Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?
For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.
Normally I find it a bit risky due to the high rate of fluctuation in the value of the btc/usd, it might be differentiate each month. |

We need to distribute the risk aversion, there is so many ways to do that because when you expect huge return in a short time this mean you are ready to take huge risks, so to minimise the risk we need to study hard, we need to understand the risky parts then for sure start trading or investing and expect a huge return but the short fall of this is lost, I keep this in my mind at all time.

You should, everybody can invest in BTC due to their investment budget. It can be 0,001BTC or 1BTC or more, no body nows where will the BTC be in the future it might be zero or millions, so let's give a try.

So, I have absolutely no programming experience.
But I find the blockchain technology incredibly exciting, and I would like to learn at least how to use it to a certain extend, I realize im not going to become an expert overnight, but where do i start?

You actually started first but someone else does it first. do you still launch as competition or quit give up and go back in the closet ?
If you can really think that you can change something in there and this change would work and create value then no problem, in summary if you believe that this will work so why not, try it... |

Most of them show that Ranger Mike hasn't thought out what Bitcoin is all about. If the system crashed big time, we might lose Bitcoin. But we would lose most of the fiat system, as well. And, we would lose most of the luxuries we have, and even the ability to buy groceries. The biggest thing that Bitcoin offers, and I didn't see it in the comments, is freedom. We don't have to be ruled by inflating dollars anymore. Holding dollars is automatic loss of value. Gold and silver were supposed to be gaining value with regard to fiat, on a regular basis. But, now these are controlled, as well. Bitcoin is free. Look at the strength it commands in less than 10 years from the time it was introduced. Look at the 4 or 5 main potential fail points in the comments at http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/News/225598-2017-09-18-john-mcafee-accidentally-just-revealed-why-bitcoin-is-total-fraud.htm. These fail points are essentially the same for fiat. The article takes what John McAfee says, and twists it around to mean the opposite of what he was trying to get across.  All points are ok for sure, as I was believing btc will improve itself like a never ending before its move down to 2k levels, each downward movement the deeper and deeper, next time we might see lower levels. Becomes like a wheel spinning, trying to reach 5k then something happens and drop down immidiately to 2k levels. Do you think that it is a fake movements? Is this movements created? |

In my point of view to wrap up the things if you are gonna set up a new exchange portal then it must be safe, specialized may be decentralization would be an option for that. But if you decided to set up as a competitor so you should have a good pricing, at least same quality of service and this is a must that you have to do some point differnent.
