21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: August 28, 2022, 01:43:58 PM
There is no need to keep advising people to hold, i have seen this advice so much in the last weeks since bitcoin started plunging, if they do not believe in bitcoin or that this kind of plunge has happened before and that it will return back up, then let them sell to stronger hands that are ready to buy at all times, and just maybe experience will teach them to research next time.
Well I think it's a good idea to advise people to hold if only you believe that there will be a bounce soon, imagine, holding  bitcoin from $60k plus and at around 19k you thinking of selling that's a huge loss its better to advise to hold, it will be a long term hold because definitely it will bounce back, those who bought bitcoin when it first hit 20k and sold sub 20k, thinking that bitcoin would not exceed 20k, they would be blaming their self after seeing bitcoin hit 60k, I believe such scenario will happen to people who sold their at loss, in as much as you are not trading on future, there is no fear of manipulation, just hold it would definitely take a longer time but at the end it, the wait will worth it
22  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading gambling in another form? on: August 28, 2022, 01:06:15 PM
Well it depends on how you take trading, if its on leverage trading that is with high leverage of like x20 and above to me I consider it a gambling because within a twinkle of an eye you might be liquidated, but from the angle of spot trading I don't see it as gamble because there is chance of you recovering your money back, as compared to trading on futures

Liverpool really did absolutely fantastic today I just hope kloop will not use this to cancel his plan on signing a midfielder I hope Plans are already in place to get one or two midfielders before the transfer window shuts down
Seems Teilemans from leicester city wants the move to LFC there is also Frankie de jong and Ruben Neves. I'm quite suprised that Salah didn't score a goal in this nine goals thriller

Liverpool just eliminated Bournemouth today and they should be ashamed of this result, you cannot lose at this level 9-0 no matter who the opponent is. Liverpool finally woke up from their sleep and played the best match probobly of the entire season and look good now
The scoreline is really a shame one for Bournemouth, they could not even score at least a goal, a consolation goal would have been good, they were just focused on making sure that Salah did not score, meanwhile Liverpool are making use of other channels of players to score. Wish they had pulled this display against Manchester United
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 27, 2022, 05:51:26 PM
Arsenal are currently a goal down against Fulham. Just partey and zincheko out The team is already looking out of sought. They may still win But may not be an impressive one. That miedfield is key if they will content long run. Partey in that center is emence can't match it with elneny. Arteta need to act fast in that place. Pedro neto as a alternative to xhaka is key but tougher defensive midfielder alternative to partey I feel is crucial.

Edit : now 1-1

26  Economy / Economics / Re: Why aren't people utilising cryptocurrency payment methods? on: August 27, 2022, 04:23:24 PM
I have seen lots of people complaining about the volatility of the market that it's the reason why they don't want to be accepting cryptocurrency as means of payment, I tend to agree with them, because let's assume you accept bitcoin or ethereum up to $10k and the next day a sharp decline of about 10% occurs, that's a huge loss on the trader side, and when you get to explain to them about usdt and busd they will want to stick to the fact that its bitcoin that they can only accept
27  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it true that Satoshi Nakamoto has 1.1 million bitcoins ? on: August 26, 2022, 05:14:06 PM
All this are just fallacies to cause Fud, Satoshi owns bitcoin but no one knows the exact amount he owned, and even if eventually you get to know about his wallet its absolutely hard to hack it, we've had several cases of people who lost their private key and has only their wallet address and still yet they can't access their wallet, so it's totally impossible to hack any bitcoin wallet if the third party does not accept a trojan or any form of attack for the hacker to get access into his wallet
28  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time for me to buy on: August 26, 2022, 12:02:56 PM
Today there is another correction, it seems that after almost 6 days the market continues to rise and almost reaches $ 25k but there is another correction, I suggest waiting for 2 or 3 days, if we plan to buy then when the price is $ 23k buying in large quantities, I'm sure if the price is already to $ 23K it will rise again.
September has not been a good month for bitcoin historically, we might see sub $17k as everything tends to be bearish for now, couple with the fact that Mt Gox news is still hovering around the market, buying in large quantities for now at $23k might be a bit risky in my opinion, I think buying in bit will be OK, because it's looking very likely that we might touch $17k and that's even if it doesn't go below
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which token should I use for my investment ? on: August 26, 2022, 03:50:14 AM
MATIC is still in my buy zone (I'm a buyer under 1 usd) so I am accumulating that. Additionally, I intend to claim my MAXX finance tokens on their website (you receive an allotment based on how many MATIC you have in your wallet). After the free claim round I will stake my MATIC on stader for 10% APY and my MAXX on MAXX finance for 80% APY.
Matic is a nice coin, but I will advise you to be very careful on it if you are planning to go with matic on a long term, there are some rumours speculation that it's gonna dump hard in few months to come, although the whole market will might dump soon from the rumours of Mt Gox, but matic might dump harder, just a piece of advice though not a financial advise

If Ronaldo doesn't leave in January, Manchester United will disgrace him. Infact I see a shameful Loan-Out.

Liverpool tried their best, Liverpool is feeling the heat of mane departure. I think Klopp destroyed this team with his stubbornness. Klopp is a just a lucky man not a coach... what the hell is Elliot doing on the field when u have keita to play at the midfield..Van dyke has been the worst player on the field so far. He has lost form. See how defense he look. Liverpool is just trash this season and no hope of redemption for them. Except the management do something about the midfield issue and revamp the defence.
The new season has been running for 3 weeks, it's too soon to evaluate every team. indeed the performance at the beginning of the season for both teams, Liverpool and MU this season was not good. but I think an increase could happen in the middle of the season.
we can see how Barcelona last season performed poorly at the start of the season. and they bounced after mid-season. and every club I think can surprise anyone.
Liverpool and Manchester United in my opinion have good qualities to be able to show that they are not losers this season.
Yes truly the season just starts three weeks ago, but this has been one of the lowest points both teams you mentioned had got at the beginning of the season like this, take a look at Manchester City, giving in their best against Newcastle just to make sure that their performance in the fist few games are not in loss, both Liverpool and Manchester United will bounce back no doubt, but the gap between them and the leader of the table is getting wider

This is the lowest i have ever seen of ronaldo, imagine coming on in the last four minutes, when he is not injured, Ronaldo played his cards all wrong. Now in a situation where Sancho, Rashford, Martial and even Elanga may start ahead of him. If he stays at United...he's a bench player. Nothing more. Impact sub. Or a plan B depending on the OPPOSITION. No longer a guaranteed starter, I think that he should make the bold move to those clubs interested in his transfer at least they will value him more than ETH, its a huge shame coming in to play in last four minutes of the game

Prior to next week's transfer deadline, Ronaldo is still being connected to a variety of clubs. Ronaldo is searching for a squad competing in the Champions League.

Bruno Fernandes saying that his teammates' decisions must be respected, Bruno Fernandes revealed that he knows where Cristiano Ronaldo plans to play his game after this transfer window.

After in coming off the bench for the 2-1 win against Liverpool, Ronaldo's future at Manchester United remains a hot topic of debate. The 37-year-old, who entered the game at Old Trafford in the final four minutes, has now missed the starting lineup in two of United's first three games under Erik ten Hag.
it's very obvious Ten hag does not like Ronaldo, Ronaldo will definitely fit in this current United squad, he's still fit and still have something to offer, I think he wants to leave Manchester United honorary that's why he's still skeptical about his move to another club, I'm very sure that he will be blaming himself for returning to Manchester United. He might be among the players who doesn't want Ten hag to come to Manchester united then, maybe that's why ten hag is sidelining him. He should just bear it and move to another club

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: August 22, 2022, 05:10:46 PM
I think he's in for crypto for a long term because he knows what crypto can offer at the long run, likewise he's in for the gains also, when he bought bitcoin we all know because he informed the whole world via his twitter account, when he sold at profit also we get to know a couple of months after from him indirectly and from a third party. I believe that a lot of people have get to know more about Tesla after promoting crypto few months ago. He's in for everything, the gain, the attention, to promote his Tesla and long term investment in crypto most especially dogecoin
This is exactly what I meant "In it for the dubs!". He is in it for the gains of course.
Whether that be for profit or just to put another feather in his cap for the cryptos.
He is a showman. If you haven't seen that movie then that is exactly what he is.
Purely in it for the exposure as he gets a rush being in the spotlight.
Without it he would cease to be relevant in the media.
Just another CEO behind a desk pulling the strings of his multimillion dollar companies.
Yeah you are right I've seen the movie shownman, exactly what he is doing, mainly in for the profit, I could remember when he made the move to buy twitter he was the talk of the whole world then, with such a huge amount of money to buy twitter, he got more famous with that, and twitter shares pumped, I'm very sure he would have longed and before the announcement, before he decided that he has no interest in buying again, he would have short also, that's pure manipulation, that's exactly what he did with bitcoin, sold at the peak of 70k after buying the dip

Leading Manchester city from first half doesn’t guarantee you a win. Their response to crisis is top notch unlike Manchester United and Chelsea lol. Today was a hard day to bet, you wouldn’t think Chelsea getting beaten by 3-0 against leads would happen, the same with Newcastle v Manchester city,a 3-3 draw, crazy man,This is a Great example of why betting should be for fun and fun only.

Tuchel be chasing defender when what he should attempt to replace is Jorginho and get a proper midfielder...without Kante and/or Kovacic by his side, Jorgi is crap, cant dictate shit when the opponent press and get a proper striker......Gallagher is not ready at all. Jorgi Gallagher midfield is not what a club of chelsea's standard should be fielding. Thats a general assessment anyways, but for this game, the blame will be on MENDY...what was he thinking

Wow.. I didn’t see this coming. Usman was winning all the rounds until the well-hidden kick. This is reminiscent of what dropped Weili in the first seven seconds of her fight. MMA is a sport of many upsets. That is exactly why I prefer it to boxing which is more linear with expectations. The short fight times add to the enjoyment.Usman beat him silly but made the mistake of relaxing too soon...with just about a minute to the end of the fight. Usman will beats him in a rematch.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Rematch - JOSHUA vs USYK II (updated thread) on: August 21, 2022, 06:12:34 AM
I think it is high time Joshua retire, dude has paid his due, the tide is no longer in his favor. He should retire, before destroying and shattering all his good records. He actually fought a good fight, those body shots were on point and he landed more combination punches than the first fight. He hurt Usyk bad in the 9th round but Usyk is just special and stepped it up round 10-12 to win. Aside Fury I don’t think any of the current heavyweight top guys can beat Usyk and even with Fury he has a chance but Fury is just so big and long.
