1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴[DeFi 125,000 DFINANCE COINS REWARD]🔴[] - CLOSED on: Today at 03:44:50 AM
The team now got an update on ethereum address submission for reward distribution. I knew it all along that the team has an ulterior motive for the delayed update of spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is no more available, same trend like other scam projects and no one to contact. They are all fraudulent and most projects doing this usually fail, they can't succeed on any of their endeavor. We shall all see.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: DEXFIN [DXF] One-Stop Solution for Buying, Storing and Managing Digital Assets! on: January 26, 2021, 08:52:37 PM
This custodian cryptocurrency is getting a lot startup in the space and I can say we have had too much for a year both centralised and more of decentralised, some cross chain from decentralised that is most needed. So what does this project offer differently that will bring attention from rich investors. The delivery to a certain extent should seen in next few months
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: January 26, 2021, 05:07:49 PM
It's a very interesting discussion for me. Why do criminals prefer fiat money of course because fiat money still dominates higher adoption and of course they still find it easier to use fiat currency than crypto.
In addition cryptocurrencies have unstable value, perhaps that is also the problem for them.
With the implementation of KYC security system and fingerprint of course this is also the fear of criminals.
This topic has come as many times as the first discovery of bitcoin payment by some criminals. If less than 1% of users choose to exploit the anonymity for criminal escape, does it criminalise all owners. We even have better anonymous coin than bitcoin. I don't believe the choice for fiat is because the criminals know better . KYC takes care of monitoring investors for taxes than going after criminals.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] ⚡AMEPAY- Crypto ⇌ Retail. IEO in BKEX + Listing in Bithumb Global 🔥 on: January 26, 2021, 04:57:23 PM
The most interesting thing about the project is the community, very active and accomplishing. Many new project struggle to get listed on exchanges and in the space of 1-2 months are on 4 good exchanges, still expecting more in the coming months. Attention is also giving to investors with quick solution to most complains. I hope the price respond to the diligence and commitment in establishing a sustainable growth.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: January 25, 2021, 07:24:46 PM
It is expected to gain the third place with marketcap at the end of the bull market especially due to its contribution to Defi in the space. It survived the bear market with the rest of the coin, proven it's fundamentals and trust from the community. I believe the capacity to make huge profit this market will keep the coin in the space for a long time.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the things to look for when buying Altcoin? on: January 25, 2021, 10:18:34 AM
The current cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. Buying any altcoin at this time is a little risky. Because I think the altcoin season is almost over. However, if you want to buy Altcoin, you can notice the 24 hours trading volume of that Altcoin, you can notice that Altcoin ATH, you can notice the difference between the current price and ATH.  Then you can buy coins at a convenient price.
What makes you feel the altcoins season is almost over? This could be mislead and also a form of FUD.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can lose transfering and withdrawing on: January 25, 2021, 02:37:32 AM
You can lose profit sending trading and withdrawing if you are trading a small amount I have $50 worth of Ferum or FRM it will take $6 to send the whole amount to Bilaxy and after you trade it to Eth and wants to withdraw it you will have to spend $12 to withdraw your Eth,
now that's $18 gas fees for your $50, my only option is to trade it to other altcoins like DGB or Litecoin which offer $4 to $5 fee you still going to lose $11, that's over 20%.
Bilaxy is not the only exchange for Ferrum. Bitmax trade Btc and usdt pair which can be sold to Tron for low transfer fee into other exchanges that allow fiat withdrawal like binance etc
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin's twitter account? on: January 24, 2021, 11:11:44 PM
Twitter was still young when bitcoin started and has not gain that traction of today that engage most new projects. I usuay check followers of new project to ascertain the support from the community of cryptocurrency.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: The recent rise in prices, temporary or more long term? on: January 24, 2021, 10:46:37 PM
A lot in the market proves the market is still young, we have not seen such an acquisition by institutions and we don't know what the retail traders will bring. I can't imagine the market response when institutions buy into Ethereum and effect on other altcoins. The price effect is a bit different from the past cycle
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I think will be the top cryptocurrencies in 2021 on: January 23, 2021, 12:01:12 PM
The forum is not enjoying the activities from new project like in 2016/17 where everyone could invest. The wealthy partners has taken over the space, they buy into the private sale with low prices and huge bonuses that are kept confidential, after awhile we only hear of 50x profit in just a month but if IDO crowdsale progresses the way am seeing it, everyone might be open to be part of great new projects in the space early and wont rule out overvaluation and IDO craze.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴[DeFi 125,000 DFINANCE COINS REWARD]🔴[] - CLOSED on: January 23, 2021, 11:49:22 AM
How can we appeal to the team to hasten the token calculation before the deadline, also to make the spreadsheet available before the token distribution to avoid conscientious dealings like some projects, preventing participants complains
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ETERBASE: Europe's Premier Digital Asset Exchange on: January 23, 2021, 10:53:34 AM
Eterbase deposit and withdrawal has now open again. For first visit after reopening some documentation or kyc will be required.

Is this project actually active anymore like are the team still looking after what’s left?

But I'm not sure. I think this project is falling apart
I am thinking Eterbase exchange will not be able to continue with time and will end up.

All you can get as investor for such project is hope, the coin in one's possession cant be sold at the moment and the team looks not to know the right direction, however, new similar projects are coming up with more prospect and confidence. I hope they got back before the middle of the year.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't repeat same mistakes on: January 22, 2021, 08:51:07 PM
In 2017 when bullrun took over crypto space and many altcoins joined later some people still keep holding thinking that their altcoins will keep surging and surging, little did they know that bull season always have short life span when comparing to bear season, bear season can stay for years but bull season is just in months, so why are you holding when you should be selling?

Remember that some bought bitcoin at 20k and they have no choice but to hold till today, imagine all this year's waiting just to get back to where you once are. Bitcoin is over 18k now, good for them cos they are near recovery since 2017.

Know when to get in and know when to get out, don't be a greedy bastard.
I was expecting a strategy on handling the market with taking profit at the right time. The correction is also part of the bull market if the record is checked. FOMO is part of the market and thats the reason for such a sale in the bull market, more also the market will admit new traders and investors in coming months that get the market active all through the alt and bitcoin season, its the indication for the increase marketcap
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDO is going to replace IEO? on: January 22, 2021, 08:32:02 PM
Never heard of it. But what does IDO stands for?
Initial DEX Offering

That just a decentralized exchange, there is no new things about these even on IDEX & EtherDelta a few years ago we doing this scheme no matter ICO, IEO, and other things the main target only for sell their token.

So, IMO there is nothing different at all about IDO, IEO or ICO dont give some sh*t too about them ~LOL.
Their might be no difference in the process in your own view but I think IDO will give a level playing ground for all projects especially the low cap projects that cant afford IEO. IDO might put investors at the risk of scam as well, no chances to make demands on projects and teams on deliverables after crowdsale , chances of mismanagement of token is possible
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just the starting of fueling Bitcoin for riding to moon? on: January 22, 2021, 08:21:04 PM
Facebook speculators wannabe  says its just the start and the possibility that BTC price will not dip back to 20k is higher because of the supply that cant keep up the demand.  When the big names says the price could rise up to $100,000 it could happen or they may just be hyping it because when it comes to crypto anything can happen.

Is bitcoin not coming to market this January again? everything just got quiet on Facebook this January as against their promises
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ✅🔥[ANN] [ICO] JACS - Internet 3.0 Decentralized Infrastructure 🔥✅ on: January 21, 2021, 08:39:05 PM
No exchange announcement yet' why is that? Many people very excited about when start trading. In my opinion you should go some exchange first time and keep active your products after that top exchange. I was bought jacs token from ICO but still i can't sold now.
If you read their telegram group they posted there that product is going to be finished end of January or beginning of February. I suppose with that comes exchange too. So we are really close to that.
I believe the product of the project will be available by February is what he meant, it is a smart move if product is available before exchange listing to generate demand. I learnt the listing will also be on Uniswap (DEX) where liquidity will be supported. New traders will need to manage their emotions around the projects price at listing due to the size of token distributed to bounty hunters, it might take time to stabilize.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some DEX which may bring Airdrop like Uniswap and 1inch in future! on: January 21, 2021, 08:09:47 PM
The capacity to bring such airdrop is from the ability to attract many users. DEX are really making a lot of money from transaction fee and are well able to share such huge airdrop for users. Richer traders are on Uniswap than any other DEX and they dont consider the transaction fee to be high, are those new decentralized exchange capable of stealing traders from uniswap, Do they have what it take? Any improvement to Uniswap, 1inch etc
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How bad will the bear market of 2021 get? How low will BTC go? on: January 21, 2021, 07:53:22 PM
maybe we should call it market correction not bear especially when the altcoin pick up from the dump of bitcoin. We can expect 20-40% correction unlike the 80-95% from bear market.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: January 20, 2021, 10:21:42 PM
One thing that I know happens in BTC bull markets is that they very rarely give you a good dip, sometimes you might catch a good dip or two but eventually a dip will be the start of a bear market.

Looking back at the 2017 bull market, we saw the following dips.

  • January 2017: 38%
  • March 2017: 35%
  • June-July 2017: 41%
  • September 2017: 40%

And then if we look at the 2013 bull market, there was an 83% crash in April 2013 before the eventual blow-off top in November.

One could make the argument that this time is different, that institutional accumulation will limit the dips. But there's no way to claim past BTC bull markets didn't give good dips. They gave amazing chances for people to get back on the train, assuming they weren't too fearful to buy the dip.
Analyst just gave the digit of 85% figure for the dump in 2018, some believe the acquisition of institutions will give a different dump in this market. we may not see up to 40% dump in this market and bitcoin may not see $20k ( according to cross chain analyst willy woo). I don't completely believe this cause the market is not completely under the control of institutions.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell my bitcoin from 2010 on: January 20, 2021, 09:09:12 PM
most exchanges cant handle that worth of token, even the binance and Kraken, so it is advisable to sell through OTC, where they find an average price and sell in bits to manage the market. Such huge amount can dump the market for a long while. Even for grayscale acquiring that size they are not selling soon and they understand it, even at the bull market if they need to sell it will only be a few from high price to attain the amount of fund they want.
