I think it is hard to define a good exchange. All we know that there are lot of exchange or project that we see here in crypto but we can consider a good exchange if exchange is good if it can stay alive for a long time like bitcoin that can survive for a decade even it experienced a lowest price value.
daily volume is what its required to know if its good exchange. Other than that the users feedback also can help and how many traders use that exchange the more users the more volume it wil be added to that exchange. You can also check list of highest volume exchnage in cmc and coingecko. |

You are right. Most scams are just fake volume. They nothing more than a website and some social media. They just want high numbers. If you see some bounties attract so many bot users or users that will never speak in the telegram chat, there are 10k+ people in such a short time. Sometimes the twitter accounts get blocked because the growth happens so quickly.
Not only fake volume other also faked thier sale so once its listed in exchange they will dump it traders. In telegram they can easily add member using mass adding if there are many members it doesnt mean it is legit most of them is just paid by the owner. |

Bitcoin never set a new ATH is a real possibility but the bigger chance stands with bitcoin creating and setting a new ATH maybe not this year nor next year but I'm sure in the future year's bitcoin will reach a new ATH. The regulation indeed affected the price I think, some actions became limited by that time. We the holders should trust in bitcoin, just like what they say trust the process.
There is a chance that it will also happen next year but not sure it will depend on the market move before the year end by 2020. Since halving is coming it will help the price of bitcoin to increase but to be able to make ATH its need more people to addopt bitcoins. |

i think the problem is not the forum but the investors it self. Many people just investing to a project without even checking the real background of the project before investing. More people has been victimised not only becasue it is posted and promoted here but because they are careful enough . |
