I would not use XMR on duckdice, or use them at all in that matter. I deposited 3 XMR and they never replied for my simple refund. As soon as I deposited it logged me out and didn't have password set so can't reset password. I sent the TX ID and no response, also they removed their live chat support it seems recently. After reading here all the issues everyone has with this site I will just say RIP
Sorry, email support is very slow on the weekends, but from what we have already checked (check your email please), your account has a recovery email, so you can simply use recovery to login and your XMR is of course safe on your balance. 0.12669118 BTC where you go, who took you? None of the above really makes any sense?
The simple matter is you think you are owed money for affiliate money, duckdice main team responded to your requests, granted you bonuses as a gesture after reviewing your claim and can find no active affiliates that you could have generated income from, you're not satisfied with this and are dragging it out.
I've answered in hope that this will clear it up, there is nothing due to you. None of your screenshots shows that you are owed this and you've been pursuing this since 2017 even after you've been granted additional money which by all accounts you were not entitled too
It very much feels like you're the one being false here stitching together any communication we've had with you too make it seem like there's a case when there is simply none.

As far as my understanding of this 'issue' that you've been pursuing since 2017 has already been solved just not to your liking; simply you had some affiliates, one of which created new accounts and didn't re-sign using your affiliate link, another one who self-banned and later re-created an account also not using your link and another one which simply became inactive --- at the time duckdice gave you a large bonus (of which we were not entitled to do) but this was never meant to be an on-going thing nor really made sense at the time but it seemed like the nice thing to do.

How about my problem? unsolved and buried by time, until finally I was able to make them unban me this month of june.From which I was able to generate and download my account details and affiliate stats:  first folder contains:  2nd folder contains same stuff but I just didn't adjust the size of columns:  3rd folder contains these:  the bottom most file(transactions): 
AND The button by the right side where it says "Confirmed". Those have the comments/reasons of bonus. The balance on the account after a transaction occurs is updated which only proves me telling the truth, which they tried to bury and fill with lies, which without me being able to provide evidence, coz Duckdice played it very well, until June 08,2021 when you unbanned me (a short but enough time) until you banned me again after I emailed you to discuss your lies about my affiliate.

Believe me when saying I have tried to get in touch with anyone who could be considered in charge of the affiliate program - bad luck, nobody cared, support obviously couldn`t help since that`s not some support issue.
Did you just make the assumption that support couldn't help? Try it, they've been really patient with me and points me where I need to go or who to contact, Also, there is a reason why I made that post on here - as already mentioned, there was an issue back then and now this. Even from a player perspective alone, this sucks, plain and simple.

My player was contacted, which according to your screenshot means he should have more than min withdrawal balance and if he doesn`t act, his account will be deleted and balance lost (see the email I quoted). If he had less than min withdrawal balance, they would be waiting another 12 months before deleting the account and removing the balance? That doesnīt even make sense?!
I went and had a chat with Emily from Live Support. She gave me that screenshot. You should try asking her or one of her teammates.  And in my "understanding", if a player have not logged-in to the site for at least 6 months he will be considered an Inactive Player . 2 types of Inactive Player - a. The inactive player have minimum withdrawal amount.
They will contact the inactive player by email (if there is a registered email address for this account), otherwise we will wait 12 months before trying to contact you once again. If after 12 month-period, you have not yet logged in, the account will be deleted and the balance forfeited. - b. The inactive player doesn't have minimum withdrawal amount.
They will contact the inactive player by email (if there is a registered email address for this account), if you do not reply and do not log into your account within the next 30 days, your account will be deleted and the balance forfeited.

Alright, a while ago, I noticed an "unfriendly" policy with regards to your affiliate program: Players being removed after a certain period of time etc. when "inactive" - you changed your wording on the site and assured me that this would only happen with players who didn`t deposit before. So now I am wondering - one of my players has received an email from Bitsler, stating his account will be closed and balance removed shortly for not having logged in for 6 months. 1) This is a predatory term from a player perspective 2) Based on that term, that player would also be removed from my referred players You can`t just do that - besides it being unethical, it`s absolutely shady and a great way for a casino to not pay for players "lifetime". I have just checked Dotta 2 on bitsler but it is a matter of sorrow that there is no live dotta 2 games on bitsler so I could not find out either it is available on live stream or not. As there is forthcoming dotta game on 2 days latter, I will check that either it is available or not. If it is present then it will be pleasant for us. Well it is not only DOTA 2.
