481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Discouraged with Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2018, 04:45:54 AM

The problem of scalability has reared its ugly head again this time when transactions are clogging and when we are about to experience the coming of the Bitcoin Futures. People have been expecting that soon Bitcoin can reach the mainstream with the legitimization it has been going through with the introduction of the Bitcoin Futures Contracts.

People are now strongly complaining of the shockingly high fees imposed by wallets and exchanges for the transfer of Bitcoin and this should not be ignored by those tasked with making decisions for Bitcoin. This whole thing can kill Bitcoin gradually if not given the appropriate remedy.

Do you feel like discouraged about Bitcoin with this latest debacle?
I'm sure the future bitcoin will be much better and safer because of the bitcoin side of course will continue to improve and overcome all the deficiencies of bitcoin in other words will evolve from the system or from the security that I think for now
482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will become more popular on: April 13, 2018, 03:07:31 AM
We are here to see bitcoin becoming the world's most popular currency
If you have the same opinion leave a comment here and predict this

when will it happen!
Sit and talk Wink
the possibility that this may happen we can see bitcoin has a very drastic price decline but still many new investors who invest with bitcoin I think along with the development of the times and technology bitcoin will become the currency recognized by the world
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has the Silver story on: April 13, 2018, 03:02:26 AM
Silver was $80/ounce in 1980. That is like $3000/ounce today. But now Silver is $17/ounce.

All the signs that Bitcoin is going the Silver way. It was declared that Silver will be precious metal and it will be traded on buying and selling and also speculations/predicting events because silver has many uses in Industries, electronics (TVs, computers etc..), a cruise missile has 16 kgs silver that is the reason major war takes Silver price to new highs.

Now Bitcoin has been declared as a speculative asset by governments (deal at your own risk).
I think more than silver can even be equated with gold if you see the growth and price graphs can be said so for the expectations of investors can be more advanced again and earn a substantial profit in the investment
484  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going strong on: April 13, 2018, 02:56:58 AM
Bitcoin is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .
it is true bitcoin is moving and it is a fresh breeze for bitcoin investors if indeed you are ready to buy please it depends on your own because you can set it
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: April 12, 2018, 03:22:24 AM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
if we can predict the bitcoin certainly I certainly have the desire that we see in terms of profit of course we also have to see and understand in terms of risks and losses also so we can be balanced in investing
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is dropping! what to expect?! on: April 12, 2018, 03:15:29 AM
Bitcoin is dropping! what to expect?!

https://www.bloomberg.com/…/bitcoin-drops-as-south-korea-sa…

I found this very interesting article on the web, check it out and let me know what you think Smiley
which is sure that many bitcoin investors who suffered losses due to the price reduction is certainly, but I'm sure bitcoin will soon rise again and move up the price so that investors will be more developed to invest
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: April 11, 2018, 02:51:01 PM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that
I think you are too confident and confident it is a very big bitcoin advantage that we will get but you also have to consider its risk too, but it's all up to you because you can make that decision
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most common uses of Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2018, 02:44:00 PM
I am a newbie in Bitcoin Forum.I know some of the most important uses of Bitcoin. They are:
1.You can buy a flight ticket.
2.You can rent a hotel room.
3.you can buy pizza and other food related goods.
4.You can use it as a investment vehicle because bitcoin will continue to grow in value.

I want to know other important uses of it.

maybe it can be done in a country that has formalized bitcoin as the official currency but in my country direct transaction using bitcoin is still prohibited, for me bitcoin is a place for long term investment
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become a daily currency??? on: April 11, 2018, 02:35:56 PM
I have recently written an article about the possibility of Bitcoin becoming currency we will use on daily basis.  so now I want to ask the question do you think we will see if it can be used as a daily currency???  or do you think it will be more like gold a good store of value???
My own personal hope is that we will see cryptocurrencies develop into currencies we will use on a daily basis.  in my opinion, bitcoin will be a good place to start due to the mainstream knowledge about Bitcoin,  but I do not think it's the best-suited kind for daily use and I believe we have a long way to go before it is a viable alternative to Fiat currencies for the majority of people.

For inspirational purposes, I have included my article
https://cryptoms.online/2018/02/27/will-bitcoin-become-a-daliy-currency/

chances are that it could happen but right now for my country it is still too far for that because the government still prohibits direct deals with bitcoin maybe if bitcoin is official as the currency could happen
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: April 10, 2018, 10:04:16 PM
So 2017 proved to be the best for the bitcoin till now but still the great Officials of many companies are busy in predicting the greater roadmap of btc in 2018 and so on so will it be possible for bitcoin to go more and more high ?
we can not predict the bitcoin in the future but the most important bitcoin is still the highest value coin than any other coin even though the price drops drastically it becomes my belief
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: April 10, 2018, 09:59:44 PM
I have all my coins in on an online trading site (paxful) (low volume)

I plan on making a large investment very soon, and want to safely store all of my coins
I.E I basically want to drop a couple thousand, and keep them in the safest possible way, where I can revisit them in 5-10 years or so and reap the benefits, or cry about the loss.

What is the best way to do this, and what's the best way of ensuring a backup?

How do you currently store your coins

thanks in advance for any inputs

if I personally not only save but I developed by following a bounty campaign, and looking for ico that we can follow the project even with a little reward
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: April 10, 2018, 09:54:03 PM
Why use Bitcoins ?

I keep seeing threads on “why don't people” ? The real question to me is Why would they ?

-The average consumer will go way out of their way to save money. Bitcoins cost more.
-The average consumer will usually pay a little extra to have convenience. Bitcoin is less convenience and more hoops and complications.

I just cannot see any reason for the average consumer to use Bitcoins. Until average consumers start using Bitcoins they will just be an experiment and a small speculative bubble.

I have my personal reasons, I am interested Bitcoins them as a tech person, speculative investor and person that follows evolving treads and markets. I am just struggling to see any.. benefits for the average consumer at this stage.
for me personally using bitcoin for investment and bitcoin is a means for investment by taking advantage of technological progress and the development of the era, in an increasingly modern era bitcoin will become more developed and successful
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the price be stable? on: April 08, 2018, 06:46:42 PM
I remembered watching a video about bitcoins and the simple information that a beginner can understand. It says that bitcoin only has the maximum of 21 million bitcoins and 17 or 18 million has been mined.

What would happen if the very last block were mined? Will the value of bitcoin finally be stabilized?
what you can guess all the possibilities that will happen in the future bitcoin will be stable that no one can predict with certainty so for now take advantage of opportunities that arise later
494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government fears Bitcoin on: April 08, 2018, 06:42:00 PM
Crypto Currency is like a Sun powering up the people all around the globe who wants to change the world who are passionate enough to bring changes.

“It’s the top notch opportunity for reaching to the financial freedom”
That’s the reason some governments don’t approve Bitcoin because they already know the Strength of new decentralised digital currency market,if it goes up then the government will have to come down.

It’s just my opinion about Bitcoin ban
What are your thoughts?

bitcoin is prohibited not for access but as a means of transaction because in my country the government still forbids her because bitcoin has not become currency for that country
495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is everyone just HODLing? on: April 08, 2018, 06:38:18 PM
Hi Forum
I would like to know what real value you think HODLing adds. What is the point of just holding bitcoin till moon and lambo ? This is cryptocurrency, why aren't we using this as currency? If we all just hold then this whole thing takes on a completely different business model, we lose all real value that it has as currency and it just becomes a full on speculative bubble.

Bitcoin and other currencies have no value if nobody uses them. So I would like to encourage everyone to spend and replace instead of just blindly holding. We won't see merchant adoption skyrocketing if nobody buys stuff with bitcoin. And yes I know it can go up in value, but why not just spend your BTC and EFT some fiat over to your local exchange and replace the BTC you spent ?
If any businesses accept BTC or other currencies it is our duty to support them extra for it and use cryptocurrency.
I will keep the bitcoin because I'm sure bitcoin will grow and it will be needed in the future because bitcoin uses technological progress and the development of the era
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in bitcoin if you don't know anything about it on: April 08, 2018, 06:33:42 PM

Bitcoin is a global craze. Even farmers, students, the older, housewives ... who are don’t know what is blockchain also buy bitcoin. Because there are so many new investors investing in it in the hope of making a big profit. But actually that is not investing that is gambling.  Roll Eyes
I do not prevent you investing to make money but invest wisely. Especially do not put all the property into bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Hope people do not blindly participate in this gamble. Grin
many who access bitcoin without knowing or understanding what it is bitcoin and it results in bitcoin investor confidence decreases with the lack of it makes bitcoin prices decreased confidence and bitcoin prices
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still buy Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2018, 06:28:12 PM
Hey guys. I was asking my self "Should I buy Bitcoin now? What if it's gonna go down after I buy?". What do you think? Should I buy or wait?
I think if you have high capital and confidence in investing with bitcoin you will definitely buy and hold the bitcoin that we have to gain an advantage in investment
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will we stay positive on Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2018, 06:24:57 PM
Undersiege by negative articles for the past couple of months. Banned in different countries. Hated by some billionairs. Yet, i am one of the millions who still stay positive on bitcoin.. Western countries have been very positive on btc also. Try to spend time reading this https://www.ccn.com/retailer-adoption-of-bitcoin-is-growing-in-the-us-and-canada-despite-price-fall/. This might help you also boost confidence on btc behind the downfall of its price nowadays.

Let me know your insights on this..
indeed many people judge bitcoin with its negative results i think good bad bitcoin is the purpose of people who invest it and with a declining price and many people who fear will lose if we have confidence will definitely be patient waiting to hold it
499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can actually buy a lot of things with Bitcoin on: April 08, 2018, 06:15:16 PM
Bitcoin is just a virtual currency, but it is used as real money to buy many things. There are many people who accept Bitcoin payments for items, including online stores and regular stores. Popular online stores accept Bitcoins including Newegg, Overstock, Microsoft, Dell and more.

In the United States, there are Reeds Jewelers, One Shot Hotels, Holiday Inn, and even pizza locations, restaurants and more. You can even use Bitcoin to buy addictive drugs, gambling, bullion, or even donate to charity. This is the reason why I like BTC.
it can all be done but not in my country because the government has not fully legalized bitcoin as the currency that applies as a legal means of transactions to access it my state government is still allowed
500  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What it actually meant by Ban? on: April 08, 2018, 06:11:58 PM
Can someone be punished or sent to jail just by holding bitcoin in banned country?
What will happen in case of trading bitcoin in country where bitcoin is banned?
all back to the rules of each country if bitcoin is strictly prohibited to be accessed even there are countries that will punish severely if someone access bitcoin and even bitcoin that we know there is no legal protection against investors
