341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transaction fees is going down. on: June 09, 2018, 12:10:20 PM
From last few days, btc transactions fees has been reduced remarkably. Even its transactions fees are now lower than bitcoin cash. It is really a great news for btc trader i think. How it can help the current market?? Share your logic please .
That's true, but that's just reason for satisfaction Smiley. Until now, they were very high. Everything is going in the right direction.
342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: June 09, 2018, 11:51:50 AM
I've just watched the John Oliver show about cryptocurrencies and something struck me about what he said:

" like most currencies, the fundamental reason that bitcoin has value is that people agree that it has value"

I just want to know your thoughts on this. I only have a little understanding about the idea of currency and its value although i've already been at it all my life. Im new into this kind currency and right now its plumetting.
What will we give without permission. The price that BTC currently has is due to the money invested in it. Leading to the last year at this time, BTC had a price of 4k $. Now almost twice as much.
343  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and retirement - how do you see your future? on: June 09, 2018, 11:35:51 AM
Well I really think that it is good to use your retirement money on cryptocurrency. However, take note that the point on when you are investing is really important since crypto market is really volatile. Cryptocurrency is profitable and risky at the same time. It can make you either rich or poor. So, it is best to make a sound decision before investing since you will be using your retirement money.
I agree, but without risk you can not gain much. It is really an experiment. The investment does not exceed 10% of the monthly income. Its not so many.

345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin To Buy Now? on: June 08, 2018, 09:49:31 PM
What altcoins are you guys picking up for cheap in this dip?
I have a big problem with altcoins. I lost a lot recently by buying. They were supposed to be very promising tokens. So far, I have lost confidence. only ETH is safe for me ...

6 Things Good and Bad You Should Consider Before Investing in Cryptocurrencies.

1)- Potential returns can be massive.
2)-Inexperienced teams. I mean to say Bad Experience
3)-Liquidity
4)-Technical difficulties
5)-Transparency
6)- Security

I recommend using a cold storage wallet that lets you control your private keys. Your private key is what allows you to access your coin on the blockchain. It's best to keep this key offline and in a secure place.

Investing in cryptocurrencies is very risky. The markets are volatile and the technologies are still quite young. However, they are still a great opportunity for anyone interested in investing. Treat them as you would any investment and please do your own research.
Learning and taking the time to understand is the key. ”
Unfortunately, the best learning is on the wrongs. We can not avoid this here. It is important to limit the risk of losing money. Be alert and patient and everything will be ok Smiley.
347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy has lost 103 Bitcoins on: June 08, 2018, 09:20:49 PM
This guy has lost 103 bitcoins he mined back in 2011 and then lost his wallet dat file similar to what I have done but wow this guy must be gutted the amount of money he has lost compared to me

His Address    166BuLPWHUjqoqiYp5rGE3B5r5AmqgHpoL    Final Balance   103.20832384 BTC

So many people have the same problem and I wonder just how much Bitcoin is stuck not being able to be used Sad

He says "I used to mine Bitcoin back in 2011 and I lost my wallet.dat file (through several stupid moves on my part). It's got approx 103 BTC in it, anyone is welcome to it, I've given up trying."

Sad. It is a very big loss. Especially with the exchange rate from the end of 2017. But everything can be made up. Every error teaches us ...
348  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and retirement - how do you see your future? on: June 07, 2018, 08:56:46 PM
I came across a very nice experiment of one of my compatriots. He started to put up around $ 50 a month for pension. I will add that pensions in my country are low.

Description of the experiment:

"What is going on?
One of my many areas of interest are cryptocurrencies. There is a good chance that you have heard about bitcoin. A smaller chance that you know litecoin or dogecoin. If you want to know the technical side or economic cryptocurrency - use google. For the needs of my retirement, it is enough to know that cryptocurrencies act as cash in a modern version. They have their value (they are listed on the stock exchanges, they have their course), they can be safely stored, they can be sent immediately to any distance, practically free of charge and - with a little effort - they are anonymous. And they are today at the initial stage of development. Everyone who touches them is still an early employer, and this means that - with a high probability - a long-term investment in cryptocurrencies will be very profitable. I chose 4 cryptocurrencies for my retirement basket and gave them percentages indicating their presence in the basket. When making my choice, I based my own - already several years - experience in the cryptocurrency industry, the capitalization value of a given cryptocurrency (market cap) and the features that distinguish it from other coins on the market. And so I chose:

How much do I put aside? I did not want to set any fixed amount. Because you know - inflation, fluctuations in financial markets, etc. ... So I decided that the value of a monthly investment will depend on the minimum wage in Poland. In 2017, it is an amount of $ 540. And every month I invest 10% of this amount, that is 50 $. "

He has currently invested $ 1,600, and the rate of return since early 2017 is 1,600% = $ 27k.
It's a great idea, right?

I won’t really try putting my life savings into Bitcoin, no way! It’s a very big risk for anyone that does such a thing and I can’t risk it. I know a friend of mine that did that and ended losing more than 50% of his money. Best thing is to divide the money and make use of about 20 or 30% for Bitcoin investment, save the next 30% while you make use of the remaining percentage to start up an offline business.
It is a risk I agree but without a risk there is no profit. The problem is the uncertainty of what will happen in a year, two or more. My pension will be in 25 years. What will happen to bitcoin in 25 years?

350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: invest on altcoin on: June 07, 2018, 05:49:01 AM
Hello, Which Altcoin you are looking forward to invest on ?
I'm betting on ETH all the time. I have a few altcoins that were supposed to be a revocation like EOS or nCash. It's not crazy now and I'm losing. Maybe there will be a reflection. Altocins have always been and will be risky ...
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bounty not an investment? on: June 07, 2018, 05:46:26 AM
I have seen a lot of threads here asking about whether people will invest in a coin or do bounty. Its high time we all understood that, investment is not only about money. To me, any effort put into something to make it a reality can be regarded as investment. People who buy coins invest with their monies whiles those who participate in bounties also invest with their time and energy. Money is a replaceable resource but time can never replaced. To me, bounty hunters are also investors. What do you think?
Exactly this. There is no money without sacrificing time. There is no money without work. To make the first investment you must earn. It's natural.

Otatnio, I have a problem with investments in new projects because there is a lot of scam on the market. It scares ...
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is a million dollars possible? on: June 07, 2018, 05:39:22 AM
If one were to buy and hold solid  avaerge coins (not a coin that kicks out and gets 10000% gain), but rather a nice steady gain like eth, Ltc etc (top 20) and starts with 10k, is it possible to reach a million without trading and buying/selling at highs and lows? If so, how long would you predict it would take? Or are most coins not going to last long term, so every 6 months would I have to rebalance with newer coins?
You would have to hit a large price pump. As it was the end of 2017. ETH then reached $ 1,200. however, it's not enough. In this ETH, it should reach $ 2,500 (at least I read the forecasts).

354  Economy / Speculation / Re: why bitcoin is volatility? on: June 05, 2018, 08:46:32 PM
The Bitcoin algorithm, although it was created based on the new generation technology, is not perfect. This implies a situation in which Bitcoin is only the basis of the digital global currency. all cryptocurrencies have enormous potential, Bitcoin also. Bitcoin, due to simplified and too weak for the present times, technological solutions can not become a global cryptocurrency. It is one of the most imperfect projects that needs to be developed.
355  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money for school fees. Invested in bitcoin. on: June 05, 2018, 08:36:10 PM
i suggest you better not do that ,  better do invest with your "unused" money , because we cant predict the future , at the wrost u will lost all your asset just by one day and that will make you crazy i think

The question is what you want to achieve. Money is making money. It will be hard to earn without investment. Sometimes you have to take a chance. It's hard for me now because I have a wife and a child. The student has easier ...
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of altcoin on bitcoin? on: June 05, 2018, 08:14:55 PM
In my opinion it is quite the opposite. Bitcoin regulates the market. Burn for dependence. BTC is increasing the majority of altcoin as well. This is how BTC affects ETH. ETH influences the majority of Alt based on its technology ...

I am absolutely sure that my pension depends on the crypto currency. I hope that my children will thank me in the future for my hobby at the moment.
Whether making money can be called a hobby. This is work. Regular work. The cryptocurrency market requires constant control if you want to save in the old years.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Eatherwallet private key???? on: June 05, 2018, 08:00:30 PM
Have you memorized your Eatherwallet private key?

How many of you have to remember your private key,

If you Lost your private key what will you do and how do you recover?Huh??
You do not have to remember. Just save on a piece of paper. Nobody will steal from it this way. The safest way is to use wallets that do not require an offline key.
360  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and retirement - how do you see your future? on: June 02, 2018, 03:53:08 PM
I will not take a gamble for my retirement in this high risk investment. Yeah I understand that we want to have a big returns but the risk is too high and considering that it's for your retirement funds. What if it goes worst? How will you recover that money and considering that you are old enough to go for work and you need money to support your medical maintenance. Will you still take a risk? I will still invest but to the amount which I can afford to lose not the whole retirement plan.
Therefore plan is important. you could have allocated funds for your retirement later in many ways like gold, real estate or bitcoin. You can use it all. no one forbid it. therefore a plan is made. the plan could contain the amount of fund allocation for bitcoin or other investments. if you're too afraid of risk in bitcoin investments. then you can allocate and which is limited to bitcoin.

It is a pity that we are not sure about the price of BTC for a month without talking about the price for 20 alt. Will BTC spare after all? The crypto market will come to an end 7 years ago, but how much will it all work?
