Stunna has to be serious with his clients. In this era, I fail to understand someone of Stunna's caliber claiming that he travelling just to evade responding to a client complain. I can access all my accounts on my mobile device and therefore I will be a position to respond within 12 hours unless your flight was for more than 12 hours. Why use the excuse of travelling to avoid responding to to a very serious complain from your client?

So who is lying here? You told me that he returned from travelling on the 7th MICRO, remember that response to my support ticket 25521? Did stunna come back on the 7th or not? No matter what he was doing, travelling or not, stunna had plenty of time to log into bitcointalk and post in OTHER threads but not this one about a serious issue. And edward has been on skype every day and in his office in Melbourne.

Also, MICRO, you were the one who promised the "huge bonus for the inconvenience" but as of now I have been scammed out of $2700 and received no bonus lol. Is that what you meant maybe? Since it is so hard to get ahold of stunna and/or edward, maybe they can relay a message through you why I was dicked around for almost a week and cheated out of money?

He was back from vacation for days, he was active here on the forum even opened a thread for a giveaway and besides that must we all guess if it's save to deposit or not because he could maybe be on vacation or on a trip? There's always Edward his right hand who could had handled the situation.

And the user was promised a huge bonus which should had been paid with the rest of his btc.

Asking for the variation compensation is BS of course.

Edit: At least they didn't asked for proof of residence and ID copies and stuff like they've done before.

In a normal situation I believe asking for compensation would be out of question but if money is held without a proper explanation and without proper communication, I don't think it's out of question. Especially when a bonus was OFFERED by the site representative but never actually given.

He can say all he wants about a missed chance of selling, he used the currency BTC and got paid in the currency BTC that the price goes up and down is not pd's problem. And the bonus is to compensate for the days trouble and should be paid indeed.

i dont know whats going on behind the scenes about this issue (alot, it seems), but why would you so openly lie?

I said "WAS" travelling .

He is back and he replied to him as soon as he got back home.

150truck check your tutanota email, he had to reply to that since we do not have any of your other emails.

As I have already said, I have not received any form of communication from stunna. The only responses I received are from support staff and from "Mladen, Vladimir, and Caashia". No emails or communication from stunna.

Seems that someone was lying here, Primedice staff saying that Stunna have send an email to 1150truck but 1150truck said he didn't received any email from Stunna, this issue is getting kind of funny now. But Primedice did said in their thread that they will offer some sort of bonus compensation to the customer for the delaying of payment after the investigation and if everything was proven fair.

And now it seems there is no news anymore about this bonus compensation for the inconvenience caused to the customer because of the delay of withdrawal.
