I am really thinking about investing over $15000 of my savings into Bitcoin. Would this be wise? Is BTC safe and stable at this point and this time?
If you are just investing because you think it might be stable today. I suggest not to invest, bitcoin is so volatile compare to other currency you should always prepared with the price movement before investing. Two way you can experience if you invest it a lost or profit dont expect it will be stable because it will not gonna happen check the previous chart of bitcoin and you will have idea why i say this. |

Your friend was pretty much a victim of pump-and-dump schemes by unscrupulous individual. The problem is that the criminals has setup their elaborate plan and it's hard to detect it at early stage.
I guess your really need to share more information though, specially what coins or token this is, so that we can raise awareness and not victimised more unsuspecting victims in crypto-sphere.
yes if possible include the name of the token so they can have another victim if they do it again. They also need a large funds for listing so surely before leaving the coins they will get much more higher amount . Also tell the name of that exchange it is listed since you it is popular exchange Edit its answer above what exchange it is. The question is why kucoin list them easily without auditing a project? |

Did Bitwage give you bank details with the same legal name as yours? My freelance project currently pays me to my US bank account via Payoneer, but it's not possible to change it. I've been thinking of doing another project but most of them accept Paypal or Payoneer only. I could talk to the HR to ask whether I can change my bank account as long as it has my name printed on it and not something like 'Bitwage Bank xyz'.
So bitwage did give me their/ I should say my banking details with *their bank*. This is in my legal name, there is a routing and account number like normal banks. With what you asked I do believe this should work. I only set it all up last night, so I should begin to see payments in a week or 2. I only heard this bitwage today i want to knkw what kind of job available on that website and payment rate per finish job. I am interested to know more and want to try that website. |

Yes it's not a bad time at all, bitcoin can make altcoins reach a new price tag but you need to be careful, still it's better to hold more bitcoin than altcoins, some are saying altcoins won't surge like in the past ever again, I don't know what to belief but it's better to play safe
all is depend on the bitcoin price movement if the bitcoin will make a bull run this year then other altcoin and popular altcoin will follow the trend , like what happen every time that bitcoin make a new ATH every time price of bitcoin increase altcoin will also increase but there is a delay. |

Haven't seen an exchange that work like p2p, thus exchange is one of the worst exchange I have done business with. Many exchanges this day now fake everything to attain the top and be patronize by potential traders, in the case of this exchange, faking volumes is very much possible. Am not saying they are the only one, but many others have such dubious characters to fake exchange volumes.
yes they are only list on the top exchange because they faked the trading volume of thier exchange . I seen something like this before in bitforex just to make in the top 1. Before usinh on that exchange always take a look on the buy orders and you will see how they faked it. |

Banks in Germany started to allow people to buy and sell cryptocurrencies this January 2020. I think other countries will do the same soon, Japan might be another country with such services. In the beginning, someone has to start something so others can follow suit.

buying and selling bitcoin and other crypto currency is not a problem in my country. You can buy and sell directly using your atm card, not only that there are many other option for buying in my country even using remitances. I hope it will also work with other country since it all working to us. |

There are fewer and fewer signature campaign based on ICO some ICO are not even doing a signature campaign and just prepare social media and article and video campaign, if the trust on ICO did not comeback we won't see any more bounty campaign based on ICO. its hard to getting it back , mostly people only want to participate in bounty but not interested to invest anymore in any project making it. The trust given of the ICO is too much that more of the investors disappointed with thier lost. There is no way that ico will be profitable again to investors so the trend of ICO is now ended. |

yes there are camapaign before in that forum buy i dont know now if its still working. The last world i heard from yobit is they will make campaign there and i am not sure where this campaign will start. There's no difference realistically. What's between then is ICOs are not carried out on exchange but rather oc project ico portals. IEOs are done on exchange but the ends of the two is fund raising for projects.
The real difference is only the name, and other thing is the IEO use exchange for crowdfunding while ICO only use thier website to accumulate funds from investors. But in the end the result will be the same IEO right now is look the same path as ICO before and now. |

There is not much choice by these exchanges. As you can see an exchange platform can be closed if no liquidity or profits gain from trading fees and that's normal. I remember cryptopia and idax as biggest exchange amongst the list. Ive using these two before but stop due to rumors of closing especially Idax. But as far as I know they arent closed yet as rumors sometime might be wrong but for the sake of keeping funds dont use it anymore cause the funds might be gone in an instant.
i though that cryptopia is already close and there are not going to give back all those money of users. Who feel victim with the hack happen to them, i dont know what happen in idax i just heard that owner gone with the money. |

If I search on bitcoin on eg. coinmarketcap, there will be a lot of coins with "bitcoin" in the name. Like "Bitcoin 2", "Bitcoin Diamond", "BitcoinHD", "Wrapped Bitcoin" and more..

Not all, most of them is token using ethereum platform. It is just to make hype using bitcoin name they think they can easily have investors when they add the name of bitcoin as ticker of thier token. Not only bitcoin there also other popular coin like eth xrp added to the name of the tokens. |

Bitconnect I think is the most worst scam project ever developed. Most got hype with this one, I remember my friends inviting me to join their league but during that time I am bit broke and luckily I didn't join them cause right now they are regretting investing on it.
I never heard the other two. But sounds like they also scammed a lot of people based on your post. Many people got lost their money with these kind of projects and we can't stop it at hand cause no authority were able to regulate these kind of launching. Good thing SEC somehow busted those other fake ICO projects that are on the run.

This program have many people invested because they think they can easily earn big if they invest , and the fact that price always increase there are many noobs amaze and invest without thinking. That is quite risky to your group, if a user is added to the group without his consent, he can report your group and your group might be disable, if you have a good project people will flock to your channel, no need to hire an adding service, and besides you can do it on your own. yes itss too risky they can leave and report the channel if they add to the groups that they want. But its possible to do there are many people offering that service . having many members will not help the project it can only attract new users to invest because they think they are many people follow that project which is not. |

Offer isnt bad and does suit out for those people who do have some extra time. 25 trades each day for 5days each week isnt really that hard. But i would like to tell you this that you should escrow that 1 BTC amount so that testers would really have that assurance that they would be paid out. Well, I recently get heard about the new concept IMO- Initial Model Offering to get funding from the market. There were already ICO, IEO, STO, ITO methods to get funding from the market from which ICO is 80% scam, same as ITO. STO is little bit secured as it includes a concept of regulation. IEO is quite good method to get funding if your project gets listed on Popular and trusted exchange.
What's your take on IMO? Is it really a good method that will work in 2020? Or it will also be like ICO scams. Please share your opinions.
its just a new way and name but its the same method and as always they are just changing the name. The question what is this new name offered and what will be the benifits of investors investing how they will make it more secured for investors. If it just the name is change there is no change in crowdfunding it will also failed . |

Sure, they (the exchange) benefit from shitcoin because the list costs are quite large, so I think the exchange does not think about the quality of the project and only think about profits. It's very rare for a really tight exchange to list a token/coin, as far as I know is that Binance can't list all the projects there.
depend on the exchange there are exchange looking only for a quality project even you have funds for listing they will double check if you will have enough liquidity to list in thier exchange. Mostly small and unknown exchange only accepting shitcoins because of listing fees. |
