good news, let's hope when you exit the wallet, the course will go to the moon
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XSR] SuCrecoin NeoScrypt POW/POS on: October 16, 2018, 11:41:38 AM
Does NeoScrypt have any ASICs developed for it or can it still be mined with GPU?
via gpu is the most recommended))

shopping will be more fun with this project, moreover with the use of mobile which is now increasingly widespread, because, flexibility is the main thing to save time and effort, this will become viral!

Why is it easier, it seems like Neoscrypt or Skein or Xevan to me, same crap just a different coin.
I just hope the wallets dont keep changing because i cant stand keeping up with wallet changes and bugs and swaps.
Its very demotivating.
Ive already had hassles with Printex and Cropcoin.

Because of the overheat and the fact of being non-mineable. Study the basics before doing something because it seems to me that u are about to fall victim of ur own ignorance. Coins dont need to be mined, they can be generated via other methods. U cant comprehend the importance of what I said and keep doing ur thing although u were told not to.

Assuming this was not one of those open me up and attack me comments, thanks for your reply, but it is not really helpful.
Neoscrypt does use high intensity but if i am mining a coin that is 5 cents versus a c11 coin that is siting at 1 cent, and i get the same amount of coins for 6 hours, i believe i would go for the aforementioned - at least this is what Nicehash miner and similar mining tools do for you.
In this day and age basics dont always make you a winner because there are always some pricks out there that want to get the better out of something or somebody.
Studying comments or whitepapers dont always make you victim free - Jason Donovan always sang greats songs, and millions bought his cassettes

Any ideas on mining this with Vega 64? I have tried every iteration of SGMiner I can find without success....

AMD and SGMiner is a real pain, i have 3 AMD cards and they work fine for some algorithms but then alot of others never bloody work.
Claymore or other miners need to start writing miners for AMD cards because these SGMiner or NSGMiner or whatever it is that uses the same core, has a lot of issues
Sorry to bad name them, but its the reality i have faced for ages now.
You can try --verbose or -T --verbose on your command line.
Not that it will tell you anything,  apart from warnings, but i have never found the real issue or error as to why the minder launches for example, and then just returns to the prompt, its ridiculous.

Hi Guys,
How many coins do you need to stake, and when does staking start?
388 000 blocks from what i read, around that range?
I would imagine the message in the bottom right of the wallet will change from "Staking if not active" to "Staking" ?

31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NNC] Nanucoin Cryptocurrency | Masternodes | XEVAN | NOPREMINE | NoICO on: August 11, 2018, 05:09:32 PM

What a great project. I really like the way they are setting this up. I have already tested the website and I love it.
I even made some suggestions and the devs took notice of it and will look into it Smiley
I would like to see printex doing crypto logos, where new/small coins could come to them as a company, pay with btc or any other of the big cryptos and work out a deal on limited edition shirts/hats/mugs for the die hard fans.

Its a fantastic project , im sure. But i can only be a die hard fan if somebody from the team can kindly explain to me how the old wallet new wallet coin transfer works.
Riggs and Andrew i can not reach so no idea how the support works for this coin.
The help e-mail address doesnt work, only the info one which seems to link more to purchasing of merch , but i am not ready to browse items i cant afford to buy simply because i dont even have my coins in the new wallet yet.
Please somebody come back to me in this regard because its a total flop if i can not get my coins.
There are several people on here asking about the coins and old wallet and new wallet.
Why is there no guidance on this. IRC, Discord, ICQ its not all comprehend-able to some people
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner: new optimized Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Windows) on: August 11, 2018, 12:02:24 AM
Well, I'm not sure I qualify as "security expert" but I certainly am a "full-time security paranoic"  Grin And as no one else seem to risk it, I downloaded and tested the miner as well as I could.

First, I used an online virus scanner to check the file.
The results are: 2/67 detected (https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/74cfd6a34e158c2f5fe1b8422d6b8daee304394eeaf85992b117bf5de315d569/detection), which is actually an excellent result, given that the Claymore's miner gives 41/68 positives (https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/7852c50c835d7110ab8d055cccad06674e94d85324414f91366852bed9be29cc/detection).

And even the open-source ethminer 0.12.0 gives 26/67 positives, which is ridiculous (https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/4aa1082b5581540eced3acb18ee52cd06ee062772a5d386cf7501b2a8b7af094/detectionHuh

So, I prepared a backup image of the SSD of my rig (in case that this new miner turn out to be malicious) and then ran it for about 18 hours while monitoring the PhoenixMiner.exe network, file system, and registry activity with Wireshark and some advanced system calls monitors. It connected to my mining pool as it should and then opened port 3333, which turned out to be the port for remote control similar to Claymore's miner. I disabled to remote port with the "-cdm 0" commnad-line switch and restarted the miner. Sure enough, this time port 3333 wasn't opened and the only connection was the one to my pool.

The first new connection was observed after 16 minutes of mining, which connected to another pool (ehtermine.org) and the miner showed that it was mining for developer fee. It disconnected after 35 seconds as advertised. After that I left the rig alone and analyzed the Wireshark and the other logs the next day.

The miner connected to the devfee pool every 90 minutes, with one exception when it wasn't able to connect to the ehtermine.org. It then tried again after 13 minutes and then resumed the normal 90 minutes period between devfee connections. No other network activity was recorded. The registry activity was also normal (no keys were created and no suspicious registry key reading was detected). Also, no files outside the current folder were opened or touched.

As for the mining speed, my rig has 6x ASUS Strix 570 OC (with BIOS mod) and under Claymore's miner it makes about 173 mhs. With Phoenix the speed was about 174.5 mhs, which is not much better but I guess is still something. The power consumption from the wall was about the same (755-765W). According the the pool, the speed was even better (169 vs 166 with claymore) but this doesn't mean much as I've seen this numbers change a lot without any apparent reason, so it would take some more time before declaring PhoenixMiner to be faster.

Of course, there is no guarantee that the PhoenixMiner won't "decide to go bad" at some point of the future, but right now it seems legit.  Cool

Some suggestions for the devs: the share difficulty is a nice touch but it would be better to directly show the number of blocks found. Most pools doesn't report this and even when they do, I'm always suspicions. Also, your miner does seem to be compatible with Claymore's manager, which is nice, but I hope that you will produce a better manager (and maybe even a mobile app for Android), because the claymore's manager is rather simplistic and I miss a lot of features.

Love this man, i need to learn what you do did here cause there are so many fking hackers and phisher out there its scary.
Ive been hacked at Nicehash and Bittrex my own fault, for not enabling 2FA and who knows how guys get your e-mail account passwords and things.
You are the smallest fish and people still f u over for any small amounts of reward.
Feel too scared of wallets and miners, you never know what the hell code is written in there to extort you

How does this make any sense? 23 solutions?

Isnt 280 to 300 solutions per second what u should be getting on a GTX 1060?
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Monitor is blank with a black screen, not loading Windows10 on: August 10, 2018, 11:29:46 PM
Ive had issues like this also, not sure why, but i found that a different hard drive worked and it booted and installed the windows.
I had inistial issues with windows 7 and then when i tried windows 10 it seemed to work, BUT only with a newer type Sata drive OR SSD, very very weird issue.
Latest BIOS and also PSU has about 200 Watts to spare, so i dont get it.

Hey guys, lots of people are having a hard time with synchronizing their new wallet or masternode. Here is a list of node to use in printex.conf:

addnode=118.184.105.17
addnode=188.213.31.22
.......................................

.........................................
addnode=173.199.114.171
addnode=144.202.113.186

Cheers

Thanks for this, wallet is synching. How do i get it to read my previous wallet, because i get an error message, i dont understand how i get my coins reserved.
I do not understand how to save the coins i have mined and POSed for days and weeks, how do i get them over to the new wallet.

Please can somebody help me, i am willing to give you some of my coins.

Last POW block is 210 000 ?  - the first page says POW is over, i dont understand this.

I have really wasted my time with other coins in the past and i dont want to do this with this project  either.
I would like to support it, but i really dont think i am understanding the ins and outs properly here
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's NeoScrypt AMD GPU Miner v1.2 (Windows) on: June 30, 2018, 04:09:49 PM
Claymore,
Would you add fury x card hashrate in your #2 post,
I can confirm 1530Kh/s on fury x
stock speeds

I do not know why , when one has 3 equal cards, and the speeds are not the same or very very near the same.
I have this issue , on and off.

Not sure why this is
