You are correct the process is designed to be easy for everyone, even non crypto or non tech savvy users. Once consumers start seeing UTRUST as an option in their favorite websites it will create curiosity and growth. Which will coincidence with more public advertising once we have a strong merchant base.

We actually have solid reason to believe that this is not going to be the case for our tokens. Most big ICOs sell at large discounts to buyer groups. These discounts are often as high as 80% of retail value. We vehemently refused to do this and rejected all inquiries of this kind! Further, U.S. investors have a vesting period of 12 months, during which they cannot withdraw (and therefore not sell) their tokens either. Moreover, the 10% we hold are only released at 2% every year (over 5 years). And finally, we are still considering a vesting period for private investors, that could reduce the amount that could immediately be dumped for minor profit to just a handful of millions max, including the bounties.

So you may see while we are very confident in our price development. However, we will not speculate about the price or make any promises.

There are no plans to increase fees we have a very strong competitive advantage by keeping it low and tend to stay that way.

If I am not mistaken I answered this a few pages ago. Initially, we are not planning implement any tracking services for these goods, but you can rest assured that a threshold is going to be big enough for those merchants to really have a solid history before it becomes available to them. By implication, this will mean that only sellers with a lot of trust will be able to to ever get there, and with this trust, they deserve the benefit of receiving funds almost immediately due to their reputation!

Exactly we are taking all legal precautions in order to be a legitimate business starting now and into the future. Any ICO that isn't following KYC is at a huge risk of fraud.

There was a pre-sale that was $0.03 per UTK which we only sold $3.5M worth of tokens and aim to raise a total $49M in total during ICO. The market cap will barely be affected by this at all, even if everybody would dump at the same time. This is different for other ICOs, but we rejected offers from big buying groups asking for discounts and expect our price to be very stable once it hits the market.
There isn't a whitelist but the is a KYC which is mandatory in order to withdraw your funds after participating in the ICO.

There isn't anyone doing buyer protection like UTRUST which is what really separates us from other payment platforms. The reason why we will have a 3-party resolution dispute mechanism is because they are experts in these situations dedicated into doing this, therefore saving time. Also merchants will build trust rating over time and be able to complete transactions faster.

Indeed, offices in both. Our engineers will remain in Portugal since the cost of living, office rental etc are significantly cheaper. You can compare the costs between Braga and Zug here. It literally says: "You would need around 6,481.19€ (7,509.54Fr.) in Zug to maintain the same standard of life that you can have with 2,000.00€ in Braga.", making life in Switzerland more than 3 times more expensive than in Braga!

Our investment funds provided by our community is important to us and we want to spend it wisely. Saving more than 300% every month for a team that has over 20 employees is a lot of money saved in the long-run!

I'm sorry for the delay but we recently released information that U.S. citizens and U.S. residents can participate, albeit with restrictions. First and foremost, only accredited investors will be able to take part. If you have any more questions I'd suggest writing legal@utrust.io as they are dealing with U.S. investors.

Monetha is a very different team. At UTRUST, we have an established team of 15 engineers and a handful of product designers. Our MVP was in work, but due to regulations that we need to comply to we unfortunately had to push it back to implement KYC which also needs to be ready for the 02 November.

Transaction time of UTRUST tokens will be the same as any other Ethereum token (including Ether) and depend on your Gwei and Gas Limit.

Finally, our plan is to actually onboard the first selected merchants on late December this year, just under 2 months after the ICO!

The thing is, UTRUST is always being 100% compliant. Other ICOs which I won't mention here already have problems with this. Some of them may run into legal issues in the future, others have problems being accepted by any major exchanges. UTRUST is not about the ICO (yet, it is a vital part!). We are establishing a legal framework that will set out the base for a bright future and years to come.

Our entire team believes firmly in what we are building now and these goals can only be achieved if you do it the right way from the ground up.

Yes, this indeed puts some hurdles into our way in regards to excluding some investors, but in the end we want to be here for the next generation ("Web 3.0") which, in our opinion, is build with blockchain technology! 👏
