Sure it is possible, but:
1) I trade in euros, so you have to convert in my currency when you send by skrill (very simple to do)
2) For amounts up to 50 euros, I don't ask any ID verification but apply a fixed fee of 5 euro each transaction.

Mainly depends on what payment system you use, everyone has its own way to fraud, so I adapt my procedures that become as more strict as you use online reversable ways of payment...Take in mind that all online payments are 180 days reversable while bitcoin is not reversable at all...
At most and generally, I verify the correspondence from buyer ID and his payment method account profile, so to be sure who is paying me, but not only.
I try to be as less invasive I can, because I know how people cares about own privacy and anonimity, so I even can suggest how to be verified without leaving sensitive datas and docs/pics around the net. But at first comes my security and I should apply max effords to avoid to be frauded.
I ask the verification procedure only for the first trade and over 50€ amounts so to reduce scams as more as possible.

I think that if your balance is in euros, you send money by default in euros and receiver get euros even if he has a balance in usd.
Only if you convert the currency they will apply a fee on the conversion...

What are your rates for SEPA transfers and how long till I have the BTC, I have a little over $80 and I want to buy BTC.
Hi, I trade mainly in euros so at first you have to convert US dollars in that currency or anycase, conversion fees are on your side. I usually accept SEPA transfers for amounts over 500€, after AML procedure and I quote and send immediately btcs on bitcoinaverage.com spot + my fees only after payment is cleared on my account (usually SEPA takes no more than 24-48h). Respecting almost all the rules above (AML procedure is not necessary for such amount), I can exchange your 80$. You can write me in pm to know my fees. Thanks |
