29 September update
We took the decision to outsource the troubleshooting and final touches of the mining boards to an external party.
Delivery of the finalized hardware will take place before 15 October.
All the informations that are being posted are totally made up and there's no connection between Labcoin and the people mentioned.
Labcoin operation is not a scam, we are struggling with technical difficulties but still mining with our hardware and paying dividends.
As promised, as soon hardware get delivered we will bring online the full mining power and dividend payments will reflect this.
We are still holding our labcoin shares on btct.co and still plan on transferring to bitfunder, this process though has slowed down due to their strict requirements and all accusations being thrown at us are not helping.
We ask everyone to keep calm and avoid spreading false informations.

around 300-400GH which is 5 avalons = BTC300 of worth a few months ago. Dividing it by 10 million would give a justified shared price of 0.00003 which is 1/10 of the current market price. If you factor in the trustworthiness, reputation, capability of the Labcoin team and their long history of meeting promises, on-time delivery and very accurate projected hashrate, the price should be worth 1 satoshi more. |

UPDATE:
I just woke up to the information that BTCT.CO is "winding down" (Shutting down, I haven't even had time to read the full release or catch up on the information thread).
Burnside has previously informed the team (at listing) that complete ownership registry is kept up-to-date (as per previous discussions reg. direct shares), and while this obviously is something no one was expecting I expect all shares to be accounted for.
As to alternate listing, direct share conversion and other alternatives for share holders i currently have not had time to consider this yet but of course we will start working ASAP on a solution.
I think most of us would like to see you guys move to bitfunder. That has my vote. +1 |

Can be done fast and with no work for Labcoin, since that is what will happen to most of the stocks
