Freebitcoin is one of the oldest, not big earn each hour, but, as said above, you have a (small) chance to win more than the base prize.
Also have a look in the moon faucets (moonbitcoin, moondogecoin...) as their advantage (at least for me) is that there's no fixed time between two claims, you can claim every 5 minutes or once a day, the reward increases with time (you'll earn more if you claim more often btw). Balance and wager remaining window can stay for a few minutes after the end of the bonus term (either by an empty balance or an empty remaining wager). It will disappear after a while and the remaining bonus balance will be added to your main balance.

It's always hard to predict bitcoin price. But I think that while Lightning Network isn't implémentés, we won't see huge rise in btc price. It'll fluctuate as it did these last two months.
