1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: August 15, 2021, 07:56:20 AM
Any tips for Spurs - City ? Both to score and City to win ?

Maybe Manchester City will win 2-0 later. I'm not sure about Tottenham, Kane's unfinished problem makes it look like it's difficult for them. Besides that, statistically, Manchester City seems to be superior, they have better players than Tottenham. But anything can happen before the game whistle ends. But if expecting Tottenham to win seems difficult, for them a draw is a good thing.
it will be very difficult to predict even if spurs still have problems with kane but city's performance i think with the players is still far from expectations.
Even though City will dominate I think a draw is something that will be obtained at the end of the game.
but just watch for the continuation but I think this will be a draw
2  Economy / Economics / Re: knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment? on: August 14, 2021, 09:28:28 AM
can not be separated because I think both have useful and influential benefits for an investor.
how can this be separated if someone only uses capital and without sufficient knowledge in this matter I think they are just wasting money even though for now many people are giving predictions or directions to buy a certain coin but it is not a good choice because it can they just fell into the hype and fomo due to their ignorance.
On the other hand, the knowledge possessed when not accompanied by sufficient capital will make it tasteless and it will be difficult to make a profit.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin - bull run? on: August 14, 2021, 09:01:59 AM
the market is back in the green after a few weeks of being hit by the red effect of btc fud. Of course this is going to be great regardless of whether the bull run has started or not. Today's altseason I think has just started quite impressively and my assets have returned at least 20-30% in the last few days.
This is a pretty good start considering people predict that the end of the year will be more fertile
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi dead? on: August 13, 2021, 05:29:17 PM
DeFi hype has started to be pushed aside and is no longer as interesting and enthusiastic as it used to be but that doesn't mean defi is dead because as far as I know there are still some that are still running and if I'm not mistaken Mark Cuban once said there is a crypto-based DeFi and this is proof that DeFi isn't dead yet.
but the hype is now being replaced by NFT which is experiencing a positive trend in the last few months I think.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 13, 2021, 05:14:03 PM
If Messi can play football, he can be happy anywhere. His family will just go to Paris, right? I think Paris and Barcelona often have similarities, with the culture and architecture etc. And he comes in a much stronger team too. He also wants to win the champions league again.
Football can be played anywhere with anyone and in any league. but there are things that are far from that, namely happiness and pride when playing for a club that he has defended for a long time, like barca, who was defended since childhood and now has to defend another club.
although it does seem very ordinary but I think it will be different for messi when he is at Barca and PSG.
although with Messi's capable talents and talents and PSG being one of the luxury clubs, I think there must be a difference he feels
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Satoshi Nakamoto Hypothesis on: August 12, 2021, 10:19:03 PM
I appreciate your hard work in finding news and looking for information to find assumptions like this I really appreciate it
but there are a few things that deviate from what i know because what i know is that Satoshi was last active on bitcointalk it was 2010 not 2011.
other than that back to the statement at the beginning. this is your own prediction, it could be right and it could be wrong apart from that, there is still no clarity and it is still a secret until now

https://www.transfermarkt.com/chelsea-return-confirmed-lukaku-surpasses-neymar-as-most-expensive-player-in-history/view/news/390772

Romelu Lukaku is officially a Chelsea player from now on. As far as I know, they signed him for €115m. Chelsea sold him to Everton for €35m seven years ago. Now they have bought him for this amount. They must be not only happy but also sad because of this.  Grin  If they didn't sell him for a very little amount, maybe Lukaku would still develop this much and be a top striker like now. Then, the other teams would line up to sign him.
for chelsea itself is actually not strange if they do this because they have done the same thing to matic.
and it's been pretty funny, but I think when my wound was sold to Everton it was the right thing for my wound.
because he was there to regain the momentum of his game besides that the playing time at Everton was more when compared to chelsea at that time because chelsea at that time still had capable strikers at that time like costa and drogba who were still actively playing
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 12, 2021, 09:51:00 PM
It is claimed that Sevilla are willing to sell Jules Kounde now. But it looks like Chelsea are not very willing to sign him as they don't want to meet his £68m release clause now. I think that it is really too much for the 22-year-old defender. But Chelsea have no choice rather than this one if they are certain to buy him. I can't actually call this as Sevilla are willing because then they would have a more merciful asking price.  Grin
not only chelsea even according to information from Real Madrid's media goals are also linked with the 22-year-old player, but Sevilla is unmoved by a valuation of €80 million.
but so far there has been no official offer only rumors and interest in signing as Monchi said on his official channel which said "Many clubs have asked about Kounde. There is interest, but no official offer."
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum @4k on: August 11, 2021, 05:18:32 PM
the london hardfork has been one good jump for eth apart from eth 2.0 and this puts eth back in the good money trend for now allowing them to hit $4k according to your predictions.
I don't dare say this will happen for this week or not but I am very sure that this will come true despite the ongoing positive eth trend and the btc trend that wants to touch the $50k mark.
regardless of $4k happening this week or not i really don't really care about that but i'm sure in the near future it will indeed be
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: August 11, 2021, 04:54:38 PM
That's why before they step inside the ring, they already have the license in boxing. And to get that, certainly, they already gone thru seminars and the likes to know what are the do's and don'ts to be observed once inside the ring. Because one mistake, they can easily lose their license, which they have been working for years. This is why boxers don't want to make trouble outside the ring, because they need to take care of their boxing career. Most likely, they also are well-educated in terms of how to secure their body from any potential harm.
even though there is already a boxing license but when the boxers are in the ring and ready to fight I don't think there is any guarantee for them to be able to minimize the damage to their bodies that results in mental health and the most fatal is death because if they are already in the ring What matters is how to win the match. even if they are trained and have a license even if there is no guarantee for the boxers to get out safely in the match because the license is only a written permission to facilitate the affairs of his career not to make the fighters safe from all forms of attack both mentally and verbally
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Why don't banks work with cryptocurrency? on: August 10, 2021, 06:53:53 PM
maybe they can cooperate with crypto but they must be prepared to lose some of their profits even though the profits of others will increase.
because basically we all already know that crypto has a decentralized nature. from this alone the bank can no longer interfere and it will be very difficult to track the system that is in the bank and crypto is different.
on the other hand, there may be several banks that have started to open up and collaborate with crypto. but it's just an alternative payment method and an option other than that the rest is to increase the centralized currency
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do poker and sports betting skills correlate? on: August 10, 2021, 06:41:34 PM
whether poker is a type of sport> that's the question. if yes then there will certainly be some kind of correlation in it, because things in poker games have a level of exercise sharpening the brain and skills. And if not, then I think everything has a correlation, because poker and sports are often combined in one of the gambling sites in the sports feature.
Poker is not a form of sport because poker is just a card game in which it uses skill, technique and method and accuracy in taking steps in every situation. but it does not fall into the category of sports.
but indeed on the other hand I really agree if you say that both in poker and other bets such as sports, you need skills, techniques, methods, and foresight in making decisions because this is very important.
but if you say the correlation is still there is no clear similarity between the two, it's just that the aspects that are in it such as techniques, methods, and foresight in decision making are indeed the same
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: August 10, 2021, 06:22:34 PM
with this thread i can talk about what i complain about this match.
I'm one of those people who don't like watching matches that people think are men's matches because they use physicality and fight. because in my opinion this is indeed profitable from a financial point of view but I agree with the thread from @paxmao because many boxers experience the long-term effects of repeated micro-traumas and even some are known to die in the ring, the latest example is one boxer named Aslam Khan who died in the ring after being knocked out by his opponent in January.
and actually about the pros and cons of this boxing thing, for example, the AMA, one of the medical associations in Australia, has asked for this game to be banned because it has claimed a lot of victims both physically and directly experiencing death.
but on the other hand there are many who like this kind of fight because in terms of finances it is still very large, especially in betting.
and actually if you look at it from now on it's actually not just boxing because now there are various kinds of tournaments such as slapping tournaments and even MMA also from a security point of view it's very difficult to say it's safe but apart from that there are still many who like this kind of fight regardless psychic and the risk of the person fighting
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 09, 2021, 07:08:57 PM

Without star players, La-Liga would never be interesting again. Ronaldo went to Italy, while Messi had to leave due to financial regulation. I don't know what made me have to watch Barcelona again, while there is no substitute that really deserves to be proud. I know it is difficult to find a replacement for Messi at Barcelona because he is a player with natural abilities. There should be a worthy replacement for it, but so far I haven't seen it born there.
It will be very difficult to match and even replace the role of Messi in La Liga, especially Barcelona.
Even now it seems like La Liga has become just an ordinary league and this even started with the departure of Ronaldo to Italy.
Since then, La Liga has become less, especially in terms of chances and ratings in the eyes of its fans, because most of its supporters have moved because their favorite players have moved.
and now the machine was kicked out of barcelona as a result of regulation. this seems to be the biggest mistake that will make Laliga less selling in the eyes of the audience.
because I think the audience besides wanting to see their beloved team compete and win the game, they also want to see the skills of their idol players.
And now if the idolized player moves I think it will be very difficult for La Liga to get a good rating from the audience. even if it's still there but I'm sure it will definitely decrease compared to the years when the star players were there
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Exposed to children on: August 09, 2021, 06:54:34 PM
Even at this present time children knows the important of gambling than any other thing because their are interested to make it, all the gambling website they know all, no platform for gamble they don't know but soccer, Dice, game, casino they even have gadget for detecting numerous platform that can make them to win if they place gamble, children's of nowdays are very exposed and intelligent compare to those ancient period, some of them even bet for swimming competition.
This is one of the impacts of children's freedom in holding gadgets and consciously or not, gadgets are now a very important influence because with only one electronic device they can freely access all kinds of things. including gambling.
even for now it seems that parents will lose in their knowledge of playing with their gadgets, this is indeed very good because children can maximize technology and so they will not become technology stutterers.
but for gambling there must be exceptions especially for underage children, indeed gambling is freedom for anyone but for underage children it feels less appropriate to do let alone become a habit
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin anti-inflation? on: August 09, 2021, 06:33:20 PM
I found something interesting from this tweet

from this I can conclude that
Bitcoin Unlike most other currencies and assets, bitcoin is a deflationary currency due to its unique monetary policy. bitcoin is specifically designed to operate as a robust and secure store of value, and as an alternative to existing banking systems, financial networks, and currencies.
Two distinctive features of bitcoin that distinguish it from bank-issued or operated currencies are its decentralized nature and fixed supply. The supply of Bitcoins is capped at 21 million and as a result, it is impossible for more than 21 million bitcoins to exist.
besides referring to the words of economist Robert Murphy of the Austrian School of Economics who said that
“Part of where this fear of deflation comes from is, historically, it's associated with very bad economies. So, during the Great Depression of the 30s, there were falling prices. And there are other periods where prices fell when things were bad, but I would argue that the causality was the other way around. Partly what was going on there was people were concerned because the economy was so terrible. And, so what do you do when you're afraid? You don't want to invest in companies and things like that. You rush to liquidity. You rush to hard money. That's why you often see in periods of panic people will rush to the money, so you see prices of all other things quoted in money fall. So, it's not that the falling prices caused the bad economy. It's the other way around”
from his words i can conclude that bitcoin deflationary monetary policy will only increase the demand for bitcoin in the long run. As Burniske notes, already 80 percent of the bitcoin supply is in circulation and bitcoin creation will be limited as the years go by, after “halfing the miner reward.
so no need to worry about bitcoin because there will be no inflation in it.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Erc20 tokens send fee on: August 06, 2021, 07:00:03 PM
Only choosing lower gas price is the way to lower the transaction fee. I use MEW Android app and choose low gas fee when I made an ERC20 transaction. You can try it.
Of course this is an option but the problem is when the Gwei is always irregular which makes this a little risky and can fail.
but with the right timing I think this could happen maybe it will take a little longer than usual in the transaction process but this will be much more profitable.
but remember this is risky even if you want I can suggest this is done at night because it is always effective at night because at certain times at night sometimes gwei will experience a hefty drop and I've tried it several times and it works
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto hype over? on: August 06, 2021, 06:48:35 PM
I think now is a period of transition and does not mean it ends because this could be an opportunity where the law of the jungle system applies in the strong sense that it will survive.
this is not without reason we know that this month there was a lot of money about bitcoin which resulted in bitcoin dropping drastically which in some way also had an impact on altcoins. and here many people give up and think that crypto is the wrong choice, because they have lost money here.
but on the other hand this is the turning point for strong people to survive because those who give up are basically beginners and those who still follow people in buying things for example like billionaire followers who buy meme coins.
it should be for those who have enough experience this actually has no effect and the crypto hype ends like a joke
