If my wallet got stolen when I went out drinking on halloween,
would an official replacement document from the police be sufficient to participate in the ICO?
Note that the document I'm talking about is a paper size A4,
not a credit card sized ID, it would take weeks to get one of those,and the ICO would be long over by then.
You don't need to KYC straight away to participate, only to withdraw your tokens. |

Even though I think this approval for accredited US-based investors won't affect the majority of the forum members from the States here, it is still nice.
I am sure the legal team of UTrust did their best to give access to the ICO to as many people as possible but they have to stick to the rules and regulations of the FINMA.

Approved countries? LOL. Crypto currency have no borders, no limits. It's freedom. Nobody need any approvement from anybody.

The good news, USA investors are allowed! The bad news, the USA investors have to be Qualified Accredited Investors. In the United States, to be considered an accredited investor, one must have a net worth of at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of one's primary residence, or have income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount this year. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accredited_investor#United_StatesIndeed, plus they are subject to a 12-month vesting period. I'm more scared about the outcome of the s2x fork, imagine if someone like Coinbase list s2x coin as BTC and people get misleaded. Also s2x supporters are gonna dump BTC to screw up the price. This kids are playing with fire, I'm fully in alts, I won't touch btc anytime soon

Thank you for the insight into your office The sneak peak at the end is nice to see by the way, but I wished you would have taken something else like BTC  just to make it a bit more not so obvious I think UTrust is one of the most transparent companies that are doing some ICOs out there. This only gives investors more confidence to put some of their investments to this project. I'm already sold on this project but this only makes me more wanting to invest more. I love how confidence they are in their project. Something that is lacking to other projects doing ICOs these days.
