It is not necessary that Bitcoin Joy would be taking those banned notes from us, did they write it in their advert? Second, bitcoins are already being sold for cash since years, so what has it to do specifically with this ad? Since years cash transaction were happening so why there was a need to ban 500- 1000 notes, it should have continued like years cash transaction of bitcoins happening. But it dint worked right and finally ban came to curb the cash transaction. So will happen with btc. |

Nobody is going to sell you at preev rate since all other exchanges are giving preev+10% on selling so why will any one sell to you 10% less?
Also you are a newbie so just see if any is willing to sell will be good.

Buy lots of cheap bitcoin, and start mining. Well full chance that it may not recover if it fall back. Infact the new alt coins will rise in such situations and we may have better feature than bitcoin. So chance is there that China may bank bitcoin if such fall takes place |

Certainly it will be cash due to :-
1) Cash accepted across world just need to change the currency.
2) Bitcoin price is unstable and can go down any moment.
3) Country may bank the btc so what will you do?

Couple of quick questions : -
1) Did thought came when there are already reputed + few years of existence of other exchanges in the market so how difficult you will find it to get the users?
2) Also checking the if somebody want to sell zebpay is buying at 55204 & Bitxoxo at 54024. So such a vast difference isnt tis too much?

I think this decision will not help to catch corrupt people who have illegal money because big whale already transfer their black money to Swiss bank.First need to catch them who have money on Swiss bank later taking this decision would be better.I think now only few people have black money but Common people will fall in big trouble.lets see how govt. can handle this situation  The Government is going to take more serious actions against those black marketers. The gold they own above 3 lakhs will be taxed and those who own over 2 properties too will be dealt with in coming days. I fear that bitcoins too can be affected as it's considered as black money. Absolutely bitcoin may come under the purview and since there is no direct control of the government and untraceable to the extent might result in closure of the same. Just thinking how will exchanges survive since they got funding and need to pay back if the closure comes. How will they be able to pay? |

There is not much activity in this Local section compared to the other sections and hence it might not be profitable for them. Zebpay too closed their campaign but hope some other bitcoin exchanges (like Unocoin) start advertising on this forum soon.
Unococin has clearly mention that they would not be advertising on the forum as per them there is no ROI. They are actually limiting themselves to Indian board if they think global they should allow to post anywhere in the forum. |

This is correct and the reason was simple corruption was it at highest and to avoid there was not solution left other than this. So finally decision came to ban the notes as there were fake currency as well in the market.

This will never ever happen as a simple thing Dollar is accepted worldwide but bitcoin is accepted world wide answer is no. Dollar is there for years now and is bitcoin there for more than even years answer is no.

Couple of queries:
1) There were so many issues with IGOT and complain on this board. There was warning as well which is now removed form site. Has all the issue being resolved ?
2) Who is the owner of bitxoxo and who all is involved in their management ?
3) Have you traded on the site and their 100% verification being done?
1) We were contacted by igot and they promised that all issues were fixed on their website, based on which the warning was removed. However we are working on a feedback system which will allow users to leave feedback for each exchange and select exchange based on the feedbacks. 2) & 3) We do not do any verification. Bitxoxo was added based on request of our users. We only show exchange rate from available exchanges in India and it is upto the user to do their due diligence before using any exchange [as mentioned on website]. Now you have mentioned again Avoid IGOT. Actually why dont you remove IGOT its a clear scam since all exchanges are around 53000+ selling and IGOT selling at 44000. Isn't this itself alarming. |

That's really a good fee of 6% but really doubtful of anybody selling since zebpay is giving 55000 for 1 btc and you are offering only 52433 which is almost 3k difference. So you need to increase your rate so people may sell you. |

Well certainly may not be the case as rightly pointed by Shiva as well in the article. That majority is being controlled by China and Trump was not their choice seems so. Also if we consider the bitcoin price after Trump win prices in bitcoin has being dropping and come down till 715. Let us see if will fall below 700$ in coming days or no.

Just checked bitcoinrates.in and not sure what spiked the rates for zebpay since bitcoin rates is stable from morning at 715$. Zebpay selling at 57973 and Unocoin selling at 53824. Thats 4000 Rs difference  |
