It is NO.11 now, amazing job PIVX team, we should focus on more development now, PIVX can be a killer app, not a dash clone any more, huge market cap. Massive volume on Bittrex, will polo list PIVX?

I think Crypto moves so, so much faster than the financial industry is part of it. We want buyback information every day, not once per month. Volume will help this coin generate much more demand. The Devs are either fine being "slow" coin which is acceptable, but not ideal in Cryptoland OR they lack transparency - which raises some flags.
I think they're fine being "slow" for now, since it hasn't even really launched yet. Once this takes off... it's going to really take off. ICN is one of my favorites (along with BTC, ETH, PIVX, and NEM) |

Local harvesting demands running a local NIS, that is because local harvesting exposes the private key of the account to NIS and you don't want to do that in case of a remote NIS (which could be evil).
So, as others already said, delegated harvesting the better alternative, it is secure and has no disadvantages with regards to the amount you harvest.

All things are clear ICN is growing so nice if you have some trust in dev than ignore all FUD. I am holding these tokens better option is that keep strong your mind and never feed the trolls. Love ICN and will ignore it, certainly. But what is the FUDing even about? As a resident fudder, I will get you up to speed: Communication levels not to everyone's satisfaction. Concerns about buybacks, rights, trust etc. and lack of adequate response from Jani on reddit (dismissed as fud, and has refused to clarify whether or not ICN represents ownership) Members leaving to start cofound.it has raised suspicions in some people. Valid queries on official reddit were being deleted, so a couple of /r/ethtrader members are warning people to tread carefully now, as that sort of censorship is a red flag. Consider this a list in response to your question, and nothing more (I agree with some of it, but this is purely to get you up to speed) One positive: Jani has said a Q1 expense report is coming soon. Appreciate you taking the time to summarize. None of that adversely impacts my view on ICN, so off to grab more. |
