Another useless chat session: https://i.imgur.com/2shhrD1.png

Those chats don't lead to anything but wasting time.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

This makes my rating even more justified since it was properly written. Either they are refusing to return this money for whatever reason or they have an extremely incompetent support staff that needs to be fired ASAP.

Day 17.

@1xbit.com: Maybe you can make it a bit more transparent and answer me a few questions:

1. Why have you been offline for so long?

2. Why don't you reply on my or other users' PMs?

3. You said "we should spend some more time for investigating this issue". Can you precise "some more time"?

4. What do you think could be a reason for the whole mess? I can understand technical problems but what I absolutely cannot understand is when your Security department is not giving me even one simple answer on a dozen of requests for 17 days. This is unacceptable.

You have to provide me with something. I think you owe me some more information than just saying you need more time.

I think the security guy was supposed to limit you before winning so much, so he messed up his job.
After realising he messed up, he deleted your account to cover his butt.

Worse would be if management / owner is actually involved in this, but i believe in that case they would be answering accusing you of some fictional and dumb violation of the criminally unfair terms and conditions all the bookmakers have, adding at the end something along the lines 'we are criminals and our decision is final'.

I would give you a 1/10 (=90%) odd that you' ll be proved right with your prediction.

Is there any news?
Well, if anyone don't knows, I want to say that they are 1xbet.com in reality, 1xbit is same website, difference is that they accept cryptocurrency as a payment. If you type their website on google, you will see many bad reviews. Sometimes they pay you and sometimes not with very useless explains.

h4ns, will try to answer all your questions:

1-2. Last weeks we had no acute need to interact with customers here cause we set up qualified live-chat and e-mail support. In Jan-Feb months I received 5 PM's here only and all of them related to your issue. But we will be more watchful by now and later.

3. I hope we will fully clarify this case in a few days.

4. Our security team assuring that you personally and several more customers were informed about sport event result before this event started. As they saying, you and at least 2 more customers (one of them sent me PM besides) placed abnormal high bets on suspicious event. In their view company should not welcome such clients. In a meantime we are agree that considering of this request taking too much time. Sorry for this. We are already took the measures.

You're accusing me that I knew the result before the match? Are you serious? Those are serious allegations against me, you should be careful with such kind of statements.

I explain you why I placed 522 mBTC (which you're grading "abnormal bets") on this match.

This match we are talking about was a friendly soccer match between TuS Koblenz and Turanspor Mannheim. A German 4th tier team vs an 8th tier team. You made totally wrong odds on Koblenz (around 2.00). So I placed 522 mBTC (9x bets with 58 mBTC stake each) on several high odds because I expected a high win. The final result was 4-0. Anybody could expect a win with a 3 or 4+ goals margin easily.

Some other guys placed bets on the same match - so what? Who shouldn't place bets on those totally wrong odds! It was a bookie gift. Free lunch for all!

Is this the legitimation to confiscate all my funds? Seriously?

To put it in a nutshell: You will not give me my money back because you're accusing me of being a match-fixer, the bets were abnormal and other guys placed bets on this match, too. Wow. The same kind of story as we all know from 1xbet: People who have won too much are alleged to be match-fixer, part of a syndicate, holder of multiple accounts or some other kind of bad guys:

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sports-betting-news/1xbet-player-vs-sportsbook-syndicate-wagering-75108/

...

Everyone who wins too much at 1xbit/1xbet/melbet is a fraudster! What a poor sportsbook you are.

Congrats @antdee: You won your 1/10 prediction:

So what's next? My money has been confiscated and the decision is final? Who has announced you to be a judge who can confiscate other people's money? I don't mind if you're voiding bets because all sportsbooks do so. But how can you just confiscate the deposited money? There is no legal basis for those actions.

I uploaded a detailed view of the relevant bets so everbody can see what 1xbit understands by "abnormal bets":

https://i.imgur.com/hsUnMlN.png

9x bets with 58 mBTC.

Wow. Has to be match-fixing/syndicate/abnormal betting. 4th tier vs 8th tier. 8th tier is called Kreisliga in Germany, there are only 2 or 3 leagues below that league. They are purely amateur leisure footballers who play football at the end of the working day, doing training two times a week. Koblenz is a professional team, played 2. Bundesliga earlier days. There is a huge gap between those leagues.

So is it abnormal when I'm expecting a blowout in that match and place some bets with only double digit stake on high odds?

I tell you: This is the most normal thing I can imagine. Your bookie just made a huge mistake when he made odds around 2.00 (=50% win probability). In fact they had a 98-99% winning chance.

Who else thinks this kind of betting is "abnormal"? It's just value betting. Is value betting abnormal?

Does value betting authorise the bookies to close player's account and confiscate all his funds deposits included?

When your answer is 'yes' then sports betting does not make any sense at all. Except for the bookies.

When I write 'you' I mean your company as you're representing your company.

So it is not a personal accusation against you but against your company.

I strongly suspect and believe that this "security team" does not exist. This looks like a one-man enterprise, like someone stalling the situation to invite or encourage more people to place funds on that site so he can get the maximum possible bitcoins before doing a full exit.

No update by 1xbit.com today?

Obviously handling this case has no priority for 1xbit.

Almost 3 weeks gone and no solution.

This does not look like an exit scheme, they are seriously denting their reputation with these sort of baseless accusation against an user who took the opportunity and the delay they take to resolve one issue is just out of the charts. They showed they are really incompetent to solve the issue as they know they messed up the odds and its not the problem of the user for the mess up made by the bookie.

Obviously handling this case has no priority for 1xbit.
The team is incompetent and does not even accept their mess up,you are entitled to win the entire bet and not just the deposit you made.
On a funny note they might be investigating the match rather than looking at their mess up  Cheesy .
