1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Citibank Article "Bitcoin At the Tipping Point" on: March 02, 2021, 12:46:29 AM
This is a very interesting, balanced and serious article by Citibank.

https://www.citivelocity.com/citigps/bitcoin/

IMHO it is well worth a read.

Is it worth the wait when banking institutions seriously and fairly consider bitcoin? I think there has never been a standardized statement for this.  They have always been unfairly cautious about bitcoin and crypto.  Bitcoin price has no limit.
It is a falling point that anyone would try to suppress.  Anyway, Citibank has taken the right views, which will create new momentum in the market.  When the integration is back.  The market will improve and be urged very actively.
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do? | Is this the end of inflated markets? on: March 01, 2021, 11:52:42 PM
Not here to spread rumors or post FUD. That's not my intention, I only want to vent and discuss the current situation.
I've bought Ethereum before it crashed so bad, now I've lost a reasonable amount of money, and by looking at the graphs, most coins have shown no resistance to ease the fall.

I'm starting to think that the market's prices were way too inflated, not realistic, and a situation like this one was bound to happen one day. What would you do? Sell now, before it dumps even further, or keep holding hoping it will recover in the future?
I think this will have many different directions, and in this situation.  seems to be considered because the gap between BTC and the rest of the altcoin on the market is only 1/3.  While the bitcoin market cap at ATH is 1000 billion, the total altcoin is 750 billion.  The fact that bitcoin is run by the bulls makes it absorb market share from invisible pushes. https://news.bitcoin.com/btc-balance-sheets-42-companies-hold-1-3-million-bitcoin-worth-more-than-65-billion/
I don't know at what price did you buy ??  At the red fire last week.  i had surfed earlier at $ 1k8 and now i redeem at $ 1k4.
ETH is much awaited this year for ETH 2.0, some have pumped into BSC and left ETH.  I think they will pay the price.
1063  Economy / Speculation / Re: FUDs be damned - BTC moving up again on: March 01, 2021, 11:37:57 PM
I guess the sky isn't falling after all.  LOL< I'm a pilot and said FOD at first. Corrected.
Notice that we are really special this year.  Of course, it didn't fall, but it looks like you should reinforce this market's morale and consistency.  The picture now returns to the runable bull run scenario. at march 2018, it's already green space, this scenario is repeatable.  Or after last week's adjustment, there will be two more months to stay at the new ATH. Bitcoin at 80k$. Lol
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment projects ? on: March 01, 2021, 11:25:43 PM
Well, we seem to be focusing a lot on the Top 10 coins in the market and perhaps forgetting the key factor of profitability.
- ETH is well deserved as the top long-term option, the most anticipated upgrade will be the end of the year or early 2021.
- Dot is maturing, the good news is that more and more new projects are found on the platform  of Dot.  As it becomes even more widespread, aggregate-enabled blockchain like complex would give a huge advantage in diversity to demand.
- In addition, Matic (Polygon) has increased by more than 240% since January.  Some of the big partners coming to Matic, it will continue to mature in value.
- A coin of considerable interest to me is Phore, a youthful, convenient blockchain that meets current needs, its upgrade has  come very close.  It shows a team that has an investment and will expand,  upgrade , the BSC on the 14th march. The $ 9 ATH price that Phore generates is no coincidence.  Good time to sprout it and wait for a big harvest in the new ATH.

1066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: February 27, 2021, 02:41:26 PM

As it says, the practice will be very difficult, but we must try to control it before we ruin ourselves and lose too much money in gambling.

Or maybe practice makes perfect.

You can actually do both, practice to win and be consistent in winning or practice on how to minimize your loses and stay discipline while gambling even if you are losing. When you master this, it will certainly not gonna put your finances at risk as you'll enjoy gambling regardless of the outcome.
Gambling is a profession, I know.  But this job is not long, and it cannot sustain you for life.  Consistency needs training, but is it possible to deny the threshold of ambition?  Very few people have success with gambling in both calculation and luck.  So, entertain and stop at the right time.  Gamblers are often rooted in nature. 1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Projects to Watch Out for in 2021 on: February 23, 2021, 05:23:54 AM
https://thecapital.io/article/top-cryptocurrency-projects-to-watch-out-for-in-2021-MT_GMR5pcSpc9YKp4ll

Just came across this, and I actually own all the projects listed there.

What else do you guys recommend for the upcoming bull run?  Cool
Agree with this author by chainlink and XMR true to my investment opinion.  I also cherished them for a long time and always watched.  But it wouldn't be fair if there was no ETH option among them.  There is no need to be humble, but ETH will have a huge value reform from the ethereum 2.0 upgrade, which actually solves many of the remaining dilemmas in the ETH platform.  This is a prerequisite for holding minimum ETH from 2021-2023.
1068  Economy / Economics / Re: which will u choose to buy on: February 23, 2021, 04:35:09 AM
what are you gonna do if u have millions dollars of cash ? are  you  gonna spend it all for ferrari high class car or invest bitcoin for survive ?
Why do that. ferreri, Lol.  I will split the reinvestment fund into the following three dishes: 30% real estate, 30% gold, 40% bitcoin.  All of these are unique features that can increase interest over time.  When you retire, you will still maintain good food, food, and economy without having to rely on anyone Smiley)
1069  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think we will see a lot of weak hands at $100K on: February 22, 2021, 03:02:37 PM
Yes. That is a very difficult threshold but is still possible.  Market volatility for the correction today, the impact of the media, the "weak" psychological pressure and some tricks have created an advantage for the bulls.  Institutional investors have opened up that opportunity, and they are not willing to build walls.  The large volume of bitcoins dumped is similar to the mass of force that the anonymous elephant moves.  This is convenient for a higher ATH but meets the standard of market sentiment in my opinion very volatile.

1070  Economy / Speculation / Re: My btc price calculation theory and future of btc on: February 21, 2021, 04:37:44 AM
Here it is
Its involves the big companies want profit also the big dark people who need lounder their btc Everybody want big as possible %
Right now the price of btc is 10k.

So we have here 3 main  partners.

1. The lounder bad persons.
2.  The middle-men escrow and well respected person or organisation between deal.
3.the lounder company.

I guess that the profit sharing will be 60% for middle men and loundry company / Institution*

And 40% to dark people side*

That means  the Dark people want at least to get 15k -20k If they sell it.
The middlemen 30%
The loundry company / Institution 30%

It means the btc price will go more then 20k coz
The middle men and loundry company/Institution want profit also If they buy with 20k
So they will push the price up to  35k. About then they get 60% of the 20k+ 35k

This is just theory,  as Everyone have their own Vision and opinion, what you guys think?  Smiley
For me, bitcoin is a core asset, the concept of investment will certainly be a benefit and the range of% interest is generated regardless of type.  I'm not sure what the dark people would think, but bitcoin is really important and the opportunity to own is an organic impact, not fish farming, but a decentralized community, but also a neutral.  with others.  And you are probably still monitoring the bitcoin price for the time being.  Your theoretical problem is about the slippage in the trade and the opportunity to make a profit for the stock to take profit.  I wouldn't encourage myself for a non-axial and recessionary theory in rigid investing.
1071  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for an Android widget that displays "real-time" rates on: February 21, 2021, 04:02:50 AM
Best I could find is one that refreshes every 30 seconds. I'm looking for one that will show live real-time market price - similar to what you would see on Binance for example in the trading window. If the widget could always stay on top (no mater what window is on the foreground), that would be awesome. And if I can be picky, it would show an hourly chart too. Any leads?
I don't think it's really necessary when you know the big exchanges' apps.  They have live tracking to more accurately display the value you want to track for any liking.  Some of the other indirect sets will delay and not render properly.  If you really feel that is good.  You can refer to:

1072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: recent negative statement against Bitcoin on: February 21, 2021, 03:07:35 AM
often occurs where when Bitcoin makes a new record (price) then immediately someone or groups feels threatened and makes a negative statement against Bitcoin.

Quote
A European Central Bank governing council member said bitcoin investors should be prepared to lose their entire investment, the latest such warning from a central banker about cryptocurrency volatility.

"As the UK authority said a few weeks ago, if people want to invest in bitcoin, they have to be prepared to lose all their money – that's certainly my view, " said Gabriel Makhlouf, a governing council member of the ECB, on Bloomberg TV on Friday.

She said bitcoin is not a currency, but is instead a "highly speculative asset which has conducted some funny business and some interesting and totally reprehensible money laundering activity."

a warning for those of you who feel threatened by Bitcoin --->  BTCITCOIN ARE UNSTOPPABLE

https://www.businessinsider.com/ecb-council-member-bitcoin-investors-may-lose-all-their-money-2021-1?amp&r=US&IR=T
Well, perhaps the supernatural loss or bankruptcy from the 19 covid situation suggests one thing that they have come down more seriously than the manifestations of bitcoin.  Any case will reveal their disadvantages.  Bitcoin and defi will set the stage for innovation in the world, until they realize that bitcoin is really useful and that widespread bitcoin adoption needs to be replicated.
This proves that CEO Binance has given 1% ranges for an institutional company around the world to go into bitcoin (not bank), and sure, hundreds of thousands of other companies are also out of the bank and if holding bitcoin(for 1%).  It gives the supernatural impetus to the bitcoin price to continue at $ 100k and to $ 500k.  If you really chase after bitcoin and know how important bitcoin is, look at the many aspects.
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ether vs bitcoin on: February 20, 2021, 02:27:54 PM
As bitcoin all time high battling to be $ 49000 , ether is also all time high in $1850
No surprises.  Although, 2018 1BTC ~ 11ETH, and at the present time, 1BTC ~ 29ETH.  There are many reasons why our judgment has always been wrong.  The BTC gap has continued to expand very differently.  Of course they are also looking for its new ATHs.
Etherum 2.0 composing is near the end, but it's not the spike in value, it's that the Defi competition is booming.  Bitcoin always makes special things and should be concerned about how ETH fights against the defi open trend from BSC, HECo.  I'm still in ETH looking for something!
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - Price Speculation. $1,000 doable long term? on: February 20, 2021, 01:33:51 PM
Hey guys.

Put two and two together and it isn't unlikely we'll see XMR trading above $1,000, what do you think?
Considering the confidentiality of information and XMR's potential over the long term, it's a good idea.  Let's make a comparison: In terms of supply / demand, ETH has a total current supply of 114 million, the current total supply of XMR is just 17 million.
In principle, the XMR fork from bytecoin has shown their direction and vision to be excellent, but overall platform mining is still below ETH.  But the trend of the future is always changing.  Competition makes the cryptocurrency environment evolve faster.
Similar to today's Defi fever.  So I am confident that this speculator can still afford to hit the $ 1000 price tag within 5-10 years.  Even earlier
1075  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin Failed as Money? on: February 20, 2021, 01:13:04 PM
Bitcoin will never fail below money / fiat levels.  That is not exactly what bitcoin is aiming for.  Bitcoin will go hand in hand and interspersed with utility options intended to be used for free - an absolutely free financial space that Money / fiat, by all means, is not a rival to bitcoin.
Right now, you can see how bitcoin is different from the standpoint of a core asset, what it means, and how important it is to reach $ 57k.
Bitcoin has always won over fiat, but it's not a successor and a replacement for fiat.
1076  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash is inevitable on: February 19, 2021, 12:27:50 PM
Just like the subject says, the more Bitcoin goes up this bull run, the most correction it will have, people who thinks this will go up without stopping are very naive.
This is not the time to buy, don't be a fool to buy at 50K.

Your symptoms and condition, seemingly in a state of distress. This causes a lack of confidence. And I think your pain will last .
We have traction, organic impact, and the tuning that shows your hesitation becomes a waste.
The best guess is what you believe, you see, not just what you think.

1077  Economy / Economics / Re: "Looks as if #Bitcoin is eating #Gold". Good idea to buy some Gold now? on: February 19, 2021, 11:51:22 AM
I saw this interesting tweet today.

source: https://twitter.com/Schuldensuehner/status/1361944837742874631

I am still accumulating BTC, but to accumulate some Gold is always a good idea.

That is one of your options. Looks like comparison is misleading.
because in my opinion, in economics, bitcoin is defined as an asset that represents tangible core intelligence. Gold is a traditional existing asset. The emotional order and the frequency of dependence are different.
You buy gold and send it at the bank? I don't think so if you have a better space to keep it as safe as bitcoin - And you can customize it to be used as you like. Wink
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth able to break its previous ATH within few days? on: February 19, 2021, 11:32:08 AM
Hold the breath is the best option. After BTC pumps and begins to trade sideways, profits usually flow into Alts. In this way second largest marketcap coin ethereum will be first gainer. HODL, wait and see.
As I can see, we don't have any climate change events this week, with very clean air. The market is still on the right track with a guaranteed hold. It's good for ETH at this stage to surpass the earlier ATH even further.
Yes, we do expect Ethereum. 2.0 completes the final stage to thoroughly solve the NFT complex, improving perfection. Okay, hope to get past 2k5 in February and 5k in March.
Again, Hold to see ETH's masterpiece.
1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If bitcoin surpasses the $60K level then it will hit higher than $100K on: February 18, 2021, 06:55:21 AM
The holding tendency and driving force for drag friction are enormous from large institutional investors. Bitcoin's competition for value will not stop. The next surprise is Motley Fool - a rich guy went into bitcoin and waited for the price of 500k $. Probably overwhelming but we'd be nice to have 80k - 100k $. If bitcoin creates a huge opportunity as a "core stock" for any corporation or organization to aim for. Bitcoin is the fascinating thing right now.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: February 18, 2021, 06:39:07 AM
Hello! I'm a newbie trader, and I want to know if investing in crypto is a good idea. Now it became very easy, for example, you can buy crypto with a bot or your credit card using such services as changelly or shapeshift. However, does easy means good? Should I buy crypto now or it's too late?
The idea of investing in cryptocurrency is always welcome here, and for anyone, it takes a magical journey to get started. When you realize things are easy, it means that crypto is really in tune, in popularity, and in popularity. Any chance, don't forget to consider it. And maybe, after you succeed, you will have a story about your new world adventure with your children. Wink
