It's not on Mercatox side. I've been withdrawing everytime without any hassles and quite quickly (usually I withdraw BTC and it takes a few min).

I've also been processing a lot of withdrawals from the PoSToken Lending Platform and up until now they all were processed in less than 24 hours .. now I've had two withdrawals stuck there.
