401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: May 04, 2020, 06:56:07 PM
They are both risky and you need a lot of crypto knowledge when choosing a coin for either of them,  if you choose the wrong token in investing in you are tend to loose your funds likewise if you are trading without the basic knowledge you tend to loose also,  I think you just have to stick to what works for you,  if they both work for you,  you are good to go,  as for me I prefer investing more,  but I do both trading and investing
402  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice on becoming a successful trader on: May 03, 2020, 10:05:28 PM
In my opinion two weeks learning is too short to jump into the market, there are lots of things you need to learn aside from technical analysis  to be a successful trader you need not to over trade,  and always learn to take profits,  you need to know how to control your emotions during trading,  and perhaps have a daily or weekly target once achieved, you close trade so as not to loose your profit back,  these are few out of what you need to know about the market,  experience is the best teacher though,  but I will advise you to study the market more
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to buy some alt? on: May 03, 2020, 05:54:33 PM
We are closing to the bitcoin halving event and the orice has already startes to act to the event as expected. We may now see a significant increase in BTC price as well. Is it a good time to invest some money on some altcoins, obviously on the top altcoins only.
On a good day bitcoin should do well after halving,  and according to previous chart after halving,  but there are some conspiracy theories flying on twitter, that things might change,  I will suggest that one should chill a little bit before taking position so as not to be underwater
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE FUTURE OF CNB COIN! on: May 02, 2020, 08:18:24 PM
This coin?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/coinsbit-token/
What's the analysis is all about? I think it's made to get some attention and make the people buy this coin.
what makes it to gain attention then was that the team sounds convincing enough to invest in their project,  and they did a lot of marketing before launching their exchange,  after the launching of the exchange, as usual, they pumped their tokens and dumped on investors,  the exchange is shitty at the moment,  lots of fake volume and scam tokens listed there
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coin to watch out for this year 2020. on: May 02, 2020, 07:22:56 PM
Personally from my own perspective point of view and not a financial advise,  coin to look out for is $link,  this coin has a solid team,  and they have a good vision ahead,  lots of project are partnering with them such as $sol,  currently it's around $3.7+ I believe that by end of the year it would have gain more significantly
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: April 30, 2020, 07:50:25 PM
Bitcoin will always and be number one,  ethereum Cannot be compared to bitcoin,  it will remain behind bitcoin,  the market cap alone is overwhelming, I think ethereum needs to step it's game up before other altcoins overtake it,  such as Xrp or perhaps bnb
XRP will overtake the second place of ETH sooner or later, Buterin can't handle the project as in like old years. The marketcap shows how strong competition between the altcoins for second trophy but the winner will be the XRP, in my humble opinion.
Xrp had tried it,  it didn't last up to 3 months being number two,  that was when it has a rapid pump to $3+ , with Eth staking 2.0 coming up,  Ethereum might increase significantly and thus there will be exponential increase in the market cap which will make it very difficult for Xrp to superceed

408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I 'delete' useless tokens from my wallet? on: April 29, 2020, 08:59:03 PM
Is it possible to remove tokens from dead projects/tokens that are totally useless and worth $0 from my wallet? Do I just send them to a random address? I don't want to burden anyone else with those shitcoins  Cheesy
You cannot delete it from your wallet,  all you can do is to transfer from your wallet to another wallet or you just abandon the wallet and make use of new wallet,  but I will prefer you abandoned it and use new one because of stress in transferring and gas money,  sometimes eth network will be congested and gas fee is high
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: April 28, 2020, 08:20:47 PM

Cov-19 have been used to scam many newbies and even Corona virus coins are built too which have no real use cases

I'm not understanding how covid 19 has been used to scam newbies,  are you trying to say that covid 19 does not exist?

Those investigation in corona virus coin might get to blame their self later on because the coin is purely a pump and dump coin,  it will be better off if you guys desist from such coin
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs from binance not worth holding ? on: April 27, 2020, 08:49:32 PM
It depends on when you buy the IEO coin,  if you are lucky to buy during IEO,  it is much expected that it will pump probably x3 or more, the best thing to do is to dump during profit and wait for a pull back which will definitely happen,  then if your analysis on the coin is solid when in bottom you can buy and expect another way of pump,  but buying at high price and holding will lead to rekt
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: April 27, 2020, 04:30:18 PM
Is it not amazing to anyone that we are now seeing analysts talking about a bullish run to 30 cents? When the same analysts not so long ago were talking about 50 cents,,, and a year before than talking about $2 or even $3. That is impossible to realize if you just conveniently forget,,, but people have short memories.

You conveniently forgot 1m, 500k, 300k etc BTC predictions?
Those predicting $1m, 500k$  per bitcoin are exaggerating,  in my opinion I don't think bitcoin can reach  $1m per coin,  I'm just imagining how huge the market cap will be,  likewise ripple $10 per coin will be huge there is no crypto mass adoption yet to be able to see those coins mentioned above to reach such peak
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: April 26, 2020, 08:20:18 PM
I don't think year 2020 will be bearish,  bitcoin halving will be happening this year and that gives a lot of positive news to the crypto market, I believe  that After coronavirus, Crypto market will pump because of lots of stimulus packages many countries are doing, let's watch and see. Also many lost their jobs, so they will be forced to enter into Crypto, they will invest those money the government gave to them, this is my own opinion though
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stay away from Vindax on: April 26, 2020, 04:29:29 PM
Vindax is the worstiest exchange I've ever known, they don't care about users and if you send out mails to get help you won't get a reply, vindax is worse than p2pb2b and I see someone mentioning coinsbit? Coinsbit is better than these two
To be candid, all this exchanges you mentioned are the same,  there is no difference between them,  they all list scam tokens mostly, they also have huge fake volume trades, most especially p2pb2b, lots of complain from customers,  I will advise you guys to make a research about exchanges before putting your hard earned money in them
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May I buy Bitcoin & Ethereum now? Or I am late? on: April 25, 2020, 09:33:30 PM
Yes bitcoin can truly reach and surpass $10k, it's just a few days to bitcoin halving, and as usual, the price is expected to soar higher,  you are not late in buying bitcoin,  you might not be able to get it at this price again in my opinion,  Ethereum stake 2.0 staking will trigger ethereum price couple with the fact that bitcoin might also be pumped thereby increasing the dollar value,  This is just my opinion on the topic you raised, and not  financial advise
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartesi is now listed in Binance on: April 25, 2020, 07:57:16 PM
For those who FOMO in buying the pump they will be so saddened right now because the price is way down,  I hope to see the price at a reasonable price perhaps $0.4- $0.5. Cartesi is a good project,  I feel with the supply it's gonna be huge in future, there will be a time where all the IEO listed on Binance will be pumped,  we've witnessed it before and I won't be surprise if it happens again
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: April 24, 2020, 08:06:36 PM
All I can say about this is that greediness is the major cause of people getting scam,  imagine someone giving you ridiculous discount that an exchange cannot give you in buying bitcoin or other altcoins,  some people got scammed by joining ponzi also despite all what they have seen from people who had got scammed,  all they keep saying is that they just wanna cash out once then stop,  whereby they won't have the opportunity to cash out at all, Greediness is what led most being scammed
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: April 24, 2020, 05:35:46 PM
We can call it a waste of time for now because there are lots of scam airdrop projects out there,  and the number of participants had increased immensely,  as compared to during 2017-2018 season,  couple with the fact that it was also during bull run season,  but that doesn't mean that there are not good airdrop in out there though,  you just have to make research before joining in so as not to waste your precious time
Yes, not all airdrops waste your time because in the bearish market period it also has an impact on the difficulty of the growth of new projects and ultimately it fails, we also cannot conclude that they are scam projects because in some cases at least there are projects that can be categorized as good but because of the market impact bearish they are not able to achieve success as they should, so still be careful because with good diligence will certainly produce something good from the time you use.
I only met one project in 2018. If I 'm not mistaken Sugar. There was Airdrop and then the price went up over $1,000. Now I join only when Airdrop runs a Bounty company.
Have you noticed that airdrop running as bounty have a minute allocations?  Majority of projects don't award much allocations due to the fear of dumping,  $Sgr was a good airdrop then,  just that the team lacks focus,  the bull run paved ways for lots of good airdrop then

419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap or Coingecko? on: April 22, 2020, 09:27:00 PM
I will go for coinmarketcap for sure,  it's got more good navigation and interface to use,  although both has some coins and exchanges with fake volume,  I believe that with CZ Binance acquiring coinmarketcap there will be a great improvement,  gone are those days when listing on coinmarketcap will create a pump for the specific coin that wanna listed on it, if you are looking for coins are not too popular,  perhaps new coins with low volume,  coingecko is where to go
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacken ai IEO failed on: April 22, 2020, 02:44:58 PM
What will happen to hacken ai now? The project planned for IEO on oceanX exchange, damn I did warned them about such exchanges, they only sold 18% of 100% tokens for the IEO in 24hrs, that's a big failure, any solution to this?
The exchange at which project should be conducting IEO should really be a thing to consider by most of all this project that with great intentions if not the project might not reach the peak at which it is supposed to,  Hacken AI is a nice project but the team failed to get the right exchange for their IEO,  imagine not up to 50% of fund required to be raised,  just $72k out of  $440k required
I too must admit that $440k is rather considerably low compared to other IEO out there yet only reaching $72k and I wonder whether this fund will be suifficient for their development. I've heard this project being hyped up around the forum indeed. I never understand how the team could come with conclusion to be listed as IEO on such exchange.
The exchange is not a reputable exchange, lots of investors will be afraid of putting their money in the exchange,  I guess that is what might have led to the low raised fund,  $72 is way too low for a project like Hacken, out of the fund raised it seems The exchange will also take a certain percentage from it,  depending on the agreement between the project team and exchange
