and the website is not opening again. Keeps on reloading.
No problems here. Only chatbox is gray (not working). It has now become normal for people to keep on complaining about the site not loading. One thing I have realized is that primedice is no longer the one that we used to know before. So many things have really changed,i.e. poor support, chat lagging, site not loading, weird rolls-so many reds on small payouts, e.g. 1.088x. I just tried to roll today on 1.2x and was surprised to pump on a streak of 11 reds. The worst I have ever experienced was a streak of 6 reds, but today's was weird. Poor support? We are one of the only sites that has full 24/7 support. Except for the weekend when we have 8 hours break. You obviously did not send any tickets to support lately. Weird rolls do not exist. Its all in your head. You know what provably fair is. Chat is being worked on as we speak should be sorted out very soon. Yeah, you're completely full of shit on that one MICRO lol. Your support really sucks ass. How many of my inquiries went unanswered? How long did it take to PARTIALLY resolve my issue? |

He got his withdraw, now he's just complaining about the price difference at the time he withdrew and the price now in USD, and he still hasn't received the HUGE bonus which was promised. He is not going to get a bonus because the price of BTC fell. If the price of BTC went to $2000 BTC/USD because of the delay, would he send some of the money back then? No. People just use that as an excuse but I don't think he was actually going to withdraw into fiat that day. And like I said before. He could of easily hedged the money with Bitfinex or some other futures broker if he was really ready to sell. I guess you quoted the wrong message, I agree with you on the price variation pd has nothing to do with that. BTC is a curency on itself.  All I said is he was complaining. But he was promised a bonus for the wait by Micro, if we may believe stunna and Micro that will be sorted out now trough email. He was credited even though his account is connected with very shady stuff that pd discovered. So I do not think he is getting bonus. I can not give much info until and if Stunna or Edward decide to do so. Can you give ME any info? Because so far I have been told nothing lol. I would like to know what "shady stuff" my account is connected to? So now you do not think I am getting bonus? So you lied? |

WHOT? he was active here on the forum! wtf man? i dont know whats going on behind the scenes about this issue (alot, it seems), but why would you so openly lie? I said "WAS" travelling . He is back and he replied to him as soon as he got back home. 150truck check your tutanota email, he had to reply to that since we do not have any of your other emails. As I have already said, I have not received any form of communication from stunna. The only responses I received are from support staff and from "Mladen, Vladimir, and Caashia". No emails or communication from stunna. |

Stunna need to treat their customer better, especially the high rollers on their site. Imagine a customer that deposit 31 Bitcoins into your site, that means the player really trust the dice site so much that he is willing to deposit so much money to play on the site, but holding the 4 bitcoins profit plus the player deposit amount for almost 1 week before releasing the funds, and the price of BTC have already dropped almost $100 usd.
And now the staff using the reason Stunna is away on holiday to avoid the paying of bonus to the customer is quite unacceptable.
Or maybe he was actually traveling. I had to turn this issue to Stunna and Edward because issues like this are beyond me and support. So who is lying here? You told me that he returned from travelling on the 7th MICRO, remember that response to my support ticket 25521? Did stunna come back on the 7th or not? No matter what he was doing, travelling or not, stunna had plenty of time to log into bitcointalk and post in OTHER threads but not this one about a serious issue. And edward has been on skype every day and in his office in Melbourne. Also, MICRO, you were the one who promised the "huge bonus for the inconvenience" but as of now I have been scammed out of $2700 and received no bonus lol. Is that what you meant maybe? Since it is so hard to get ahold of stunna and/or edward, maybe they can relay a message through you why I was dicked around for almost a week and cheated out of money? I think it's about time for Stunna or Edward to fulfill their promises. Sending the initial deposit seems to have proved they don't actually have any proof the user would have cheated or anything else. Therefore it would only be fair they gave the bonus they promised.
Yeah I think they are on vacation or something, they owe me 1.8 BTC still as Stunna promised, waiting months now for it LOL they're not on vacation - they're ignoring you just like they are doing to me. They think if they ignore it that it will just go away. That may be the case with others but that is not the case with me. The last thing they want to do is ignore me and brush me off. I was cheated by them and treated like shit. STILL I have not heard anything from anyone with any authority as to why my money was held. Stunna has been active on here, logging in daily and posting in other threads. Edward has been active on skype and in his office in Melbourne. They are not sick or on vacation or somewhere without wifi - they are ignoring us. If I do not hear something soon about resolving my issue (and Leave's issue) I will continue to pursue the matter until fully resolved. Lets see what stunna has to say on the situation. Paging stunna, come in, do you copy? It has been almost a week and not a peep out of him. He has logged in many times and commented on other threads but not once has he addressed this issue. I wonder why?
Also, considering the amount in question is over 37btc and MICRO promised a "HUGE bonus", do you think a couple hundred dollars is really considered huge given the amount in question here? $200 to $40,000 is less than 1/2 of 1%. The definition of huge is" extremely large; enormous. of considerable importance or seriousness."
Considering my losses on the value alone were over 6.6%, a couple hundred dollars isn't much of a bonus. It would be construed more as an insult rather than a bonus.
My money was held for no reason whatsoever and I have still not even been given the courtesy of an explanation. Nothing. I have emailed edward and stunna many times, messaged stunna on bitcointalk, contacted primedice support (received responses from support but all were bullshit and said "please be patient"), skyped edward, and even tried calling edward's office but have been completely ignored.
What kind of site are you trusting your money with? What stops them from doing this to you or anyone else?

Glad to hear that your problem is resolved and you got your funds back and i would like to know from the admin what the delay is all about and why was the hold up lasted 6 days and they might provide you a bonus credited to your account and do not expect the entire $2700 as they might give a bonus of around a couple of hundred dollars for the delay. Do you really think a couple hundred dollars is fair when I lost $2,700 from the price drop? Not to mention my rent was due on the 7th and them holding my money caused me to have to take out a cash advance on my credit card at a crazy fee ($145) in order to pay my rent and not cause problems there? Doesn't it seem odd to anyone that nobody has given a single reason why I was dicked around for almost a week? Stunna has been online and posting in other threads but not a single word on this issue? I can understand your misfortune and the loss you had incurred because of the delay and the bonus they give for the delay might not match the loss you made ,if you look at their terms of service Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Primedice be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Service even if Primedice had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages. I hope Micro or Stunna will give a reply to you regarding this. So are you agreeing with them that what they did is right? What if it happened to you, would your position be the same? I didn't hide the name. His name is "username". But yeah, I figured it was a scam of some sorts. Didn't even respond to it. Nonetheless, still no response from admin or resolution to my issue. My withdrawal STILL HAS NOT BEEN SENT. As of right now primedice has scammed me for $40,000

He made a deposit of 31 btc, won 4 btc and tried to withdraw 35 btc. That's where he gets his figure from. Well guys, it has been partially resolved. I woke up today to see that in the middle of the night last night I was sent what I initially withdrew: 37.67368564 My initial deposit was 33.564 bitcoins The value at the time the transaction was sent to me was $37,917 The value of my Bitcoins when they were $1078 each, a number I would have cashed them out at but primedice was holding my money, was $40,612. That leaves almost a $2,700 loss for me because of the price drop in bitcoin while my money was held. Lets go back to what MICRO said earlier, "As i said. If you turn out to be legit. And we held your money by mistake you will get huge bonus for the inconvenience. Edward or stunna will have decision on your account very soon." I have STILL not received a single fucking message from the site owners, admins, or anything except generic messages from the support ticket system. No explanation why my money was held. No explanation why I was cheated out of so much money. No "bonus" that I was promised for getting dicked around for so long. Nothing. Unless primedice holds true to their word and makes this fully right I am going to continue to pursue this matter. We have made some progress with the issue but I still feel as if I was fucked. Mr T and Mr C over in Melbourne (stunna and edward, respectively) need to make this right. I was dicked around for ~6 days. This could happen to ANY OF YOU. Be very very careful making any sort of large deposit on primedice, they can and will hold your money at any time without cause or explanation. Im not asking for $100,000 or anything crazy. Seems that Primedice are having some bad memories from the hufflepuff incident and the admin want to fully investigate the rolls before the release of the customer funds. Bitcoin price have dropped a lot during this few days, wonder how much is the bonus primedice are going to offer to the player if the investigation is done and the rolls are all fair. With the huge bankroll of primedice, they will definitely payout the 4 BTC to the player after the investigation if it proven fairly won on the rolls, keep us on updates Newest update: NONE. Still no response from any owner or anything. Still no payment to me. My primedice account has been logged out for some reason (left it logged in and browser open). I have contacted a friend at a small police department in Australia and he did a little digging and contacted a friend of his that is police in Melbourne. All unofficially as of now of course. It appears they may know who "Stunna" and "Edward" are (lets call them Mr. T and Mr. C for now). I'd really rather not take this any further and file any sort of formal complaint but this is bullshit. My messages are being ignored and nearly $40,000 was stolen from me. I made 29 FAIR bets on their site, wagered ~ 16 bitcoins and won a little more then 4 bitcoins. All fairly. If there was any question to the fairness of my bets there is no reason it should take over 5 days to "look into" 29 bets. On top of that, not only are they holding my winnings, they are holding my deposit also. I will continue to move forward with this until it is resolved, whether formally or informally. |

YOU give me $40,000 of your money and sit in limbo waiting while the value goes down and we will see if you are patient. As i said. If you turn out to be legit. Than send that to support, if you've done nothing wrong like having insight in the secret seed or such they will pay you out. Hope it's sorted out soon for you.
And btw they can see all your tips to other accounts and if you used a VPN also tell them, many users use it and double IP's are common then.

I do use a VPN but I didn't use any tips or have insight in a secret seed. Do they do this to everyone who wins a few grand? Although my cashout was large my profit is only ~4 bitcoins.
