62  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Whats the differennce between a patriot and a terrorist? on: June 07, 2013, 09:22:25 PM
Actually that was a honest question that turned into a stupid joke. What is the difference?
63  Other / Politics & Society / Whats the differennce between a patriot and a terrorist? on: June 07, 2013, 08:49:00 PM
One is brown.
64  Economy / Economics / Re: Is credit possible with Bitcoin? Explain. on: June 07, 2013, 08:31:49 PM
I would only get a bitcoin credit card if could get a low low APR of 29.98%. And it has to be named after a precious metal.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: Is regulations good for bitcoin? on: June 07, 2013, 08:29:27 PM
Of course, regulations are our only protection against the decay and monopolization of free markets.
66  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Top Secret Court Order Leaked: Telecos ordered to give NSA ALL phone records on: June 07, 2013, 08:16:34 PM
How exactly is this a threat to our freedom? If the government wanted to spy on you they could find out more than just what you said on the phone.

Next will come
if a judge orders you to kill yourself then you have to do it.

Why not, you have something to hide?
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptographic "breakthrough" by NSA? on: June 07, 2013, 08:11:52 PM
Come now, settle down everyone, no one is going to find your stash.

The client and the p2p network is not dependent on domains
but all the exchanges, forums, bitcoin casinos are dependent.
What would be if the domains bitcointalk.org, mtgox.com, bitcoin.it, blockchain.info, bitcoin.org and another 20 bitcoin domains would be seized ?

Then they would open up under non-US controlled domains.

Yeah. Or people can start using IP's. The internet would find a way.

Or we could all start memorizing random 9 digit strings, that could work too.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So how did YOU first hear about bitcoin? on: June 07, 2013, 08:08:57 PM
Funny how everyone so far has dodged admitting they got into it to buy drugs and gamble.....
71  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC limits on: June 07, 2013, 08:07:19 PM
Are all foreign exchanges subject to US law?

73  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it possible to have a decentralized exchange with FINCEN in effect? on: June 07, 2013, 07:55:06 PM
Ah i see i pointed out the glaring elephant in the room. So much for a decentralized currency.
74  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Im writing a blog on my experiences running a bitcoin business on: June 07, 2013, 06:16:45 AM
Interesting, as our company started as a one man band - Now we have 5-8 staff here at Quantum Kiwi.

How long did it take? I hear 6 months is a reasonable time to wait to see whether or not its going to work. Its been only a month and has been very discouraging so far.
75  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Im writing a blog on my experiences running a bitcoin business on: June 07, 2013, 06:12:10 AM
Oh i see, the troll i reamed out was a mod, so he vandalized my posts. Wow, if i knew reddit were run by teenagers i would have posted elsewhere.
76  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Im writing a blog on my experiences running a bitcoin business on: June 07, 2013, 06:07:18 AM
Thats odd, i was just looking over them earlier today, maybe someone hacked my account? Wow, i guess i said too much about reddit being hijacked by vote bots who turned it into an advertising platform. Well i guess i'll start a blog on my site then.
77  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Introducing Stampbit.com - your source for hassle-free shipping on: June 07, 2013, 05:57:52 AM
Site updesigned for a more appealing aesthetic.
78  Economy / Service Discussion / Im writing a blog on my experiences running a bitcoin business on: June 02, 2013, 07:10:04 AM
http://www.reddit.com/user/Stampbit/

See that link there? That goes to my posts, just thought id share it with you all if anyone gives a damn. I dont really care if you read it or what you think about it, but i am posting my experiences trying to run a bitcoin based business and hopefully it will either encourage or discourage future entrepreneurs depending on if any of you have any money left over from your gambling to use it for something legitimate. Otherwise i highly advise you use cash as its really easy and safe to use and is accepted virtually everywhere.

EDIT: It appears all of my posts had been vandalized (ie deleted) after i reamed out a troll who was repeatedly spamming my posts, who turns out was a mod. Surprisingly enough my response to him is still there, just not anything else. Ill be starting my blog elsewhere, preferably not on a site run by teenagers.
79  Bitcoin / Legal / Is it possible to have a decentralized exchange with FINCEN in effect? on: June 01, 2013, 10:05:36 PM
With the issues that have arisen recently with the self imposed shutdown of many bitcoin exchangers in response to FINCEN regulations and the insanely high costs of adhering to state regulations, is the centralization of exchanges the only viable option?
80  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is there a hole in FinCEN requirements? on: June 01, 2013, 09:56:13 PM
If all the money handlers in a network have to pay $7m in state licensing fees, how will networks such as ripple exist?
