I do both, short-term trading only for a few token/coin that have hype, like some time ago I traded on AG8 coins when it was around $0.015 and only a few days the price immediately reached $0.06 because of new exchange, for the long term I only hold top 10 altcoins
yes, its better to do both if we have enough money buy any coin in good price, sell it a half when we get an enough profit, then hodl the rest of our coin if we believe the coin is good for long term hodl my friend |

So i did the coin swap yesterday, Thought something was wrong as the coins didnt show up in the new wallet, But they did today 26 hours later, coin swap works ok
Just posting this incease anyone has old coins to swap and your following this thread you will get a notification, Whether or not they are worth anything thats a different story but you never know in crypto, Must be some development going on for a new wallet to be created etc

Before the last bull run ETH stayed around 300-330usd for quite sometime If I remember correctly, and looking at the steady climb witnessed on the last few months, added to the pending changes/possible improvements on the project, I would not be surprised to see it there any time soon...
let's hope it does, ETH is one of the crypto world engines

Seems like most of the discussions here is based on the top 50 projects, in which I have a good diversified porfolio, with BTC being my biggest holding for now, followed by ETH.
I've been trying to do some research on some of the lower cap projects out there, and a few of them caught my interest. ARK, seems to be a pretty well funded project with a total of 3000 BTC in dev funds, constant developments, but lack of marketing and overall use case has hurt them a lot I believe.
Blocknet, who made the first DEX in early 2018, and a project who focuses on their Decentralized Oracle Network (XRouter/Xbridge) is another good one, which I believe will do extremely well moving forward. Kucoin and Coss made some SICK gains in 2017, and they where centralized solutions, so only makes sense that DEX related projects follows the same path next bull run.
What else do you guys recommend? I'm only budgetting with around $1000 for each project, so the risk/reward scenario is pretty significant for me.

Please edit your post asap and remove idax trade link. Now who guys if try to deposit in IDAX exchange they will be lost their tokens because last few days idax idax activities is looks like suspecious actually right now it’s going to scam exchange. Suddenly idax CEO is missing and their support didn’t respond in telegram group and stopped email support. I think there no chances to come back. Idax exchange has been gone for more than a week now and this has caused any project listed at this exchange to be canceled. I think the CMA is heavily influenced by this information, but for now you can trade CMA at our Forkdelta or other decentralized exchanges. Hopefully, in the coming time, CMA will look for a better liquidity exchange as there are not many investors in this project. Which other exchanges do you plan for CMA? Is it in the exchange of the top 10? I think CMA is perfect if you exchange top 10 at least in binanceDEX but maybe it will trouble you and the team for a development process Liquidity is very important to listed in the top 10 exchanges secondly listing fee is huge to reach such exchanges. So many obstacles to add in big exchanges, i think CMA team have no enough fund to effort it. CMA financially hampered by idax.pro exchange from IEO and than this exchange going scam. I think centralized exchange will better option from binancedex.
