581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which STO's (Security Tokens) to invest in? on: August 28, 2018, 10:34:50 PM
I've looked and researched about the lists of security tokens that's being suggested and most of the list are only suggesting the same tokens.

Why you are hooked to security tokens?

Ok what do you mean by same tokens?
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which STO's (Security Tokens) to invest in? on: August 28, 2018, 05:43:15 PM
Are STO's restricted to approved investors or can anyone invest in them?
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Which STO's (Security Tokens) to invest in? on: August 27, 2018, 11:29:20 PM
Hi is there any good current STO's or upcoming STO's that are worthy of investments?

Can average joe public invest in STO's?

Coinmarketcap provides historical snapshots once per week for the last several years that you can access here: https://coinmarketcap.com/historical/

You can simply load any week you like and compare against today's top 20 coins.

Im interested in coins in the top 200. It's a long tedious process to analyse each historical week to current. I was hoping by coming here someone will have the answer.

Looking at nano for example it dropped from $30+ all the way down to $2. So dropping this much price how can it be ranked 43? So if nano reaches $30 again its rank will be 3 or 4?

What about lending bots? Which exchanges are best for rates and which bots are the best?
586  Other / Beginners & Help / Best place gives the best interest for lending bitcoin with the least risks? on: July 21, 2018, 06:29:06 PM
Instead of day manual trading looking at a screen all day how can I earn interest on bitcoin? Preferably automated. Like a passive income you know what I mean.

Why do peeps buy bitcoins off localbitcoins.com when they can buy it cheaper at exchanges scam free?

587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Which Alts did not shift far from their Ranked positions in this Bear market? on: July 21, 2018, 06:18:31 PM
Apart from the usual/typical ethereum and ripple in the top 3 ranks, which Alts at coinmarketcap ranked between 4 and 200 has not lost their rankings that much in this bear market since earlier this year?

Also which established Alts were always at their rank or near their ranked positions for the last few years?

I'm definitely on the new esp2 chain.

Whats sth?

My wallet address is ETFvZx7ydjfBrR6nettY3AnezGSzrmG2od

I checked block explorer and its saying I still have around 550000 espers left.

But my desktop wallet says 0  Huh

Is my wallet up to date? What desktop wallet everybody is running?

Sth. is short for "something", "or something" means one among other possibilities.

Compare your block number in the wallet with the block number shown in the explorer (bottom right corner). Probably you will have to resync.

First you can try to do a "rescan" by running the wallet binary with the "-rescan" switch.

Ok how do I do a rescan or a resync?

Please anyone can help me with this  Cry

Hmm, that doesn't seem to be a valid Espers transaction. Maybe you are on a forked chain or sth? Put your address into the block explorer here and compare your balance to what is shown in your wallet: https://espv2.miningalts.com/

595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin 2013-14 Historical Statistics Repeating itself? on: June 29, 2018, 11:07:49 PM
Hi,

Bitcoin had a 78% decrease from 2013 all time high from around $1200 to $250. All time high for 2013 was on Nov 30th. To get to $250 boring volatility it took 1 and a half years and a further 6 months wait to see some uptrend totalling 2 years to wait to catch the slow bull train from the 1st train station stop. In summary this bear market lasted 2 years.

The 2017 crazy bull market started from May 1st 2017 from $1300 all the way to $20000 in Dec 2017 that took 8 months. This is 1438% increase. If we do get another bull run like this passing 20k all time high then new ATH will be $288000 in Dec 2021 then a repeat 78% retracement of this $over a quarter million figure? Isn't this bad health for bitcoin?

So using these statistics is it best to buy bitcoin at $4400 by boarding the 1st train stop departure in June 2019?

I know I will get a reply saying bitcoin's popularity and exposure wasn't as big in 2013-14 compared to now however can someone give me reasons why history wont repeat itself?

I know I will get another reply saying bitcoin died many times in past and survived however everyone knows this latest crash from 20k so how can bitcoin survive from this well exposed crash high from the sky?

Has the 78% crash from 20000 to 4400 scared the average public away to invest in it?

What must bitcoin do to gain the confidence from public again apart from lightning network and store door front logos appearing everywhere? Will it be the upcoming another economic recession like in 2007/8? Will average public able to afford bitcoin in a economic recession? Also how we stop average public driving up prices by 1438% in the future as it's not healthy growth.

My final question is how can bitcoin have a steady slow healthy growth without 78%'s retracements in its future?

Wheres hdac on coinmarketcap? cant see it.

So is this coin centralised or decentralised?

If it is a scam after millions watching the ad on TV world cup then surely the crypto reputation and reliability amongst the average joe public will fall drastically Shocked that can kill off the crypto markets if public loses faith in crypto.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: World Cup 2018 HDAC Advertised on TV on: June 17, 2018, 09:53:58 AM
So is it a centralised or decentralised?

Most ICO's are scams so can anyone confirm this is not?

When will the ICO come out at what price?

Yeah advertising on TV to the masses especially during world cup commercials where advertising is at its most expensive is a great way to introduce blockchain to the world.

I don't understand why dont bitcoin advertise on TV  Huh
