For my side yes, scam projects is killing the altcoins price even fresh coin or old coin. People were lost interest in new coin, In 2017 One coin was surged from 0.3 to 4 USD but today volume is zero. I believe in Bittrex and Binance exchange coin.
2017 is the best year for crypto, many ICOs are successful and reach hardcaps even within a month, now many are open ICO for up to 1 year but have not yet reached softcap, for now buying top coins is safer than new coins or ICOs. |

Don't get on some shitcoins with the intention to hold for years else you might get rekt. If you want to hold altcoin for a long time, you need to choose carefully because it will probably die at any time. I myself never hold altcoin for a long time. Only BTC or ETH That's right, I'm regret because there are too many hold altcoins and many have died because they prove to be a scam, for the long term surely hold top 25 is the best choice. |

I agree with your opinion, not all ICOs are scams or frauds, because there are still many ICOs seen as successful this year, all they do with hard work when ICO is not successful means it is not the team or BM because they have tried to develop it, if they already understand ICO certainly know that the failure of an ico is not fraud, it may be caused by losses and can not reach the planned target
Actually there are still many good and promising projects, unfortunately they are not supported by strong capital so that when listed on exchanges they are not able to fight the market so prices drop and make the project die. |
