This ICO is for ICONOMI management platform. Think of it as buying company shares. And this company will than make products and create profits.

The products ICONOMI will create won't have their own ICO. They will be financial products that we're be selling to outside investors. And those products will charge fee to their own investors just like mutual funds and etfs charge fee.

ICONOMI.INDEX - CTF will be tradable on exchanges yes.

CMF is general term. There will be many funds in CMF. One will be named ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE. This token will be invite only (for ICONOMI ICO participants at the beginning). Way to go out/in will be via us only on those tokens. 24/7 and simple. Sending money in/out in essence.


Answers to questions:
1)
- Profit sharing (fee split) on OFM will be split between ICONOMI as platform and fund manager as the one performing trading. It is not yet decided. But think of Uber/Airbnb split kind of tyle.
- Fund manager will get more than platform. See previous answer.
- Investors in fund will probably have around 20% performance fee on their gain.
- Our operational cost is what we'll burn. The rest goes to to "the owners of the company" - ICN token holders in that case.

ICONOMI.INDEX and ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE will eventually be migrated to OFM. In effect those will be just two more funds on the platform that happened to be managed by us.

I was thinking where to post, then again this thread is one of the best examples, since I posted the first time here the more real new people the better for any real honest crypto project - that is what makes crypto one of the greatest startup scenes - people believe in people and together something gets created and one day that something might be exactly what is totally normal to be used like your freaking smartphone - which was there 20 years ago, but not many had interest and you know how many of these "projects" evolved into full established products!

It will work on ETH platform so you will need an ETH wallet like Mist or any other to receive coins after ICO finish.
You need to be registered and logged in when you send the founds from your BTC address. So till ICO finish that account is your key.

Another question regarding the collection of these different alts during this ico.  

Is the plan to sell them off slowly into their respective markets for btc, or will you be dumping into those markets with little concern to what it does to price, or will you incorporate them into one of your funds?

Using your analogy.

When you need bread you go to bakery.
You could also buy ingredients and make that bread at home. This is how we invest now in crypto.

When you want to build a house you hire subcontractors. This is analogy of us.
But you could also buy material needed for house and build it yourself. But you would need to have time and experiences and be skilled at it. This is what community is now. This is how we do it.

But in order to get other people busy in their daily life and without sufficient understanding of "how" to do it we'll build financial services that will serve to people outside crypto to get into crypto.

They will need to know they want a "house". Maybe one with balcony or in different design and they will get just that.

most people never cared too much about how Internet works, but when they started using it more and more than it really took off. in next few years I expect a lot of startups doing ICOs to raise money, most will fail but some will succeed. I actually believe next Facebook, snapchat or Pokemongo will be build on blockchain. to power up this ecosystem bringing fresh money in is a good thing. And if ousiders are buying token funds they will experience less volatility.

I just read the whitepaper. Is the full node will be release in december? It is a lot of time from now.  

I don't think there is need to ask someone to hold their token, It depends on their strategy, what some do is to flip their tokens, take X2or X3 profit and move to other ICO, why some people wait for the project to reach its potential and sell at X20 or more profit. Anybody with crypto knowledge will not debate the great potential in Stratis, even @Leonfu tweeted that Stratis has potential to outperform the likes of Ethereum. Just stick to what you know best. I won't bet against 10K/Stratis by December.
