He is the same person as RollinCoin (who stole money), he lied about buying a script (which was proven with a simple email to the hosting site), and he admitted to stealing 10 deposits from a user.

You might have changed all your passwords (which you didn't, unless you don't count for forum account), but you still hold 1 BTC+ in addresses you know are compromised by "RollinCoin". If you don't know (or aren't that person), why would you trust them with 1 BTC, knowing they can steal it without any risks really, and have been warned by many people? btw, I like your proof that DarkStar_ = DarkDays Why? This seems to be a standard tactic among the shady people around here. I wouldn't be surprised if he started attacking individuals with alts as well. Seriously, since it's been proven that he's the same person as rollin, and since he's admitted to stealing 10 deposits from a user, can you ban him/his site from the forum? It's the ethical, moral, and legal thing to do.
The current policy is that scams are not moderated. Therefore, unless the user in question has not been breaking the forum rules, they won't be banned by the staff members. I can't ban him anyways (this requires an admin or global moderator with banning privileges). You know, from a libertarian point of view, I like that stance. If someone is dumb enough to send money to a person whose admitted to stealing money it is their fault. I just loathe thieves and hate it when they "get away" with their crimes. You never signed the message to prove it was you, who sent the 0.9 BTC. If you are referring to PuraPuraPego then he is not a double spender, he basically sent the money to you before it confirmed. When he received the funds, the miner fee was lower than when he sent it to you, that's why it took so long to confirm, and yet you accused him of double spending.
