1xBit.com  ? 6 days not online??? Are you serious??? Great support here.... Customers have problems... responsible person offline every day... Paul0908, as i know your request was successfully solved and funds unblocked (you made the withdraw of it). But your account was closed cause our security estimated your disputable bets as the T&C violation. Sorry, i can do nothing with it except to recommend you to register again (it's a bitcoin gambling so why not). |

Not the perfect solution but at least you unlocked my account and gave me my funds back.
I deleted my negative trust rating and told the relevant users to take you down from SCAM list.
What stays in mind is: In total you voided winnings of 8 BTC (-> Zenit St. Petersburg - Sohar).
So in the end I had no profit at 1xbit. Good deal for you.
h4ns, not the perfect at all, i'm agree. But it's the best i can do at the moment, sorry. It's just not in my capacity. I can say we are working on better solutions for disputable issues. And such cases are rare. |

I didn't play much, registered on December 20, placed 20-30 bets and everything was alright until the match Tus Koblenz-Turanspor.

I uploaded a detailed view of the relevant bets so everbody can see what 1xbit understands by "abnormal bets": https://i.imgur.com/hsUnMlN.png9x bets with 58 mBTC. Wow. Has to be match-fixing/syndicate/abnormal betting. 4th tier vs 8th tier. 8th tier is called Kreisliga in Germany, there are only 2 or 3 leagues below that league. They are purely amateur leisure footballers who play football at the end of the working day, doing training two times a week. Koblenz is a professional team, played 2. Bundesliga earlier days. There is a huge gap between those leagues. So is it abnormal when I'm expecting a blowout in that match and place some bets with only double digit stake on high odds? I tell you: This is the most normal thing I can imagine. Your bookie just made a huge mistake when he made odds around 2.00 (=50% win probability). In fact they had a 98-99% winning chance. Who else thinks this kind of betting is "abnormal"? It's just value betting. Is value betting abnormal? Does value betting authorise the bookies to close player's account and confiscate all his funds deposits included? When your answer is 'yes' then sports betting does not make any sense at all. Except for the bookies. i'm not accusing you. Just describing security team position. Funds are not confiscated but frozen until this situation will be fully clarified. Sorry for this. |

@1xbit.com: Maybe you can make it a bit more transparent and answer me a few questions:
1. Why have you been offline for so long?
2. Why don't you reply on my or other users' PMs?
3. You said "we should spend some more time for investigating this issue". Can you precise "some more time"?
4. What do you think could be a reason for the whole mess? I can understand technical problems but what I absolutely cannot understand is when your Security department is not giving me even one simple answer on a dozen of requests for 17 days. This is unacceptable.
You have to provide me with something. I think you owe me some more information than just saying you need more time.
h4ns, will try to answer all your questions: 1-2. Last weeks we had no acute need to interact with customers here cause we set up qualified live-chat and e-mail support. In Jan-Feb months I received 5 PM's here only and all of them related to your issue. But we will be more watchful by now and later. 3. I hope we will fully clarify this case in a few days. 4. Our security team assuring that you personally and several more customers were informed about sport event result before this event started. As they saying, you and at least 2 more customers (one of them sent me PM besides) placed abnormal high bets on suspicious event. In their view company should not welcome such clients. In a meantime we are agree that considering of this request taking too much time. Sorry for this. We are already took the measures. |

I just spoke with the owner on skype and informed him of this situation. Hes supposed to get back with me in a few hours. From my understanding hes not support, he has agents hired for that job.
Hes looking into the situation and ill have him post here with a response. Not sure how quickly he will respond but ill stay on him.

Hi sir, is this a glitch or bug in the registration / login of 1xbit? I remember i tried to register with a btc address, way back months ago, i put a random password in there so I have forgotten the password and try to recover it thru forgot password. I put my email address for the site to send me a reset password link but it said that email is not found, so I try to register with that email but then it said that email is already used. How could this thing happen?

Basically, whenever 1xbit have winners they confiscate the funds and completely spin off the customers.

Dear 1xbit team, It has been more than 2 weeks now i am trying to reach you, from mail, this forum and everywhere, but noone gave me a proper answer to my inquiry. My account does not login saying i have wrong login and password. I tried restoring the password several times but I was still not able to login to the system. Nizamcc, the guy just gave his opinion so why not.
I wish to tell it again – all this “scam” discussion doesnt applicable for great great majority of the clients.
Yes, we have rare disputable cases but generally its just fraud or abuse.
I see mostly positive feedback in here and from other resources and I know why its positive. We really have some advantages.

Just little advice for future. I know that answering to every post individually is very logic, but on Bitcointalk it can be taken as spamming.
Better when you copy all quotes to one post and answer to all of them, and separate them for example with:
line like that.
