642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do males make up 97% of the Bitcoin community? on: July 13, 2017, 08:00:29 PM
According to the website https://coin.dance/stats males make up 97% of the Bitcoin community. Why is the Bitcoin community dominated by guys?
I don't really think that it is true ,
how could it happen that bitcoin is being used world wide and only 3% of its user is a woman or a girl,
And also the bitcoin was made to hide the information of its user or to send it anonymously how could they know the gender of the user's,
They couldn't really calculate it since there are plenty of bitcoin wallets out there.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: July 13, 2017, 06:26:45 PM
McGregor will be knocked out because floyd is a chicken runner and McGregor will be so tired then Chickenweather will just punch him. Cheesy

But seriously, I don't think Floyd has it in him anymore. His an old guy who lost his touch because of his own arrogance. I don't think he'll even last the till the score cards. I give him 5th round knockout.
Yeah Mayweather could run around and McGregor could get tired in chasing him,
But who knows Mayweather have an advantage since they are going to fight in boxing .
I am just curious what would happen if McGregor became really mad and tackle down Floyd.
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 13, 2017, 05:41:32 PM
I don't think afraid is the right word to be used to what I am feeling to it,
Maybe just confused don't really know what would happen to bitcoin after that would the price be dump or would it pump the price.
645  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What is the best bitcoin web wallet? on: July 13, 2017, 05:09:47 PM
which bitcoin web wallet lets you transfer bitcoins to a bank account?
If you are in the Philippines coins.ph would be the best,
It has plenty of cash-out option that you could choose and my favorite is the card less where they will provide you some codes and that's what you are going to use to withdraw in some ATM machines.
646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price dump from a Bitcoin folk? on: July 13, 2017, 04:32:09 PM
I don't really know if its a good thing or a bad to do the segwit and bitcoin fork.
Maybe the price could drop but I think it won't stay low for so long so let's just see what would happens next after it.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: July 13, 2017, 03:54:29 PM
I thought for sure it would take until the end of 2018 but it looks like this summer ethereum might pass it up. With the turmoil around BTC potential splitting, it might be very soon. IMO this is healthy, we will always value bitcoin for being the one that started it all, but it's time for a more dynamic and adaptable currency to take the lead.
Yeah bitcoin could not be the number one forever but I think ethereum would not be the one to exchange it's place,
I think ethereum might not be the one to takes bitcoins place right now maybe in the future.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: which coin will best tradding for future? on: July 13, 2017, 01:04:59 PM
Hey i want to invest some btc .. any one can suggest me some coin? i want to trading this coin..last i am loss some coin and miss to profit some coin...i dont understand which coin best.so i need help for.any one can give some tips for this..thanks
It is really hard to give some tips on what coin to invest in ,
Because we might give you the wrong coin and you might lose some money and we will be the reason why you lose it,
So just invest in what you think that have a potential in the future.
649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Superstition on: July 12, 2017, 09:17:37 PM
Seriously doing all this you will become superstitious. A superstitious person is who believes in weird stuff according to his religion and a religious person doesn't gamble so if yoi think do all this will help you any way forget it there are many better ways of earning money don't waste it on gambling

Not all Superstitious people are religious, there are times where this person who believes so much on Superstitions are just part of their culture or just a passed trait by their surroundings. Also, there are some "religous person" who are also gambling, there are even some time where I've seen a priest gambling but just for fun. A luck based guess can never be connected to a non scientific one.
I think everyone does as it is in human nature to be somewhat superstitious. As long as you don’t let your superstitions control you.
what are you trying to imply? there's people who doesn't believe with its existence and for those who believes i guess they are being controlled by
their believes and they tend to follow this things trying to hope for some luck while holding with their fate.

Every superstition in gambling is considered to be a gamblers baseline in his actions. Although it may sound stupid, I've done the same and know a couple more people who made the same implication of beliefs to gambling. Haha
it's indeed looks stupid and doesn't makes any sense at all for anyone to follow strange thing that has no relation to the outcome itself. but it's fun to do that right? as long as it didn't harm you then why not to keep doing that  Grin , i do the same too and honestly didn't believe on anything that could change the outcome , just do it for the sake of fun and nothing else.

Well you have a point. Eventhough it doesn't make any sense to act or do it, just follow what you think would "inflluence" your chances of winning. Like wearing your favorite shirt and one someone notice you that you already wear it last week then the person would laugh at you. LOL. But hey, if you won then that must be your lucky day.
Yeah I totally think that superstition doesn't affect the outcome of your bets,
Maybe it was just luck that you won in doing something before betting but that doesn't really mean that what you did before your bet made you win.
650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I desperately need Now on: July 12, 2017, 08:29:49 PM

652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should we do now? on: July 12, 2017, 06:13:07 PM
Do you think we should buy altcoins now when it is dropping or just wait until it recover back? Also which coin has the most potential nowadays?
It depends on what you hold if you think you are holding a good coin and have a huge potential in the future,
Then I think you should just hold it and wait till it rises again.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you play Dice can you feel your heart in your throat? on: July 12, 2017, 05:42:19 PM
I could still feel it even if I am always gambling it still gives me too much excitement and thrill,
I could still feel my heart in my throat and it is very fun every time I click on satoshimines it really excites me.
654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From faucet to thousands on: July 12, 2017, 05:01:39 PM
Do you know a good strategy to increase faucet satoshis (300-500) to couple thousand?
Well I tried it before I don't know if the martingale is still working in it,
I have tried it from bitsler when their faucet gives about 1,200 sats I made it till 200k sats.
655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell Bitcoin ahead of 1st Aug Hard Fork on: July 12, 2017, 04:15:13 PM
Nope I think I would hold my bitcoin and see what happens next,
I think it would rise up after the price drop down since more investors are going to grab that opportunity.

Live conference being streamed next 5 min on youtube guys Smiley
I started watching right when they started talking and it was pretty fun. Always entertaining to see two people with massive egos go at it.

Looks like Conor is using the IRS thing to try to get into his head, but Mayweather showed his still uncashed 100 million check from the Pacman fight so that was pretty good. I don't see how anyone can believe Mayweather doesn't have enough money to pay the IRS so is forced to take this fight. He just wants more money and who wouldn't want to box for 9 figures?

The difference in size was obvious, but De La Hoya was an actual boxer and taller than Conor and Mayweather made De La Hoya look like an amateur.

Just watched the conference, boxing conference format is really sucks ! They mute Conor McGregor mic and both fighters can't even talk each other. I hope Next conference will be held using the UFC format. McGregor said "i will knockout Mayweather within 4 rounds, mark my words" damn son.

As expected when two athletes with to big ego's its gonna be fun. I've say no one won this round yet, But it was really entertaining to watch both though. Connor made a bold prediction, let's see if he can deliver. I don't know if Mayweather will be afffected by the psychological games that Connor started. But Mayweather himself was good as thing stuff.
Totally true this would be really entertaining to watch ,
I just wish that they would do 2 match for this first would be in the boxing and the 2nd would be in the MMA so it could be fair ,
657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: July 12, 2017, 02:54:34 PM
hi guys, i bought 1BTC today and i am wondering to gamble or to invest the 1btc?

if to gamble

best site to gamble with a really nice provably fair..

and if to invest.

best investment program wherein no scam.

thank you for your opinions guys

cheers
If you are going to invest it just invest it in an alt-coin and do some trading,
It is more profitable than gambling and if you are thinking about investing it in some HYIP or PONZI scheme then good luck most of those investment are just a scam.
658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: July 11, 2017, 11:05:39 PM
Yeah, greed is human nature, and it is hard to quench it. Then only one thing we could do and that is control on it, and also it is not easy to control greedy and forget our desire to make more and more money. Gambling is a dream world where everyone could be greed in a second, and when we are doing greedy on a games then gambling always win and we lose the money.

It is easier to control our greed then to stop gambling and I think thats the only thing that is going to help us overcome gambling. I cant stop gambling but atleast I control my greed by playing only for fun so that I dont use alot of money. Even if I lose , I dont care because it is a small amount and I can afford it

its good for you if you can control your greed and i am sure that you can enjoy while you are playing gambling. but i think not every gambler can do what you do because sometimes we are having difficult to control our greed especially if we can win much money and it feels very tempting to not continue the games.
Yeah we could get too greedy when we are winning and it is really hard to control it,
So I really am setting some goals and when I reach it I would really stop playing for the time being.
659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: July 11, 2017, 10:14:53 PM
I have recently took investing on poloniex serious. Ever since I've invested the alt coins have been down. Do the amount of coins I posses go up if I stay. Also, do I have to wait for the coins to go back to their original price that I bought fo in order to make a profit? What are the reasons to holding if prices are down? Thank-you.

It really depends on you we could all suggest that you sell it all or hold it all till it pumps up again,
But it all depends on you are you willing to gamble it till the end or are you going to save it now and see how it all goes later.
I have made some wrong trades in the past when the coin was going down and after a few days after I sold my coins in a low price the value keeps on pumping up,
So I just want to wish you the best and hope you will make the right decision.
660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for partners on: July 11, 2017, 08:03:33 PM

I wish good morning to everyone,
my name is Joe and I am new member of this forum. I visited it frequenty in past but never bothered to open an account. I was also scammed in this section by some bettor but out from him I got good method to earn money without having to risk lot. It's never wise to trust anyone who hides majority of his method(I learned that the hard way) so I will be 100% clear about what I do.
My method of making money(which I got from the guy who scammed me) is going to tennis court and using the delay between umpire's pressingthe button(who won the point) and bookmaker reaction. In practice it works like this: I go to tournaments and when its important points, just after it I make a bet knowing the outcome. It is getting harder to do it everyday and on each tournament I see plenty people doing it, but it is still more than decent profit. Also I want to be clear about everything: it's not possible to make each bet, sometimes it's working whole day with really small profit but it's legal and it's profitable.
I seek 2 kind of partners:
1) Scouts: guys who can visit tournaments and inform me over call about crucial points. They get paid up to 1000e per day(when profitable)+I cover all their expenses

2) Investors: guys who have more than 10 000€ and are willing to invest it. Just to be clear, you don't pay me or anyone else that money, it's controlled by you all the time. With more investors I can cover more than 1 tournament at once which means gaining more profit.

Considering ammounts we are talking about, I just learned about it and didn't do it a lot. Guy who brought me into this has won over 15k in one day on some tournaments but that's really extreme and it takes lot of money for that profit What I learned in last 2 weeks from trying to do this is that minimum profit per 1 day is around 1000€ while my best day was 3000€.
I have revealed my "business" plan but if you try to do this by yourself, you won't be able. There are tricks how to place bets and where, tricks with which I am assured that I will have some benefit aswell.

Seems fishy and also there would always be a risk in gambling so there is no such thing as 100%,
Just be careful in trusting your money in some random person or some strangers.
