Sold COYE to him, he went first. Nice and smooth transaction.

Hey guys,

http://bet.united-miners.com pool went up today.

We've got a lot of hash to throw over on the pool, so join up today and get some blocks Smiley

We're at 1Th/s so far and have a good amount more to add yet (11 new Antminers confirmed to be on the way)!

Usual pool info:

1% fee,
DDoS protection,
Vardiff,
Good support in IRC channel (available through Contact Us)
We're running very nice hardware too Smiley

Cheers,

add1ct3dd
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: everyone i urge you to change your password on: January 17, 2014, 04:19:43 PM
and never use the same password for more than one pool or the same pin

That's all you need to do.

To summarize, OP needs to spend more time investing in his personal security.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.4 Released MANDATORY UPDATE on: January 15, 2014, 02:45:03 PM
Hey guys,

http://doge.united-miners.com is slowly growing in size Smiley

We're still at 88% block luck so far, so doing very nicely considering the size!

If anyone would like to join us please feel free, we've got a nice growing community and are getting our paws dirty!

Thanks again.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COYE] Coinye Coin - UPDATE on: January 15, 2014, 02:10:39 PM
Myself and the other co-owner have collectively decided to close down the COYE pool on http://united-miners.com until further notice.

After all the legal stuff going round - we're not really in the position to be fighting what seem to be pointless court cases. We don't see that they would successfully sue anyone, but in order to proceed in court you need the money to do so. In our viewpoint, with enough money you can win any court case - because it's whoever runs out of money first that wins! So it's because of that we've decided to not risk it for now.

The pool will remain open for current blocks to confirm and users to withdraw their coins, we will not just be disappearing like a lot of pools did, and taking their users coins. Our reputation is what makes us, and we hope you'll stick around Smiley.

If there's any further development with the coin where we will be safe, we will of course re-open Smiley.

We have DOGE and TAG pools for anyone interested, and will be adding new "promising" coins as they appear.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COYE] Coinye Coin - UPDATE on: January 14, 2014, 11:24:30 PM
http://coye.united-miners.com still going strong Smiley.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTC] Vertcoin - Adaptive N-factor in Scrypt - No more ASICs on: January 14, 2014, 01:50:46 PM
What version of stratum-mining do we need for the pool?

I can get a reliable pool up but need the correct stratum version Smiley.

Im confused why nobody cares about the 1% premine, thats 700 BTC worth.

Every other coin gets absolutely slaughtered about premine, yet this one doesn't.

Nevermind all the pool issues?

I have a feel there's something fishy going on.

Is there any demand for a new and good pool?

http://united-miners.com have been very successful on Coinyecoin, and wondered if we're too late to join the fun?

I see alot of the pools are either down/untrustworthy or slow, would anyone mine if we added a pool?
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COYE] United-Miners - Coinye Coin EARLY RELEASE pool on: January 12, 2014, 09:46:34 PM
http://coye.united-miners.com had a slight hickup then but we're all back to normal and finding blocks with incredible luck as ever Smiley

Happy mining!

Hey guys,

Just an updated for http://qbt.united-miners.com - we'll unfortunately not be ready for launch.

The code for the backend just isn't ready as it's a new algorithm, I think for now you will have to solo mine and hope that someone maybe develops the code.

IF anyone is looking into doing the code, please see the post by QubitCoin a few posts up - he has the info. Stratum server needs to be updated to support the new algorithm, and possibly changes in MPOS.

We will announce when we're open for it, but won't be today unfortunately.

@QubitCoin are you going to respond to anything said here or via PM's?

Sent you 3 PM's and tried talking with you on here about the coin, but had 0 replies?

We're trying to do you a favour by setting up a pool, but we need info from you.

We have 77 pool accounts registered so far, and we're all ready to go but need some sort of contact!

QubitCoin, I've sent you a PM.

In what order is the hashing of the algo's done?

For us to get the pool working, we need something like this:

https://github.com/Neisklar/quarkcoin-hash-python/blob/master/setup.py
