Dice game isn't broken, he said dice "chat" is broken. btw it's fixed! if there will be any update to site or addition of new games, i'm pretty sure David will post an announcement here. Do you think the dice game looks too complicated or could be better explained or improved in any way?  E.g. "max win" is the maximum profit you can make in one bet, does that confuse people? Or the wagered/bets stats, should that be removed? Profit box is the amount of profit a player is expected to win on their bet (based on bet amount and chance/payout), is that confusing? This is pretty much how BetKing dice has always been and roughly the same as any other dice site. But doesn't mean it can't be improved. Any thoughts/ideas? I think the "wagered" stuff is not really essential to put on the main page as well as the "bets". And "Bitcoin Dice"( https://prnt.sc/husk4k) showing even though I am playing with LTC, ETH and not bitcoin. |

Reported to live support that dice chat is broken, apparently it is a known issue and the support I chatted with said it won't be fixed until new website is on. What is this? New site? yay! won luckyjack, (earthlingsf). finally after endless tries over the past couple years.. although its not the 100mbits , 10bits is generous .. ... pretty smooth gambling here,not a huge fan of plinko,to be honest but I do daily quests and it often requires you to drop a certain amount of pucks or hit a certain multiplier anywas,I found that it is perfectly smooth,especially since I always play at max speed  the site did have some lag issues a couple of weeks ago due to ether node synchronisation,but it is long gone if you have any lag issues,do not hesitate and post in chat or here so it can be fixed immediately Daily quests make players have another reason to be playing at bitvest. Although the prizes for daily quests are not that high, being able to complete daily quests in a row makes the prize higher. I don't know who holds the record for longest chain for daily quest. Great news to see ETH and LTC available now, BTC is good but too many casino games offer only BTC as the sole option.
ETH and LTC has been with bitvest for quite sometime now. Also the interface of Bitvest is very friendly for players from all horizons. One of the best services I know for sure, the Investments section is a great option for all users.
bitvest interface is old school but yes, it is user-friendly as it is simple yet very catchy.

True but when he brought up the situation again last week. It should have got taken care of then.
I agree that it should have been sorted long ago, not just last week. But it did not, and FJ is responsible for it that is why I am suggesting proactively about a bonus for that user as compensation. Free spins or whatever they can offer and do their best not to get into this trouble again in the future. . . . . .At the point last week til today he has lost a great deal.
There is an infinite number of what probably could have happened if this was fixed last week, but it did NOT happen and it will be non-sense to talk about what did not happen as it is never productive to live by the past. Who would to say he could have held his BTC until last week and sold near the top instead of FJ riding it up, selling it and buying more back cheaper.
Since you are talking about what could have happened, how about if the price of BTC went up to 20k USD or 25k USD? For sure FJ would still owe that person the same number of btc and for sure FJ won't complain about it.

sounds more like a vicious cycle then. there is 0 chance to get serious marketing going up if there is no way to measure success. Not really. If you recommend people and actually generate profit (no one has) then I would give you support via email/chat with your stats whenever you like. But no point going to the effort if no one is bringing traffic. I thought I was able to get a few signups. Maybe they did, maybe they did not. |

Yeah some -7k per btc or -$63,000 later. You guys are FULL OF $HIT! That would be an overstatement. 2 months ago, Price is only playing at 4 figures, but that should not be the base of argument because we are not talking about USD here but BTC. And don't get me wrong when I say you're statement is a bit off because there are lots of things that could have taken place if this didn't happen. But what happened in the past cannot be changed, what we can do is just learn from it and move on. |

I hope this means that this issue has been settled, Natalie(Fortunejack) has been one of the most helpful Community Manager that I ever knew here on bitcointalk and never did I thought that an issue like this would take that long. This is why BKB is really hard to get profit on it, there are people where they want to get profit through this, like buy loe and sell high, most altcoin will be always like that. I do not know why they want to have some fix price here? I know for long investment may be it is really good to have this fix price but this is altcoin what would you expect if there is no pump and dump?
I don't understand what the problem is. You invest in the coin and hold it for steady growth as the casino profits. Why would you ever want to pump & dump stakes in the bankroll of a casino? I think BTCevo don't understand how BKB price is set. BKB price is always relative to how much profit the site(betking.io) has gained. The profit of the site is always visible so if the profit goes up, BKB price goes up and if you will look at the past history of betking, wherein it profited around 7000 btc within just a short period of time(less than 4 years if I am not mistaken), BKB is a good long term investment. |
