341  Economy / Economics / Re: How we survive food shortages on: February 12, 2023, 11:05:42 PM
I think A global food shortage is an unlikely risk.  My country has not yet fallen into a food shortage but is only affected by rising inflation and price fluctuations due to increased fuel and production costs.  Do you think a bag of fertilizer can easily triple during covid19?  Lol, some greedy millet took advantage of the difficult situation to hoard and push up the price and sell them to get rich, supply - demand imbalance as well as import increase - export decrease.  I think each country has to base on the country's situation to make appropriate actions and plans.  For example, a country with advantages in agricultural production and export will continue to develop, build a transportation system that easily transports food goods, connect production and consumption areas, etc.  medium and long-term credit to stimulate investment expansion in agriculture/agriculture….  For countries that do not have an advantage in food production, etc., it is possible to reduce the urbanization rate of the plains
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the bear market over? on: February 12, 2023, 04:16:34 PM
I don't think the bear market will end for sure, because some altcoins are still at the bottom,
compared to 2020 all altcoins are really bullish and that's a sign that the bull market has arrived,
I don't know why you are comparing with 2020?  While we have experienced a painful 2022, major correction, prolonged bear market, FuD and FuD caused the negative to push the market into crisis.  The spark is that bitcoin is coming back to continue to represent the market value, something in January gave credence and I think it's time to get out of the bear market and build new confidence.  The recovery needs to take place in stages and bitcoin is doing well for now.
343  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC bulls back? on: February 12, 2023, 02:28:53 PM
As long as we don't panic in the current situation with a 7% decline because it's not for a real decline, it's better to wait for a positive trend that will definitely happen again.
But I think the halving is getting closer and people have to believe that cycles have always happened in history before.
Bitcoin is representing a sustainable and strong market in the face of negative impacts from FUD - SEc.  bitcoin is still moving sideways within a strong support area and not much volatility.  The data shows that the hash rate of the bitcoin network continues to increase by more than 300 EH/s which means that mining activity is on the rise again, which also demonstrates huge confidence in bitcoin.  The 7% drop leads me to believe that in terms of strategy bitcoin is continuing to perform well after the January rally. I think the possibility of this remains, bitcoin is perfectly fine with a slight uptick and still flat.

Im not buying this hopium, still too many moonboys on this train to call a proper capitulation, holding cash for better prices.
Yes, that's your good point.  But for me let's say bitcoin goes up and starts to build here along with data showing bitcoin mining difficulty keep increasing to 39.24T.  Totally feel bitcoin is vibrant almost again.
344  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price guess, 2023 on: February 12, 2023, 01:47:47 PM
The continuation of the 2023 macroeconomic downturn makes me think bitcoin will have a hard time entering the next bull season.  Ideally, there should be a recovery leg, after bitcoin built strong momentum in January – 15k bottom formation structure.  It is an optimistic signal but it is difficult for new money to come in, or in other words, confidence needs to be re-created in the market.  So what more can we expect???  The worst case would be a fresh bottom of 12k but a strong bounce or bitcoin moving sideways and correcting slightly, with less volatility at 20-30k.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rumors that US SEC would like to ban crypto staking on: February 11, 2023, 08:43:34 PM
Just saw that. So this isn't ban on staking really, it's ban on centralized third party services like exchanges used for staking?

While this will bring prices down, this could actually be good for decentralization. People would need to run their own nodes if staking as a service is not an option anymore.

Will this affect on staking services like Lido DAO as it isn't maintaining eth infrastructure either or are they too decentralised for control?
Yeah for now it's just a ban on centralized staking, like Kraken and Coinbase did. It doesn't affect liquid staking service like Lido and solo staking for now, but who knows. It's unlikely but the SEC might be going for them too in the future.

In fact, the market is taking this as a good news for liquid staking tokens (e.g. LDO, RPL). This news, along with the upcoming Shanghai update, was the catalyst for the brief pump a few days ago although most of the upside has been retraced now.
Yes, I agree! Kraken and Coinbase are holding a combined 33% of all tokens staked.  The SEC has shown that they will continue to tighten regulations on centralized exchanges (after FTX ends), they have reason to do so.  I believe it would be a strategic mistake to let momentum pass without a representative value that accurately reflects the shifting structure of the market.  That is also the reason why LDO, RPL, FXS are tightening short-term uptrend.  If the SEC continues to act, Once again decentralization is the way market demand goes.
346  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin go back to 19000 on: February 11, 2023, 08:18:11 PM
Regarding the current situation, I don't think there's anything bad yet to influence the price to drop to the $19K level anytime soon. I'm tend to believe $21K is good support and will hold, but if FUD shakes that much then it's very likely that $20K will break.
Yes, i think Bitcoin could drop to 18-19k as reflected by FUD - SEC and will continue to correct for more impetus, I guess the market will either move sideways at 21k or correct at 19k before going up  .  We saw a strong bitcoin price rally in January, which is an important part of bitcoin's strength.  I am optimistic that Q1 will be the time when bitcoin breaks $25k
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How scary could the US SEC ban crypto staking be a sight? on: February 11, 2023, 07:59:43 PM
I think Kraken got scared and did everything that the SEC told them to, even though this decision of banning their staking services was completely arbitrary and should not have been made so rashly. Kraken should have held up its own in court against the SEC's decision. All this panic about staking is premature.

If anything this only shows me how weak willed Kraken actually is and how easy it is to scare and manipulate centralized service providers into doing what the government wants, even if there is no legislation or legality behind it.

I agree.  Kraken has almost no move to show that they are providing services in the right direction.  And easily handcuffed.  Look at coinbase - Paul Grewal, they make claims and evidence that their staking products are not securities in disguise to refute the SEC's allegation.  https://twitter.com/iampaulgrewal/status/1624173847888171008?s=46&t=r0atquMLEL2jVhZvoq-0qA

Just another example of why nobody should trust centralized exchanges.
I think there is reason to believe that Lido, Rocket pool, FXS are accurately reflecting user adoption as short-term rally values gain momentum.  I believe that if the SEC continues this FUD-like crackdown, betting on decentralized exchanges represents the direction of the next market.
348  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I invest my 60% savings in Bitcoin? on: February 11, 2023, 07:28:17 PM
bitcoin can Crashed again Below $20K Level or Not ?
how much Probability for Down ?

suggest please I can bear some Loss but Can,t afford 100% loss
Invest 60% of your savings in bitcoin, that's understandable.  Let's calculate the simple interest you deposit them in the bank for 4 years versus investing in bitcoin.  Easy to realize the value bring, you will decide, bitcoin is completely risk-free for value building plan as a savings.  I think bitcoin still has the possibility to go below 20k$, you can make cumulative buy, 5%, 10% according to the situation.  For the majority of young people, always interested in investing in bitcoin and learning them, I am one of them.
349  Economy / Economics / Re: Monthly or weekly pay? Fixed or percentage earning? what is your prefrence. on: February 11, 2023, 06:57:53 PM
In the year 2022, the company I work for voted to experiment with salary payments every 1/2 months.  It is a favorite experience for me, the salary every 2 weeks helps me to control my living expenses and regulate it accordingly.  Unfortunately after a 3 month trial, a vote was made and finally returned to the monthly salary.  Nowadays, all types of businesses apply basic salary that increases according to sales performance and targets, I like this job.  It creates great momentum.
350  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: February 08, 2023, 11:33:12 PM
Holding money and holding bitcoins is essentially an analogy to the act of saving that people's minds want to orient towards.
Keeping money - create a backup fund for living, emergencies, health, entertainment…
keeping bitcoin - create speculation, a passbook for the future, payments, store of value… Review  In terms of benefits, I think whatever for the purpose?  Bitcoin holding is proactive and future-oriented.
351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 12,000 in 2023. on: February 08, 2023, 03:15:16 PM
Volatility is very small right now but I don't think there will be another bigger bottom at 12k, 15k bottom formation and 24k rally could offer great potential for long-term holding on the macro outlook tissue.  The biggest possibility is that bitcoin could stay below 18-20k, plenty of time left in 2023. We could end Q1 breaking $25k.  I believe bitcoin has led the market out of the bear market after a somewhat more stable economic outlook, it has ignited new demand in the market.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new Projects (Need Suggestion) on: February 08, 2023, 01:11:49 PM
Hello everyone Kiss
I want to ask that investing in new projects has worth or not because to many scams projects now a days and i am afraid of losing money.
The decision to invest is yours, if you are really interested in crypto investment in new project(altcoin) then it is possible.  But it should be noted when investing in altcoins, you may be willing to accept the risk of 100% loss (scam, rug pull,...), if you can't determine this, then choose bitcoin/ETH  (bitcoin holds 50% market share, ETH about 25% market share) to ensure safety and solid profitability in terms of sustainability.  Your best choice!
353  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: February 08, 2023, 12:16:21 PM

Paper money will not be eliminated. Although digitalization is a trend now and digital currency is very convenient, there are still many people who do not use smartphones. Many people still rely on paper money, and its use has become habitual.
I think paper money will be eliminated in the future but the time of application will not be soon to synchronize worldwide for reasons such as:
1. Habits
2. Infrastructure, people's knowledge
3. equipment users  .

We seem to have experienced the covid19 pandemic - the way people change their habit of limiting cash and opting for electronic/crypto payments instead.  Until those reasons improve, I think it's time for the world to get rid of cash.  Advanced economic states also remove the limits of crypto payment.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next crypto craze? on: February 06, 2023, 03:10:36 PM
It may not be a melodramatic movie but now with Ordinals launching nft on bitcoin has created a lot of controversy.  And adoption may vary with another sidechain but still linked to bitcoin by nft.  Also, Defi on bitcoin is well worth the wait as the next craze.  The free market is open to the application of this scope.  I think I will search and plant some seeds there - maybe RSK/ Sovryn  Grin
355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin high prediction 2023? on: February 06, 2023, 02:32:45 PM
I read an article that said that by the end of this year, bitcoin can reach 100k$
I think we all have predictions based on technical analysis or bull cycles.  For me, 100k on bitcoins is not a surprise, it is the macro impact that bitcoin power can fully achieve even beyond that.  Of course, I think the possibility of reaching 100,000 by 2025 may be more realistic.  The year 2023 is the process of market restructuring to create momentum for recovery first, creating resilience and finally growth.  My prediction in 2023, bitcoin will close the candle at 30-36k$
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ethereum be profitable anytime in the future? on: February 06, 2023, 02:13:29 PM

More adoption can come and more price increases are also going to be expected for this especially now that most people will buy large chunks of eth and they will just hodl it strongly only to secure the network since it was now pos like I've said earlier.
Yeah, ETH 2.0's PoW to PoS transition is in the final stages.  I think this is also the driving force for value growth by big injections.  In terms of price effects, sometimes ETH has more traction than bitcoin, but generally it will move with bitcoin.  At the same time, ETH's wide range of applications still represents its great potential in the future.  Bitcoin halving, it will be big pumps and just hold ETH, profits will come I think
357  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Heading Back To $23,000? on: February 05, 2023, 08:00:06 AM
Like the market's movements in January, a recovery of >35% is a very optimistic signal.  Most likely in February there will be more corrections lower and lower volatility to form a pinned 15k "bottom".  We're at 23k3 and that's a good thing.  From there, it's easy to see how faster bitcoin moves.  My expectation is bitcoin will break 25k this February.  In addition, the 18k price area will be strongly supported.

After all liquidity is pulled out, they are being left with an empty project. Although this might interest those who wants to invest, i am not a fan of altcoin and may hardly pick interest to look down into altcoin. The percentage are too huge for you and I to believe is real.
Yes. I think with such a high APR to stimulate demand for such an early stage investment, it is understandable.  But how sustainability really matters, over time their liquidity pools will dry up quickly.  Where does the hedge fund for that come from??  this is also one of several other things on defi that have similar problems.  I think looking at an attractive cake is not necessarily a good piece of cake.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Altcoins Have Good Opportunities in the Next Year on: February 04, 2023, 10:00:07 PM
I think the Web3 trend is opening the door to potential and is ready to explode.  I expect Theta, ETNY and Dot to shine with strong and explosive traction next year, combined with the time of the next bitcoin halving, this will be a very strong wave.  Recently some controversy between NFT on bitcoin and defi on bitcoin could trigger a new trend, it is also possible to find more promising projects.
360  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for February on: February 04, 2023, 02:19:38 PM
January 2023 with 39% was the most impressive mover for bitcoin in the same period in 10 years.  The start of February also shows that the market is ready for the bitcoin wave to return and 24k4 looks like a difficult range to break in the first week of this month and 23k2 looks to be a reliable stop.  23k8 is the range to wait for a sideways move.  I think the market will need more momentum to go through 25k or it will move sideways and break 25k completely soon.  But it is clear that a rapid recovery increase will be more unlikely than January
