For micro transactions like buying loads and epayment eh may nakaready nako sa php wallet ko for those kind of transactions.

True, I'm using my ledger wallet since 2017 at since nun hindi nako nag lalagay ng btc sa custodial wallets na meron ako like coinsph kasi alam ko na mas safe talaga sa non custodial wallets lalo na hardware wallet ang ledger, I can feel more safe.

2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: June 28, 2020, 05:45:09 AM
I like playing chess, but watching it is quite boring. One match can take several hours and sometimes it can take up to 1 hour before a player makes a move.
I know some betting platform where you can bet on chess (but they do not accept cryptos).
I kinda agree that only a few people will enjoy watching a chess game since it takes a lot of time before a player decided to make a move. It's not that I don't find it entertaining, but in my place, there's a nearby park where some people are playing chess. But looking at their age range, older people tend to appreciate chess more than younger people. But since I think that younger people are more into online gambling compared to older people, they prefer more entertaining games and sports.

However, it's good to know that chess is starting to gain interest among players. Maybe in the future, we will be able to see a lot of sports betting platforms that will accept chess.

Its true that older people enjoyed playing chess since it is relaxing and stimulates your brain to analyze, but to be honest it is not really that popular when it comes to betting or gambling since it is a slow paced game and needs quiet a lot of time to make a move. I have been also wondering before if there are existing gambling sites intended for chess but now i've seen some.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: June 26, 2020, 10:49:39 AM

Yes, this is a completely unfair event. The winning team insisted on holding the match before quarantine for the main players of the opposing team ended. This is how the wives of the players of the losing team answered the team that thus shamefully won:

 Grin Grin Grin
I'm laughing very hard with the response of these women to the winning team Cheesy.

With this unfair event, for sure the winning team doesn't feel that they won really because it is completely an unfair event and the competitiveness of the game isn't there. This can also happen to different sports events too where competitiveness isn't there because of the virus that will hinder them.
Its funny indeed  Grin . Based on their reactions it is like they are just playing for fun and without competitiveness you've mentioned. It is really sad to see that this pandemic not only affects the sports and gambling but also the whole world's economy. In my country they are slowly engaging us into online and modern technologies not only for education but also market. Maybe sooner they will also publicly advertise some online sports betting for leisure since my country doesn't support that kind of idea.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Before Experience On Gambling...!!!! Stay Safe. on: June 25, 2020, 05:30:46 AM
It's kind of normal that emotions are strong by gamblers who don't have much experience or don't gamble so often. The key is in control, if gambler doesn't learn how to control enotions and don't take gambling so seriously then he might get into problems. Big stress, frustrations and pressure to win might be harmful for the mind. But everything can be learned, including self control, it's just important to be aware of situation and possible consequences.

All comes with experience. The more inexperienced we are, the more emotionally we react to things that are important to us.
But when it comes to gambling, not everyone manages to develop a strong psychological resistance to losses.
If a person plays to earn money and feed himself or his family, he will always feel discomfort, because when he plays, he may lose, and then his situation will worsen significantly.
In other words, the question of survival will always be in his head, so this is so important and emotional. If you are overwhelmed with emotions in gambling, you have already lost.
Sad to say but i agree with you. People have different circumstances in life, some play for fun while some play to earn for some importance. In gambling it is easy to say "control your mind and you can control the world", but in actuality it is the opposite, well some also are not easily tempted to be addicted by seeing worse results set by other people. To be honest most people won't stop unless they experience it firsthand (losing too much in gambling), and then they will learn their lessons. There is also a saying that,
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this considered cheating? or Ilegal? on: June 22, 2020, 01:40:12 AM
I'm not sure about that. They are now clearly aware of the so-called typo but they still haven't fixed it...
If an user is unable to check the fairness of the game with the datas provided by the house, it's a scam to call it a provably fair game.

Dude, only one day passed, give them some time.
Now 5 days have passed since OP has opened the thread. So what is your conclusion?
If they were serious they would have fixed the so-called typo without delay or they would halt the game if they are not able to fix it quickly.
But I think they don't care or they are dishonest and they don't want people to check their house seeds.
It's quiet possible. They would be flooded with complaints if these are proven to be true. I recalled back then something also similar happen to mine, but i didn't really made it a big of a deal because my stakes are low to begin with, but in this case I guess the OP lose quiet an amount. If there is still no reply from them, might as well consider them cheating the OP that's what i think.
6  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Heads up! "Researchers in Philippines Track Crypto Use By Terrorists" on: June 21, 2020, 08:25:25 AM
Tighter regulations has always been inevitable in my opinion, it's just that mas mauuna lang talaga sa mga bansa gaya ng US.

For me, it's an idiotic move by the terrorists if they would use crypto as a medium to finance their counterparts in Asia, specifically the Philippines. Converting crypto to fiat, they would use exchanges, dito pa lang ay masusunog na sila sapagkat mapilitan silang ibigay ang kanilang documents for KYC purposes.

7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or Casino gambling? on: February 26, 2020, 11:16:19 AM
It depends. When I play offline, it is of course with friends. It is more fun than gambling at home in front of my screen. But the case with gambling with friends is that I might end up going home drunk. If I want to gamble with a fixed amount of time, I should do it online. Gambling on a physical casino alone is not fun, at least for me. Also, when I gamble online, it is mostly during short breaks or times when there's nothing to do online.
People have their own interpretations of enjoyment, some might have fun gambling offline with friends and relatives while others wanted to concentrate and play alone trying to concentrate to win inside the gambling house. In terms of online casino, aside from it's convenience you can discreetly play
gambling without any notice and enjoy with your chosen time and day.
Playing at online casino would be preferable for those who have tight schedules and had limited time during breaks and for those who have nothing else to do online, whereas playing at an actual casino would be a lot more fun(depending on your company friends or relatives or even co-workers) but too much time consuming. I remembered when i was playing some cards with my friends, I was totally absorbed by the game and I forgot the submission time of my documents due to that, kinda bad for me though.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: February 23, 2020, 10:28:36 AM
I sometimes gamble it while sometimes not. There are times where i felt bored so i kinda want to play but sometimes i used it for other means. I didn't really mind it but there are also times that I felt that I am just squandering my earnings but sooner it will failed when I am to focused in the game.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 100% guaranteed no loosing sport betting method on: February 23, 2020, 07:55:39 AM
When we say sports betting, there some analysts that are providing their opinions regarding team standings and what are the team capabilities but sometimes it is not accurate, it is also helpful that you make your own analysis. I honestly prefer sports betting than other gambling ways or methods, because for my own experience i can analyze and make the choice of your own base on my analysis. Winning is also not really a hundred percent sure since pther teams maybe hiding their strength.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Compulsive gambling. on: February 23, 2020, 06:20:30 AM
Every individual has a different mindset and at least they have good and bad side thoughts, therefore I feel someone who suffers from compulsive gambling can still bring himself to be released from the shackles. Indeed, when someone has suffered badly then the mindset is no longer good and can no longer be controlled, but at those times at least they still have a good awareness so that, at that time someone must be able to realize if there is something change in him that must be stopped as fast as possible. If they can realize this before it gets too severe, then professional help is not needed and again, to be able to keep your mindset healthy and do everything with good consideration.
For some people they need to experience it forst hand in order for them to understand what's good and bad for them. That is also the main reason why some gamblers are seriously addicted while some are able to control themselves. Being a gambler for fun is good but sometimes there are people who cannot control their emotions.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Agree To Publicize Your Journey From Being Chronic Gambler on: February 22, 2020, 11:31:01 AM
You are once a chronic gambler but with the help of a professional you are now totally cured, then a publisher offers you to publicize your journey from being a chronic gambler to a cured one, but of course, everything could be exposed like your habit experiences, your agony and even your personal life, will you agree to do this, of course the publisher will pay you for the story that you are going to provide.
no i dont because i want to preserve my privacy and i want my past be leave in the past, forgetting everything will be my weapon to completely change my life for good.looking back for what i have done wrong will only awaken my lust things that i have been forgotten for long i would rather to bury everything than keeping on my mind.
Why not, as long as it can't affect to my daily lives right now, what can I do is give help for those people who experience a  unhealthy condition of body or mind because of gambling and to help them for fast recovery I will share my experience from battling my addiction in gambling so they will get a lesson from it. I rather be exposed just to helps to overcome their addiction .
Personally it would depend from the person if he's interested in sharing his experience about gambling. We people have the freedom to share our thoughts. In other cases it could also serve as guidance to others which are asking for opinions regarding the journey and experiences in gambling, it may be failure or success it could be beneficial.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What p2p games will you play? on: February 21, 2020, 03:13:23 PM
I think chess or other board games would be great.
Something that would also exercise our brains.
A strategy game would be the best P2P games I like to see a platform that would make a strategy games for P2P bets.
It is indeed interesting. I've heard there are some conducting such events but never been or even saw something like that. For me it would only be good for some past time hobby, because i would be bored easily until the time comes. I would prefer much more interesting and has more excitement p2p games.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling a threat or fun? on: February 21, 2020, 02:34:47 PM
It will be always depending on the gambler on how he will see his situation when playing gambling, Addiction is a threat but if you control yourself and do some limitation I'm sure a gambler won't arrive at the stage that gambling is harmful to him.

I was an addict on gambling before and I can consider it as a threat because of the negative impacts that come to my life, but as of now, I am on the rehabilitation of stopping and controlling myself on playing gambling I can consider it fun when I play. Don't get me wrong, I play gambling by controlling my emotions and by limiting my wager on each session I play games.
This depends from person to person, and yes I actually agree with you about controlling your decisions while betting. Your decision may not be a threat for now but sooner or later it will be a big deal not only for you but also for your family if you have one. Well just like what they usually say "play for fun" and " bet what you can afford to lose".
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you share at least one gambler who have become rich in gambling? on: February 21, 2020, 02:10:14 PM
Since we believe that there are people who become rich in gambling or they are making a living in gambling

Can you please share at least one person who made that, and please put some proof.

Playing a gamble didn't have a higher chance that you will certainly become rich, it's all about luck in the game. But after doing some research, I found out that there is really people who becomes rich in playing gamble. Bill Benter is one of those people. He uses his knowledge in mathematics to play count cards and black jack. For more info, go to this website.
Well that certainly tell us all. There are times that you are lucky while sometimes not. I don't have lots of friends who plays gambling but i am quiet sure that it is due to your luck or your own analysis(maybe sometimes it applies), and not due to someones guidance. As far as i know the higher the stakes the lesser the percentage of winning the prize poll.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Iran/US tension's effect on crypto and economy ? on: January 13, 2020, 02:59:36 PM
Iran is already excluded from the world economic order. I don't expect much surge. However, a rise for bitcoin may begin. Because bitcoin is a very easy tool to carry. Every announcement of the US has a direct impact on the market.
whatever situation the US experiences will be of global concern, so that it will more or less affect the economy. and we know that Iran stores a lot of oil content, so the tension between the two will at least have an impact on oil prices. and if this tension continues there will be many investors who will look for alternative investments, and maybe bitcoin is in it
It may or it may not affect, that depends upon what the current leaders will decide. The increasing of tension really affects different areas, most of it is about finance areas espescially there would be investors with different beliefs such as wanting to secure their monetary funds, while some wants to use it further in dealing arms and weapons. I guess having alternative ways of investment really is good, but as for my own view point it has the same concept from medieval ages. And we must also not forget between tensions in different countries, the most in demand supply are Food and Medication.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest crypto mystery still revolves around Satoshiís identity on: January 13, 2020, 02:10:09 PM
nowadays Satoshi's identity has turned into a source of income for different people! from these low quality website that keep creating clickbaits to the big scammers like CSW everyone is trying to make some money from it!
the worst part is that there has not been anything new for at least half a decade. everything is the repetition of all that has been rehashed a million times.
And there had been plenty of opportunistic people taking advantage of what has been established by Satoshi himself. I am no longer surprised nowadays that there are so many economic competitions regarding what's in for the time being about sources or ways of income with Bitcoin. Lots are being fooled why others laugh and earned just like when the first establishment of any other currencies and paper figures. Tsk tsk. People nowadays though they'll do anything just to earn.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's make mining sustainable on: January 12, 2020, 04:31:34 PM
Electricity is the most important problem for making mining sustainable. Electricity consumption is already a general problem. Bitcoin mining needs to be done with renewable energy sources. Bitcoin production is also very expensive equipment.
Regardless of whether we mined or not, still the electricity consumption does have negative effects on different areas that is also why I agree with your opinion, and the excessive usage of electricity coupled with different machines and technology for mining it is much more of a headache than to reduce the pollution. Basically it would also result your idea into adapting renewable resource of energy which is up until now scientists keep researching ways to achieve it. For example is the nuclear source which is commonly heard, but the problem is that, it is like a double edge sword, which is if the government officially supports its usage and provides funding it is also way too risky and could also potentially harm the environment. In the end we could just only bare with it and keep on transcending and researching new ways which has  lesser harm with great benefits, but I think it is quiet impossible as of now. Correct me if I'm wrong.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Over? on: January 09, 2020, 04:26:08 PM
And we are now at $8K, what do you say people?

why are you giving bitcoin too much attention when it's down, don't you know that it's normal, just look at what is happening now, for sure if bitcoin will hit $10,000, people will be in FOMO again thinking the bull run has started, same old trends, that's why the market can easily get manipulated.

just observed and enjoy what you are seeing now, bitcoin is not over yet, it's gonna set a new high again, SOON>
I do know this thing and I am really not worried about the market fall because I know bitcoin has a good ability to again rise and make a good place in the market as it had in 2017. I know yet the price is low but in a few years, we will see it higher than before and right now itís time to hold and wait. Bitcoin will soon rise higher than $10k in the market.
I agree with you that bitcoin is bound to grow even stronger. I just hope to collect as many coins as possible before bitcoin grows even bigger
As we can all notice, most investors or some of them easily panicks when they see the price falling. It is only natural to fear those fluctuations, but it is also not good ro be easily affected. We could also see that it is not below the ATL so its still fine, surely its time will come but not immediately.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts about Bitcoin adoption on: January 06, 2020, 03:24:06 PM
we do not know the great people behind the development of bitcoin can make more than LN to be another solution, discussing the issue of mass adoption, it is actually easy if all the people in this forum introduce bitcoin en masse or expand it will be great, because there is no mass adoption without mass promotion, this is my open mind because it would not be possible for bitcoin to be famous today without any mass promotion
Very well said. I think when it comes to mass promotion it is best if the crypto team will be the one who promote the cryptocurrency in a mass promotion and also they must introduce it through ads not only in social medias but also  in televisions. They should also give proposals to each and every country's government regarding the legalization of the cryptocurrency and they also have to explain to them the essentials, the advantages and the benefits that we can get by using it.
some in my country often discuss bitcoin on television about technology news, I think maybe in other countries it may also often see on television, whether it's news broadcasts will usually discuss bitcoin and crypto currencies, I guarantee the government cannot regulate more about bitcoin ownership or cryptocurrency if the community adopts bitcoin extensively, mass promotions will certainly provide detailed information about bitcoin and crypto currencies, although not necessarily to outsiders in your neighborhood, everything can be started from your neighbors
It is obviously that it is very rare for those people to promote bitcoin under the television and it is because the government don't want it to do so it would be better if we will just do our own promotion in order for the masses to adapt the bitcoin with all their hearts and mind. It is so hard to guarantee that the government will be regulate bitcoin ownership because as like what you have been said, bitcoin is a detailed information of transaction do that the government don't want those kind of revealing so they are not agreeing about the bitcoin adaptation by the masses. But always remember that all of us can be a tool for the masses adapt the bitcoin by just simply introducing it to our family and loved ones.
Indeed it is quiet rare to see television advertisements about bitcoin although it is pretty popular. In my opinion maybe the government has trust issues regarding bitcoin and its public usage, maybe that is also why they are not officially promoting or advertising those ideas they had. On the other hand, its also a good idea for us to promote on our own way.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea untaxing Investor's Profits on: January 04, 2020, 11:06:15 AM
This is great news for South Korea. I wish all countries would have more liberal tax laws concerning cryptocurrencies. It would help grow this industry.
This would be a good spark for those aspirants who also eyeing to invest around crypto market. Taxation required information about individuals which leads the business to be more known by the government. If there's rules which allowing crypto investors not to be obliged paying for it then it will attract more supporters.
I've heard about this news and although some are not quiet familiar about investing in cryptocurrencies, its actually good for them and for the whole crypto economy. Imagine a country supporting crypto, it would improve the community by leaps and bounds.
