autistic and unemployable because u make everyone so angry with your weird beliefs and fears with no work history since the min wage was $3.35 an hour, at age 19, and now are 51, u really have no other choice but to gamble for a living.

i dont regret it, i make about 50k a year now and used to only make about 25k when i knew less about poker than i do now, and its far better than what id earn at mc d or walmart so i dont regret it for a minute.

if u dont believe me i have a very famous blog that documents it. follow sevencard2003 on twitter which includes the link
