if they reach hardcap I'm sure  buyback can be done but if they don't reach hardcap it's impossible for them to buyback but here unsold tokens will be burned and I think they will keep the price on market

But if they dont reach hardcap, then there is not question about too much liquidity and hence no buy back is needed.

I also saw the ad on their bounty thread, I haven't participated but I guess it's more like a bounty because the earnings are based on ones ability to carry out the task.

Oh,  so half amount of tokens will be burnt. This is good plan but what if only 70% tokens got sold out,  in this case how many tokens will be bought back?

IMO having a both cold and hot wallet is a basic standard on exchanges.
